Hate to leave a bad review, but their customer service failed. I had every window and a sliding door installed in a two story home. That's a ton of windows! All was great until I noticed a problem with the sliding door not being square or plum. Contacted the company. The owner came out and acknowledged the door wasn't square, but only gave excuses. He promised he would correct the problem. After many calls and being put off again and again, then because of holidays and everyone being on vacation, they said they would readdress after the Christmas. Well it's now mid March and nothing. Every window and a sliding door replaced and that's the customer service I received after what should have been a small correctable issue. And their installation is supposed be a lifetime guarantee!!?? Also. Caulking on most the windows began separating within a few short months. read more

The price and service was great and window quality seems fine. My contractor for remaining work after window install found a leak that would have caused moisture problem at living room window because of the installation relying on caulking only and no other moisture barrier around edges while installing the new windows! praying they don't leak. Installation manager Chris said "there was an air bubble he had to fix to stop the leak" wish me well with the other 7 windows! Not impressed! read more

Zero stars. We had a window pane replacement a year ago. They measured incorrectly and had to reorder. It took forever for it to come in, and they still must have measured incorrectly because they had a very hard time fitting. The installer must have broken a seal and now there's moisture in the pane. They will not replace it even though this really is their poor fitting. They'll give a minimal discount to replace, but apparently they don't stand by their products or labor. I give no stars and will not ever recommend them or use them again. I noticed on the BBB, they have lots of fitting complaints. Don't bother calling these guys, go to a better window company. read more

This company used to be very good in the past ,but something is very different now. We ordered windows from them in August 2021. Installers show up in December with the wrong style and size of windows. I called the office and told the lady that I wanted to cancel the order and wanted my down payment of $1000.00 back. She told me the needed three days notice from day of order and she would tell owner. I have not heard anything back from them. read more

We are favorably impressed with Window World. David came to our home and demonstrated the product in a professional and friendly manner. Unlike other salesmen, he did not try to up-sell us anything that we didn't need or want. He even recommended against an additional window which would not have affected our energy costs any. He studied our needs and was able to save us unnecessary expense. Tim the installer worked quickly and efficiently. He took great care of our home, even to the point of changing out the windows without needing to remove our security iron. read more

Getting my new windows installed today and I can't say how impressed I am with the whole operation. Tim our installer explained everything he would be doing and already has 5 Windows Installed. The windows are top-of-the-line and the most beautiful thing to change the look of our house. I had to replace my windows back in Minnesota and now here in Arizona and I paid half the price I did in Minnesota for the same amount of windows. I also had a slider installed on top of at all. I highly recommend Window World as a consideration for doing your windows as I know I will continue to do business with them in the future. There was always something we weren't happy about, whether it was the customer service or because the windows didn't live up to our expectations. We have been very happy with our experience with Window World. The employees have always been polite, courteous, and well mannered. We all have our preferences in styles and colors, but most of us replace windows for increased efficiency, durability, and beauty. I had the added reason of having two family members with asthma. So David from Window World came out explained everything answered all my questions. So he wrote up my order for three window's to be installed this was September 2021. In December all the windows came in Tim the installer started on the bedroom windows first then was getting ready to install the living room window. As he was getting ready to remove the window he re-measured it only to find that the window was too big. I'm glad he did not remove my window first! So he called David and told him the window was too big. So I talked to David and he said he would put a rush on it I said ok. Now here we are in February so I called the office to find out when my window would be in she tells me March 23rd another month. I told her my patience was getting thin. She said that David was sick but she would email him to see if he could get the window faster. I'm waiting to hear from the office. Very Very poor customer service after the project (project) is done. Many back and forth trips not having supplies that is needed. Windows scratched up from factory and installing them seeing the scratches, replies oh you can paint over this. Has been stood up 4 times with calling letting you know that they are not coming. We had 10 windows installed plus a sliding door in April 2020 and are very pleased with the windows and the workmanship. The reason for the GOOD review the door handle for the slider came in white and it should have been tan in color and the door was actually sent in with the wrong opening so we had to wait on a new one to be sent but other than that the windows are amazing and we LOVE the guarantee. This company is out of control. I ordered windows from them in July 2021. They came to install my windows in December and was told my kitchen window "fell off the truck". They start installing and they are the wrong color! New windows come in months later and still NO kitchen window. The owner has NEVER returned any of my calls, which I have left over 30 messages (being kind about the number of calls). I'm thinking they canceled my contract and now need to get another window company to measure/install kitchen bay window. read more

We are extremely happy with our windows and sliding doors from Window World. The salesman was, well, a salesman doing his thing, and now they have the owner come out and remeasure, but it is worth noting that the samples of the windows we were shown were exactly what was delivered and installed. Yes, there was about a 6 week wait for the windows to be made and delivered, but after waiting 20 years with crappy single panes, that was nothing. The company accommodated our busy work schedules and was able to have a man out on a weekend to install. The installer was clean, courteous and did a great job. This was one of the only things I couldn't do as a DIY project and I expected major issues, but it went so smoothly, I still can't believe it. My house is tighter, cleaner and cooler now. read more

I like the windows they are good quality and look nice on the house. The installer was very good at his job. Downside is the lack of response from the office staff and constant excuses as to why it's taking so long to get things done. I was told by the sales rep that I would get an installer team and it would be done in 2 days. I got 1 guy and 4 days of install. Waited another 7 days for the stucco repair. Today is day 9 of waiting for my screens. read more

Worst company ever no follow through or communication. Ordered wrong size windows for me then when I was angry about it the salesperson Prentice threatened to come to my house to kick my ass. I paid $2300 so far and don't have windows but I do have the peace of mind knowing the salesperson thinks he is tough. These guys are a joke. read more

This company is a joke! i had them come out to bid replacing my doors and the guy David Harney tried to convince us to get fiberglass rather than steel doors, after thinking about it i asked to get a bid for both but he argued with me and then he said hed do it but he didnt. needless to say we did not hire them. He is bad business and a bully. I have since had 5 windows and 3 doors replaced by an amazing Tucson Window and Door who is professional and caring. The reason for three stars is because the installers did a Great job. The windows and doors on the other hand are a different story. The measurements taken where terrible. One window fit snug but others were at least half of an inch too small. This is not how they should fit. Had to add a lot of spray foam to fill the gaps. And the two doors where even worse. A very inconsistent and disappointing experience. After several initial inquiries and not hearing back, finally phoned their office and was told they would only install screens on the windows they sold. A day after I get a ping from the owner of franchise informing me the response I got from the office was incorrect. He comes to my home and measures my windows but never got back to me for price quote. Left several messages on Thumbtack and texted his mobile phone several times. Called the office and was told he gets back to me when gets time. Not sure how they run any business with this kind of customer service. read more

horrible. i was told it would take 2.5 weeks to install ONE window. here i am 5.5 weeks later waiting during the wettest monsoon season tucson has ever had. called yesterday for a status and was told they can't find my file but would call back right away. that was yesterday, still no call back. will i ever get the window i put a down payment on? there should be an option for a negative star rating. read more

Unfortunately, Window World does not honor their warranty on their windows. I am the second owner of the house and noticed that the windows were falling apart. The vinyl was warped and when it would rain, the water would come inside. I called Window World and they said that since I did not transfer the warranty one month after purchasing the home, this voids the warranty on the windows. Their windows do not hold up in the Tucson heat. I mentioned that I am in the market for additional windows but they were not interested. Although they saved money on the windows that failed by not honoring the warranty, they will not obtain future business from me. I was disappointed in their lack of service. read more
