The class times are spread out enough and other formats available like Pilates so there is always a class daily to make in the day or evening. The teachers are the real gems here, just great enthusiasm, care, guidance and encouragement from them all, it's obvious they all love teaching yoga! The room has a padded floor and is large with mirrors to watch your pose progress and at 105 F , your muscles are all relaxed and ready to be stretched!! The price per class and monthly membership is reasonable and hasn't changed in years. Celeste the owner gets right on any facility needs and is committed to a high quality experience for those who attend. The changing rooms have showers and bathrooms that are nicely equipped and there is a water station, with electrolytes available for purchase as towel rentals and mats, etc. . The 1.5 hr class has been so good for me and has improved my flexibility, reduced my muscle tightness and soreness from working out at the gym. Still a great workout and I plan to attend another IHP class. My one note for improvement would to be offer sanitizing wipes for equipment and personal mats. Water wipes are simply not enough. I received an email shortly thereafter as a confirmation and was provided important details of the event. It was very informative and appreciated. I received a reminder email closer to the event which was nice. The event offered a pre-sound bath gathering which I was very excited about. Location is on Silverado trail with street parking and a parking lot in the back. I arrived 5 minutes before gathering and was immediately greeted by the lovely Melanie. I had the pleasure of speaking with her before everyone arrived. She was kind, sweet and has a soothing voice. She was able to answer all my questions. I used the restroom before we started and it was clean. While she continued to set up, I sat down for some tea while others trickled in. The space indoors was beautifully decorated, clean, organized and so welcoming. It was a warm and comfortable environment and the people were very friendly. We sat and chatted about our intentions for a few minutes then headed to the mats to begin the sound bath. In addition to the mats that she provided, she had pillows, a blanket and an eye mask for each of us. We were a group of 9 individuals. The sound bath was relaxing, calming, and brought this feeling of relief. Everyone's experience would be different which is why I definitely recommend trying this if you haven't. If you have, it is worth coming back to! Our lives become so busy so this was nice to reset my mind and body. This was a great event and i can't wait to try other services/ classes.
