The discussion about cement barrels was completely new to me and ended up being one of the most fascinating parts of the evening. The class was held in Campo's side room, which was spacious and filled with beautiful natural light. It created a relaxed, intimate ambiance that was perfect for learning, asking questions, and enjoying the wines without feeling crowded. To accompany the tasting, we were served delicious canned tuna seasoned with paprika alongside locally made kettle chips from Moo Creamery, located just down the street. The pairing was simple but thoughtful, allowing the Portuguese wines to remain the star while showcasing another great local business.
