I will never buy anything from a business with a no refund policy ever again and if that means I never own a suit they can bury me in my gym clothes. I really hate this place. It felt as though assumptions and biases were being made based clothing I was wearing or my perceived financial status or more. During the interaction, the associate made comments around Men's Wearhouse and similar retailers that they are not and that she doesn't like, which came across as dismissive and unnecessary. That said, I personally would not purchase from this store based on my experience with this associate. On a more positive note, I will note that they do offer a wide variety of selections and seem to do quality work. But overall, it's disappointing when quality customer service and professionalism are difficult to find in environments that should feel welcoming and inclusive.

I unfortunately forgot his name but he was working at about 2pm this past Wednesday. He was super observant of my needs even without me saying them out loud. I told him about my general aversion to fancy clothes and he suggested an economic option for me that's still high quality. It was sincerely perfect. The price range for the full suit was about what I'd anticipated but the tailoring was a much better price than I'd expected. I will update this review with a photo when I pick up my suit next week!

I thought I was going to get good service here and that I would be pleased, but in the end this place was just horrible and I wish I would have used a different dress shop. Please forgive this review as I will probably jump around. Like I said this review is over a year old and I'm writing as I remember. They have a huge selection and I'm sure if you can find a dress you like in your size with what they have a stock you might be pleased, but I had to order my dress and deal with incompetent ladies that work here. I had gone to this dress shop a few times before deciding I would use them, so I thought I made a good decision. WRONG! My bridesmaids and myself placed orders for our dresses about four months before the wedding. They told us that my dress would come in about two weeks before my wedding date and the bridesmaids dresses would get there about a month before the wedding. I was completely worried. Are you kidding me?! My dress is not coming in until two weeks before my wedding?!! Also when placing the orders, two of my bridesmaids placed their orders before the other two. We assumed that the order for those dresses had been placed, but no! They waited until the other two bridesmaids placed their order so they can place them all together. I was peeved about that. I did however get lucky when my dress came in a couple of months earlier. The bridesmaids dresses did come in on time. So that is really the only good thing I can say about this dress shop. When you order a dress from this shop they have their own seamstress and they set up an appointment for you. On the day I had my scheduled appointment with the seamstress about five other women had appointments. So there are all these brides to be, bridesmaids and mother of the brides hanging out waiting to be seen by the seamstress. They lady pinned me and told me to leave my dress and set up another appointment. Come my next appointment the seamstress was so swamped she was canceling appointments and a new seamstress was taking over. At this point I was flustered to deal with this BS and found it a waste of time to have about five different fittings with a seamstress. I found a different seamstress who had all the alterations done in a week. My husband and his groomsmen all rented their tuxes from this place and this is where the real problem began. The dress shop told us that they have tuxes in stock so really we just needed to give sizes and the tuxes can be picked up a few days before the wedding. Apparently the week of the wedding this dress shop has a flood. How a flood occured in this shop I don't know. Must have been a plumbing problem. The tuxes were in a different store, so they weren't ruined, but due to the flood the store now had some odd hours and any time you called you got a voicemail and half the time calls were not returned or when you did get to talk to someone they would tell you the best time to come to the store and when we would arrive no one was there. The day before the wedding we picked up all tuxes and there were some problems with a few of them. My husband's tux was missing cuff links and the tie and the shoes were the wrong size. Another groomsmen also had the wrong size shoes. All of the dress shirts were tacky looking and see thru. The girls that work here are lousy. Half the time they aren't working. They are just sitting behind the counter gossiping about their coworkers. If you want help you usually have to ask, their customer service isn't so great that they will ask if you need help. I was so unhappy with the service we got. I would NOT recommened this dress shop if you want quality in a dress and quality in service.

So me and my sister (the bride-to-be) were happy and hopeful she would find her dress here. The girl who approached us asked what her size and budget were, and proceeded to pull some dresses. To put it bluntly, my sister is very top heavy and wanted dresses that provided her with modest coverage. The dresses that this woman and her coworker (who showed up halfway through the appointment to throw her two-cents in) pulled were lower cut than my sister was comfortable with AND they were OVER her budget! They kept insisting that this hideously low-cut dress looked fabulous on her. It looked like a train wreck. She walked out holding the top up because it gave absolutely no support and she didn't want to flash anyone. To make matters worse they left her sitting in the dress while they wandered off in the store. I had to help her out of the dress and we both felt we could not get out of their fast enough. They paid no attention to her wants or instructions. Just found the most expensive dress they could slap on her and pushed her to buy it. Shopper beware. Would not go near this place again if I was paid.
