During…read moremy visit, my mom was waiting in line to use the restroom along with several other customers when a mom and her child walked straight past everyone and cut through the entire line. It was extremely rude and disrespectful to everyone who had been patiently waiting their turn. What made the situation even worse was that no one from the store seemed to address it or manage the situation, even though the area was busy. Basic courtesy and respect for other customers should be expected in a public place, and unfortunately that wasn't the case here. While the store itself may be popular, experiences like this leave a really negative impression. I left feeling frustrated and disappointed with how the situation played out. I hope that some day, this issue gets addressed and resolved. Needless to say, I won't be coming back & would highly recommend staying away from this location.

The service is almost always good and the guy that built the bike when I bought it was really cool, helpful, and informative. I can't say the prices are always great, but what place has that? I will say they always have deals and good sales and so the pricing is pretty good. They have a large selection and the place is really big so there's usually many of each item in stock. I would recommend them for, at least, an option when you're shopping for sporting goods.

Got down there saw the reel I wanted. A shimano stradic 1000. So Christopher was my guy. Told him what I wanted and I was ready to buy. Well we couldn't find the key for the glass case it was in. Christopher went out of his way to help me. I also bought a rod, some weights, hooks, and a large funnel. They put some line on the reel and to the cashier. The only additional things we got separately were backpacking chairs and a pillow but you can get those from them as well. The staff were super nice and made this whole rental process super easy with picking up and dropping off. I knew about this store for awhile but didn't get to check it out until today…read more I accidentally flushed my shoe laces to a pair of my running shoes down the drain today and needed to find replacement shoelaces. Who knew that finding shoelaces would be so difficult? I guess I should have just gone online to buy them! I first went to REI and then Road Runners and they both didn't have any in stock, so I then tried this store out and they had a good selection of shoe laces, but also many other items too besides running shoes. I liked some of their apparel and checked out some of the hydration packs they have in stock. Three or 4 staff members helped me out and everyone was so nice and really attentive. One guy even tried looking up a hose I needed for my Osprey 3L hydration pack, but they didnt have any in stock or online. But, I did find a pair of shoe laces and I will definitely be back again for my running needs!

Teri and Erin, our guides, were wonderful. The trip was seamless - they texted us the location to meet them, had day passes for our car, and then transported us to the intake location. They had water for us, and snacks during a mid-trip stop, and Teri took pictures the whole trip, so we didn't have to be concerned about bringing our phones or cameras on the trip. They made it so easy for us to just relax and enjoy the experience. Will definitely do this again and highly recommend it for others!
