Wine Cellar takes all my money at least once a month. The extensive number of a wide range of varietals has something for any wine lover. The food menu has lots of options to go with the bottle of wine you are sharing with a friend. The chilled white wine selection in the front case always has something new for us to try. We have been here multiple times, its a great meeting space for is 3 girls. But each time we get ignored, the waitress wants to be where the regulars are. We are officially looking for a different place to become regulars. Wich is sad cause its an ideal place for us because one of us lives in plattsmouth, bellevue and papillion. And I have been the one to say let's go again and see if we get better service. So if your wanting a good vibe and something cheap. Go somewhere else. I started here on my own one night and I enjoyed a great old fashioned and the bartenders and customers at the bar were very friendly. Since then I've been taking my partner to the wine tastings on Thursdays and having casual cocktails on Saturdays. I couldn't be happier with the friendliness of the staff and the great variety of wines during the tastings. The charcuterie platters and the pizzas are great and the monthly specialty pizzas are definitely something you should try. Some reviews say that it seems like a "regulars bar" but as someone who is under 30 and walked in alone the first time and became a frequent customer, I would not let this deter you at all as I never felt like this. I highly recommend this place for a date night, or a nice after work cocktail. Good drinks, good food, good atmosphere, friendly bartenders. 10/10 read more

If I put Boba and Sammi in the basement, then it's the Whine Cellar. But I would never! Cute expensive wine bar right in the middle of the fancy Mall South of Omaha, in the suburb of Papillion. I definitely recommend coming here if you love wine and love sitting in a bar with a bunch of middle class or rich, mostly corn-fed, mostly caucasian people and drinking and chatting and what not. About how bad Obama was, and how great Trump has been for the country. Brainwashing is a service at all Nebraska laundromats it seems. It's good for that. It's a good social Gathering Place. It's a little upscale. Maybe that's your thing and if it is come and check it out. We did. We hated the political talk. We loved the ambience. read more

Wine Cellar 510 - I always hear whining coming from down here - Wine Bars Near Me - Papillion, Nebraska

I can't quite figure this place out. But I think that's me, not it. I think it's exactly what it's supposed to be and I'm still catching up. So what is it? A cozy wine bar. Done. Simple. The service is always friendly, there are always a few people there (and seemingly quite a few regulars). Sometimes it's crowded, sometimes it's not, but I don't know that I've ever seen it empty. You can order by the glass or buy bottles. Of course we often do both. They also have beers and a larger cocktail menu than you might expect. This is probably what throws me off: I keep thinking "cozy wine bar" (which it is) but then I see the many bottles of gin, whiskey, and tequila, the many cocktail accoutrements, the many accessories like wine gift bags, and I start thinking it may be something more (which it also is). You can even join a wine club there, at both regular and reserve levels. We stopped at Cellar 510 for a couple of before dinner drinks. Why we haven't been here before is a mystery to me! The bartenders here were very nice and easy to talk to. It appeared that Cellar 510 has a lot of regulars as the bartenders knew a lot by name! The drink menu was large and ranged from wine to beer as well as classic cocktails. We didn't try any food, but the pizza coming out of the oven smelled delicious. I can't wait to try some food upon my next visit. read more

This wine bar and liberations stop in Shadowlake shopping center is a popular spot on sunny days and after work/happy hours. A few pros- dog friendly patio with some ambience, and the inside is cozy and casual. They have a few types of seating from nook booth to high tops and lower tables or bar seating. Quaint wine cellar with hundreds of wines to choose from. Don't worry, if you aren't a wine connoisseur they also have other spirits and mixed drinks as well. My husband and I have made this a date night destination a few times now. We've left pleased after every visit. A cheese board with balsamic drizzled gouda, bleu cheese, and the all other standards like fig jam and warm crusty bread? Along with a glass of Cabernet? You have my heart! The bottles of wine are reasonably priced. (I went to Hyvee afterwards once to compare some wines I knew I would find, and they were all priced the same or within a few dollars.) My only gripe is that their by glass menu is rather small and in some cases priced high. One red was $8 for a glass but only $16 for the bottle. So you think, "I'll just buy the bottle," BUT then they charge a $5 fee for uncorking a bottle under $25. Minus 1 star for that ridiculousness. Overall it's always been a great stop! Great service and good food. Small, cozy, quiet environment. (And a short walk from a chocolate shop!) read more

The place is nice, with a great wine selection. We got our wine and food in a timely manner. However; for being the first time we've gone there and attempting to gain knowledge on wine, we couldn't help but feel that we got the cold shoulder. It was nice to see that this bar was open. It was a beautiful atmosphere as far as how the bottles were staged in the shop. It was disappointing to come in and listen to the dismissal attitude of the bartender of COVID-19 with a couple already seated and enjoying their drinks. The bartender did not wear a mask and in my opinion came too close to us as she served us. We love Wine Cellar 510! The staff is amazing and they are always on the lookout for something to suggest that they know we will love. They offer fun events and their Thursday evening wine tasting is such a great way to learn about wine. Plus, it's just $5 or free if you are a wine club member (which we are!) Surprised to see some of the comments here about corkage fees - it is standard practice in wine shops. I've been to this wine bar about 4-5 time and each time I've gone the staff has been extremely helpful and friendly. I'm not a wine guru, so I usually rely on staff advice for my selections. They usually hit it right on the head! The only reason I dropped a star was because they price per glass is way too steep. It's much more economical to buy the bottle and drink at home. I went tonight and the place is very nice. I joined a group of friends. I finally had to flag someone down and the server didn't tell me it was happy hour by the time I got a menu I missed it. The two servers stayed mostly at the bar and didn't check up on us. I got a second drink and ordered a sangria. It was terrible I thought it was the wrong drink and a friend tried it and said it was so sour and to take it back. I talked to the first person and they wouldn't make another drink, comp it, apologize for it. I was so shocked. I went back later to pay and I told them that I was clearly unhappy with the drink and the girl was so rude and said that's how we make them you are the only one who ever complained. I was like: Well maybe they don't care being charged 8 dollars for a drink they don't like! I thought the food was okay but I will not go back. I can get better service at other establishments. Sorry if they had only worked with me. Customer service is not their focus. read more
