AWFUL. As others mentioned price is so much cheaper. And sometimes we get what we pay for. About 3 weeks after getting my entire front windshield replaced it rained and leaked water all inside my car. Now every time I get my car washed I have to bring towels to mop up the inside. I have tried to get a hold of them for months now with no response. Initially there was an instant auto text from Eric for appt. Now the phone doesn't ring, says no voice mail, rings sometimes and then just disconnects. One time "Eric" auto response texted and I told my situation and no text response back. I have driven by and there was a sign posted closed until further notice. So when is saw a yelp review from this month I was shocked that they we're open again. Tried calling again and still nothing. Their work js supposed to have a 10 year guarantee and I could even get a 10 day guarantee. Workmanship is completely shoddy only topped by terrible customer service and business practices. Save your money and go to a real business to get your windshields repaired. read more

So far, so good. I got my windshield replaced on my Civic 2018. I went in on Saturday, 1/12/19, scheduled it all through Yelp with the help of the owner. Got my quote and they honored the quote the day I went in, they already had it on file. It took 45 minutes to install, but since it was raining hard, they had me wait an hour to have it dry more, which I was thankful for. No leaks that day, but it had stopped raining by the time I left, barely a drizzle later in the day too. Today, it is raining badly and I am happy to come into my car after a long day of work without any leaks. They also use OEM product so the glass looks identical to my old, original windshield so I am very happy with the presentation. And, the comments do not lie, the customer service is outstanding.
