Went here last night. I must say this place is cute. Ive seen it but never gone in. There are wines by the glass for purchase or you can purchase a bottle. I even spotted a bottle a bottle for sale from our local winery San Rucci. They were very accommodating and tended to our group nicely. They have tables for a cozy couple setting or bar seating. There is a room that can be set up for a larger group. There is a few tables out front in a fenced off area for a nice evening to sit outside. There was nice lighting, items for sale and small bites are offered. I did enjoy the visit and seperate tabs were kept which was perfect. I plan on returning again maybe to enjoy another evening with friends. So wether its an intimate evening or a quaint gathering give them a try.

Nothing gets better than a night out at Campo Bar & Bottle! From the Ambiance, to the service, to the wine selection- everything exceeds all expectations. When you walk in you are greeted by smiling faces and a warmly lit seating area (this place just feels like a hug!). Some nights they have live music, which just adds to the feeling of wanting to be there. They have drink specials scrawled on the wall highlighting what outstanding offerings they have, and a great menu of small bites (don't miss the beans and toast!). Cannot recommend this place enough!

Campo is a hole in the wall. A lowkey Bakersfield gem. Something about this place at night is just so alluring and inviting. Well dim, comforting decor, wonderful staff. This would be the best place to go for downtown late night discussions. I ordered the mystery bottle and asked that although I am asking for something to surprise me, I would prefer one that isn't bubbly. I felt bad asking but she was very happy to oblige! My friends and I got a delicious sweet red Gamay Noir (I have never heard of that wine!) and it might be my new favorite red after a Malbec. Make sure you read the menu foodwise as you might not get what you're expecting. I also got the fish and chips and it was tinned fish with lemon and paprika. I love tinned fish so and this pairs much better than battered fish. Also got the beans and toast, and it is NOT like the british breakfast at all. The beans were huge with an acidic olive oil sauce. I recommend smashing it onto your bread. You get a hefty amount of beans so don't be scared to ask for more bread!

I finally made it over to Campo! I've heard about this place for a while, but generally end up at Tlo when I'm feeling a wine place. They have a rotating list of glasses/bottles. I believe it's always a bubbly, a white, a rose or orange, light red, and red. I opted to go for the orange wine. Alicia was serving us and she was great! She walked us through the different options, told us what to expect, and let us try before committing to a glass. The vibe was perfect for a wine bar. It was cool inside during this 100° weather and the bar allowed for nice interaction with staff and other visitors.

Delicious pairing going on.

Thoroughly enjoyed this intimate little wine bar stop. Our host Willie got us settled in comfortably on one of the back tables, and after perusing their wall of wine bottles, we chose a delicious 2020 Cascina Roccalini Nebbiolo. They also offer delicious bottles by the glass, and some Small Plates to pair with the wines. Looking forward to coming back and working our way through that wall of wine.

Every time we come to campo we find a new wine we love! Their selections are so so good! Atmosphere is cozy and has that "friends and family" neighborhood bar feeling. Service is always friendly and helpful. I'll just say this place js dangerous for us because we always leave buying a bottle we didn't intend to buy so it's a good problem to have for sure.

This sweet little spot is one of my new favorites down town. The ambiance is great, and the people are just as amazing. Molly and Willie make you feel like a very important guest. They are very attentive and super sweet people. I love the rotating menu of wines and their "campo" pours. I will say you get your moneys worth. They also have great cheese boards to snack on. Furnishing is very simple and elegant I love it, and this place smells delicious every time I've gone. If you're looking for a nice evening with great wine this is the place.

My new fav little wine spot in town. The place itself is tiny but it is very cute and aesthetic. My favorite seating area is near the entrance as there are sofas you can sit on. Service was great. The gentleman who served us was very helpful in helping us find a wine / rose that worked for our taste buds. We also ordered a charcuterie board and it was delicious.

This beautiful wine bar is now my favorite spot! You're going find that I will become a regular here! The ambiance is perfection. Feels like you're in Santa Barbara. The beautiful decor, tiles, candles and dim lighting offer a romantic feel. The owners Molly & Willie are a darling and friendly couple. They have this amazing energy and make you feel right at home. Molly knows her wine and is great at making suggestions. They offer various wines from France to California. Prices range, so there's an option for everyone. You can order by the glass or bottle. Definitely stop by and give them your love! You will definitely adore it here!

