We've been to dozens of vineyards and winery's along VA wine trail and this is easily by far some of the finest wine we've had of all the varietals. Even types I don't normally care for were incredible here. Couldn't find one type we didn't like. They make it right there on premises. The owner was there making the wine and our tasting host was the son. We did three tastings of 19 wines plus a few extras and were more than impressed. The Brown Butter Old Fashioned is a standout. Brown butter-washed bourbon adds a subtle nutty richness that rounds off the edges of the whiskey beautifully, while the cinnamon bitters and maple bring warmth without turning the drink into dessert.
