We did not want to replace the window given how long that would take and Igor came replaced all of the wood on all sides of the window, stained it and it honestly looks exactly like it did when it was new. I was concerned if Igor would even come to South Shore but without hesitation said he absolutely would. We arranged a time, he inspected the windows of concern, out of the six that I was having troubles with only two needed complete replacement and the others were simple repairs. It took a few weeks for the two windows to be made, not unusual, and this past week he followed up made the appointment and finished the job. A rep from Dilworth came out and put new rollers on the bottom of the door. It worked good until the next day when it didn't. I called the company and told them about it. My handyman was out a couple of days latter and I told him about the door. He went outside and opened a latch and put a screwdriver in and turned it a little. The height of the rollers were adjusted and the door slid perfectly. I called Dilworth and told them about that. I told them I didn't need new rollers. I just needed the door to be adjusted. They said someone would call me back. I called several times and they always had a lot of excuses. Nothing was done. I paid $480 for nothing.

He measured the windows so quickly (like 2 minutes) that I wondered if the windows world 3 actually fit (they did!). I chose a day for installation when Kris was going to be out of town on vacation so he let me decide if we wait to wait until he got back or if we wanted him to send his right hand man Daniel. We went with Daniel who showed up right on time on a cold morning. I thought removing the old badly cracked panes of glass would be very difficult. I was right but they got the old ones out quickly and the new ones in so fast and they finished about 30 minutes before their estimate. They only removed one window at a time and our house never got cold on a 33 degree day This was one of the best customer experiences for a project I have ever had. I chose EV Windows after asking CharGBT to find me a great window company with very good reviews and I'm so glad I did. I do not have one negative thing to say.
