We NEVER had an issue and I could send him a text telling him what I needed and he made it happen. He as honest and a pleasure to work with. Eva has taken over and she is the sheer opposite. She has been coming out to fix 2 electric blinds since Dec 1,2025. She has every excuse in the books and can't remember what excuse she used last. She has been coming in a week or two for months. I have been nice, kind, understanding and patient with her until today. She was going to call me right back and 30 minutes later no call and I'm sure I won't get one. I don't write negative reviews for businesses but this one deserves people knowing what will happen if they do business with her. I also tried to order more blinds and she doubled the price. I nicely questioned the price change and she had a lame answer. I spoke with one of the other employees and it was clear I wasn't the first unhappy old customer.