The sweetest spot downtown can only be found at Campo Bar & Bottle. Looking for a the perfect quick date spot? Or maybe a light bite and drink after work with the girlies? Or maybe you just want to decompress, by yourself with a nice glass of Albarino in hand. The answer is unanimously, Campo Bar & Bottle. Located in what I lovingly call the Boss Babe Business Boulevard (we're still working on the name) amidst several other women owned businesses, Campo is tucked away with a delicate patio outside. Inside you'll find a creatively decorated bar filled with thoughtfully curated wines from around the world. Select a bottle from the wall or let the staff guide you - either way you're certain to find an enjoyable glass. The staff at Campo are kind beyond words and a place I would feel incredibly comfortable visiting alone. Single women rejoice! This is your spot! We enjoyed all the wines tasted at Campo, but you know I'll be back for that beans & toast. I'm counting down the days!

Just went in to this interesting building and met a wonderful woman by the name Erica. Erica the bartender introduced me to Campo and everything thats goes along with the setting throughout the week. Small plates and sparkling wine

My first time here but it is beautiful inside. Very cozy and small atmosphere, come alone or with a friend. Very friendly and welcoming staff. Haven't tried the food yet, but they serve small plates of bread, dip, and more.

Last year I made a large reservation for about 10 ladies to celebrate someone and on the way to the restaurant they called to confirm the reservation (about 30 minutes before), but I did not hear my phone. When I arrived, a distraught friend told me that they did not have our reservation so I asked what the issue was. The manager told me because I did not confirm, they were not sure they were going to hold the table. I apologized that I had not recieved a call, but asked if we could still have the table (I was there on time and could see the large table with the reservation note on it). The manager begrungenly said they would allow us to still dine with them, but they said they would not seat us until more of our party arrived. I asked if we could wait for our party at the bar, but they said they would not because every seat at the bar was taken. So just a heads up, you cannot stand at the bar, you cannot stand around the restaurant, and they do not have a place to sit and wait for your table, you just have to stand outside (I'm sure it has to do with safety or firecodes, I didn't argue, we waited outside until people at the bar left). Once we were seated, the staff was not friendly. Wondering if we should leave or not, I called a friend who works near the building who frequents this place often on what I should do. He told me to go back inside and that the staff would be nice. When I returned, a new server came to our table with a tray of shots and said they would be taking care of us for the rest of the evening. I figured maybe the manager and that other server was just having a bad day, my friend must have called the restaurant and asked his most trusted server to help us, and enjoyed the rest of our evening. I didn't want to risk it another bad experience, so I haven't returned since. A few months ago during the whole Cesar Chavez news broke out, that friend who frequented the place went with another friend to the Botonist and was talking about the news while they were dining. The manager overheard. Later when my friends were getting ready to leave, the manager started becoming upset with my friends and told my guy friend, "I HOPE SOMEBODY R*PES YOU". Stunned, he asked her to repeat herself and she did. My friends left. The chefs and building are wonderful, but obviously something needs to be done about the management and staff with being professional and treating customers with respect. I've worked in the service industry and understand how stressful it can be, but I have always been able to keep my cool around people who are trying to enjoy a nice meal. Hoping they recieve the help they need as I love to see my community thrive.

At the last minute, I actually had to move my reservation by 30min, so I called the restaurant and they were very accommodating, which I appreciated. They literally left no stone unturned. Every single corner of the restaurant is beautifully decorated. I do love the whole vault theme. It definitely just feels like you're stepping back in time. The food was fantastic. On a Friday and Saturday night, they offer a prime rib special. The plate itself ran about $52. But it was well worth it. The prime rib absolutely melted in your mouth. It was paired with a beautifully baked potato. It was also served with a side of horseradish sauce as well as Au'ju, We also tried out the brussels sprouts appetizer. They were absolutely amazing. Flavor was spot on. And I would definitely recommend it if you're just wanting to try something a little bit different. Our meal also came with a soup or salad. My wife opted for the Caesar salad, with house made croutons which she said was great tasting. I opted for the soup of the day, which was an Italian wedding soup.
