It took a couple weeks for the windows to come it, but as soon as they were Wholesale Windows & Doors (Wayne) came by and installed them all in one day. I now have great new vinyl windows that are a hundred times better as far as energy efficiency and they are super easy to clean. I am now going to have them do all my upstairs windows with the same vinyl windows. Recommended!

I would not recommend using Caldwell Glass. I ordered my glass shower door and glass partition on…read moreMay 19th, 2020. I was told 10 business days and they would call me to schedule an appointment. I never heard from them some 20 days later and called the business. I got the run around for several days. I finally got a call back and got on the schedule for June 17th, 2020. They arrived late and my wife heard the installer, Chad, say he had not done one of these doors for well over a year. After the door and partition were installed, I found they were not measured correctly. I contacted Caldwell Glass and spoke to them. They advised they would not replace the door. They stated it was an issue with the tile. I told them the tile was installed prior to them measuring and that they measured wrong. Instead of remeasuring and replacing the parts, they found a Band-Aid for the problem. They did make some effort to fix the partition. However, they either measured the replacement glass wrong or used the old glass, as there is a very large gap on the back of the glass that they filled with silicone. I reached out to the owner Thad and he blamed their supplier and the tile for the issues. At the end of the day, he would not take responsibility for any of the issues. Ultimately, I filled complaints with the BBB and the Idaho Contractors Board over this situation. It appears Caldwell Glass came under new ownership at the beginning of 2020 and is not the same company the Treasure Valley once knew. I would NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THIS COMPANY as you were likely by disappointed.
