I overheard the meals at the table next us were cold and sent back to the kitchen. More apologies were made. Our server was continually making apologies for the kitchen's problems. The food was fine. The amount and love and care they pour into their animals and the pride they take in providing the best grass for the cows to feed on is unparalleled to anything else. We have always received such high quality meat and over the years. Even some of our friends who have tried our beef have decided to buy from them as well. We are so happy with their beef that once a year we make the drive from Colorado to the farm to pick up our meat. It is well worth the trip knowing the quality and care put into the beef. The bonus is that we have developed such a wonderful friendship with the people who raise our food. What a blessing that is! With all that's going on in this crazy world we live in and what seems like the constant attack on pure, God given, clean, healthy food it is so wonderful to have found Holy Cow where we know we are getting the best food money can buy. After scrambling around all morning to different hardware stores trying to repair it I made one call to the evening hatch where I reached Rich (owner) and said we could come over and use his person patch kit. Showed up and Rich gave me his personal patch kit and helped me patch the hole in the floor... no charge... and he saved the day and got us on the water. Hell, he'd probably give you the shirt off his back if ya asked. Not only that he pointed out 4-5 bugs for us to throw that day and we pulled fish into the boat consistently all damn day with his fly recs. I can assure you this is your one stop shop.
