The owner Serj, came home for the measurements, we settled on a date and price, and the installation began. In my case, just the top floor, removal and installation. This included, multiple rooms, closets and stairs. Just if you are wondering, on the bottom floor I had hard floors put in (beautifully installed by another company). All by design and selection. Why? To showcase two different levels of living space, that are dominated by your feet, in the same house. Unfortunately, I overslept and didn't hear the doorbell. I felt terrible when I saw on my Ring camera that they rang several times. I called right away to apologize, and they were incredibly understanding and did not make me feel bad at all. Because of my mistake, they understandably prioritized other clients that day, but they quickly adjusted their schedule and fit me in the very next day -- on a Sunday. I truly appreciated their flexibility, professionalism, and dedication to their customers. 3) Our garage floors are very old and required a lot of work. They removed two layers of old linoleum, repaired numerous cracks, and properly prepped the surface for epoxy. The power source in our garage isn't great either, and we had to reset the breaker more than 10 times -- yet they never complained once. Even though it's a small garage, the amount of prep required turned what could've been a one-day job into two days, which we didn't mind at all because they clearly cared about doing the job right. After the crack repairs and sanding, you honestly can't even tell there was ever damage. 4) Communication was A+. Their price is double compared to other stores like Discount Flooring around. The flooring they delivered was not the same as the sample. Wood surface is much thinner. It didn't match with the flooring I had. I came back and tried to return. They said I was 45 days and they refused to take their product back. Nobody told me about 30 day returning policy when I bought it. Instead they told me it was returnable. On my invoice, it did not say also. I even offered to pay restocking fees but they did not accept it. The store was completely empty every time I visited. No customer. I saw one or two angry customers there not to purchase but to return as well. Now you understand why. Don't buy from them. Bad price, bad product, bad services, angry customers and empty store, and nobody is there basically.
