Initial interactions were with Manuel. He came out for the initial site review to provide a quote. I really appreciated his kindness and candor. We discussed all the likely work, costs and options for materials. We decided on the entry-level shingles as our roof is pretty simple, but with his recommendation opted for a small upgrade to the Solaris (cooler shingles). I appreciated the time he took flipping through the shingle brochure and explanations. Quote came in, which after deliberation accepted. Here lies the first issue. The office worker emailed me to select a color for shingle and provided a link. I went back to the brochure and immediately identified the Solaris shingle Emanuel and I agreed on. The office worker replied back that my selection was an additional ~$1,000. Of course I called out the mistake but my claims fell on deaf ears. I could only advocate so much, but the deposit was made and we needed to move forward. Installation day, the crew arrived on time and was very friendly. They didn't require much from me and just mentioned "we clean up daily like you won't even notice we were here". This was a 3.5 day project and each day they did a 'decent' job on their clean up externally. So far I have only stepped on one rusty roofing nail while walking on my lawn. The shocking part to me was the mess INSIDE in house. Maybe it's common sense(?) but being the first roof I have experienced being replaced, you think the roofing company would warn you about the MASSIVE amount of dirt and rocks which would saturate the home. Again, this wouldn't be mentioned but I feel a pre-installation conversation would have saved so much inconvenience. A few days in the project, we notice the agreed wood work was being completed. This is great! What wasn't great was 1. The dozens of nails/screws protruding through the vaulted ceilings, many splitting the beams. Luckily, we called them out in time where they removed them before installing layers. Additionally, the placement of the new wood was far from consistent with the previous design. The crew wanted to cover existing conduit and their reason was "we don't know what it looked like before the removal". If this is ever an issue for a roofer, you would think they would take notes or photos prior. Then came our side door overhang. The damaged wood was removed, but rather than replacing, they choose in their own discretion to completely delete the overhang between the house and garage. The last part of my experience was the worst part for me. Already the cost from original estimate to final bill was about $12k higher. Ouch. I got an email from the office worker that the workers would be completed in afternoon and requested I have a check handed to crew the moment they were done. Remember the dozens of nails/screws which penetrated our roof and into the living area? I called the office to inquire. There was no respect given, but rather I was faced with an unprofessional conversation where the office worker criticized me for attempting to "renegotiate" the completed contract. She (no joke) laughed at me. I'll post the photos I had sent her which she dismissed as "normal" consequences of the installation and not warranted by their company. It literally had to go to me denying immediate payment until I spoke with Emanuel. He did call, and was sympathetic but it does not undo the unprofessional and condescending attitude of the front office worker. Many calls went unreturned, questions unanswered and no attempt at customer recovery. They charged me about $1k over agreed on shingles, installed less roof vents than agreed, made the experience a nightmare and my house saturated in rocks and dust. Next time, warn your customers to cover items. Would have made the post-installation experience much better. Otherwise it looks good--I'll give them that. ** update. This was a 2 star review, but reduced as said office worker finds this review as "Funny". Spending over $30k, you think better customer service would be automatic. Go elsewhere!

Run away from Joe!! Note, DO NOT PAY HIM WITH ZELLE UNTIL WORK IS COMPLETED AND REVIEWED!!…read more Seems like a nice guy upfront, came to the house to check the job as not a standard install. Joe said "doable" and had no issues. Unfortunately, we were not onsite with the removal and install but communication was great. Joe sent a video day of install and we made final payment. Arrived at the house and immediately notice the gray concrete has inches of brown goo (caulk) all over it that is seen from shadows inside and out. Note, he removed gray caulking but replaced w/ dark brown and did not share. Further the glass is not even to the size in the invoice 23" glass vs 24" in invoice and what we discussed after he measured. On all 4 sides there is approximately 1" of space, all 4 sides have air / light and visible outside access without caulking (see images). Called Joe and he immediately, said he would not return. Now he's threatening to Sue me, keeps texting us harassing us, keeps texting that "I want to fight him"; as i said RUN, RUN from Joe! He's got a screw loose, cannot measure correctly and apparently cannot order the glass correctly either; more importantly doesn't stand by his work. He said he would return after 4 days, he showed up then left in a huff. Called me and started saying we needed to remove exterior wall finish, redo door, add new framing and that he could not reach the area to caulk but you can have your painters fix it. Basically, he's full of excuses and started to make statements and claims that were not true; plus puts fixing on others. On top of that he doesn't not warranty or stand by his work. You're better off doing it yourself. We paid 50% via PayPal for protection via credit card and the remaining on zelle. The zelle money is gone we cannot get it back, he will not coming back and is texting goofy. We have offered him 6 days to fix his work, he refuses. I would recommend skipping this guy as he was way more hassle than he's worth, plus the lies make it very difficult to trust him. My opinion you just cannot work w/ people like this as they take no responsibility whey they charge to remove glass, measure, order and install the glass. Further he did not clean up his work area after removing glass, installing glass and just left material for us to clean up. Totally up to the readers if you want to use him but protect yourself as in our case he's refused to fix his work, told us how bad it looks and that we are responsible. Just what you want to hear from a contractor you hire to do a job; that he installed horribly!! Good luck and read the other reviews several are on par with this.

Later, when it came time to deliver, your company refused to deliver what was agreed upon. Regarding the black screens: the contract clearly documented black screens, and we had to fight to get you to honor the originally agreed-upon terms. Yes, you eventually replaced some failed glass, but only after four months of repeated requests and follow-up. Acting as though that was a "favor" is disingenuous--it was simply fulfilling your obligation. Again, do not be misled--Jozsef is unprofessional and operates dishonestly. We are finally finishing our housing project with another window contractor who is now correcting the many mistakes your company left behind. Save yourself the frustration--take your business elsewhere.

My father-in-law passed away during the job, but everything had already been demolished so they finished the job. There have been so many times. I've reached out to them within the first year because that is their warranty and I was told multiple times "it passed inspection" when the safety rails that were put in the shower fell out because they were not screwed into a stud of any kind they were only screwed through the tile I was told they weren't put in for you, so why are you using them they were for your father-in-law and he's not there. It doesn't matter because it's in my house. I have the right to use it. he did send Freddie out a couple times to put them back in. He never put even an anchor in when he screwed them into the tile. The shower was leaking and causing damage to the wall and his worker. Freddie came out and put a new baseboard on and said there didn't fix the problem that was going on. Just tried to cover it up. Now that I'm 15 months out from my job and no longer under warranty one of the pipes burst in the wall flooding my master bedroom and my master bathroom, after the demolition was done, we were able to see all of the violations that occurred and what their true work is. Which I will attach the pictures his worker cut into a four 4 x 4 on the outside of my wall which is a weight-bearing beam did not do any reinforcement just cut into it to make a shelf for the shower. The hot mop that they installed they pulled out because they forgot to do the correct steps. Meaning it was a roll in shower and they had put a lip on it so it would've been a step in shower. They ended up just putting the tiles on the bear cement with no water proofing not to mention there was no insulation put back into the walls and the plumbing looks like a five-year-old did it. No wonder it burst after 15 months the heater and air conditioning unit they installed were too big for the ventilation I had in my house which he knew. They ended up suffocating themselves and shutting down to brand new units and come to find out my house could've caught on fire cause they were wired in properly. I guess that is what you get when you don't ask questions are below please if you have any more questions, ask me. this is only some of the issues I had. I can tell you a list of 100 and more.
