Denis his colleague showed up to move the washer/dryer and inspect the floor, and determined it was not level (it was VERY uneven). Denis gave me several options for how to proceed. They took the time to show me the support frame under the floor and explain why it wasn't level, and what they could do to level it as much as possible. I had hired Pro Handyman Service to address the floor only, but after they were finished and placed everything back the way it was, Denis asked to see a wash cycle on the washing machine to see if the floor fixed the machine as well - it worked great, no more intense shaking! Highly recommend, and will definitely be using their services again in the future.

We paid several hundred dollars for what was advertised as a deep clean, but the results were…read moredisappointing. After the service, the floors were still visibly dusty (see attached photo of a paper towel after wiping the floor), and we even found dirty dishes put back in the cupboards, not to mention other areas not fully cleaned. When we raised these concerns with the company, they refused to address them in any fashion--citing a policy requiring that any such issues be reported in 24 hours. Since this was our first cleaning, we didn't catch the policy when booking, and we were traveling over the weekend, so we couldn't have addressed it immediately anyways. Still, the company showed no willingness to make an exception or correct the issue. For the price charged, I expected a much higher level of quality and accountability. Instead, we were left with subpar service and rigid, unhelpful customer support. I would not recommend this company to anyone looking for a professional and reliable cleaning service.
