Quick delivery. Good prices. Has a wide variety of products. The only place I could find the wine we enjoyed on our cruise.

UPS service is not as good as FedEx that gives me delivery windows of time to be home for signature need. it was futile to get 3 "attempted deliveries ". eventually went to do my own pickup at depot 30 min away. FedEx much more communication and at least a 4 hr window when I could have any hope of accepting delivery. read more

I ordered a bottle of bourbon on 3 Feb that indicated that it was in stock. I got charged right away. I got the Shop App to track and it continued to say processing. On Feb 8th I emailed Wine Chateau and was told it was still in processing. On Feb 9th, I called and was finally told that it was on back order until the end of the month. Today, Feb 27th, I got on line and was surprised that I could order a bottle, no indication of "back order". So I called and again was told that it was still on back order. I cancelled my order. I placed an order 8 bottles -- it was the worst service I have ever experienced with an online vendor. The shipment was incredibly slow - with no status provided on when it might arrive. I received a partial order with no mention of the other bottles. I called and they refunded one because it wasn't in stock. (I had to CALL THEM to get them to refund something they didn't ship?) completely rude vendor. I had a profoundly bad experience trying to buy a large amount for an event. Charged my card anyway after they advertised vintages they didn't have and couldn't get. Sent inferior tasting product for me to taste as substitute. 2 of 3 samples were not good. they didn't even communicate when they were planning to ship the rest of the large shipment after I inquired about status and before I knew they had falsely advertised. when I tried to cancel shipment on what what they did have because of my overall frustration they claimed they had already shipped what they did have. Argued with me on the phone--all my fault according to them. no acknowledgement that they had falsely advertised.
