Me and my boyfriend just can't get enough of this place. This is now become our favorite spot for wings and it's always been around, but we never really paid attention to it but I am glad that we did because now we will never go anywhere else. At least not for their special. The wings are so good flavored just right and cooked perfectly and I love that their lemon pepper seasoning is wet and not dry like most other places. I don't like spicy so my go to is always lemon pepper and this is my top place for lemon pepper wings, I highly suggest it for anybody to try. The service was not what I expected. I stopped in on their Thursday wing day they wanted to tap my card. I asked the lady not to she placed in and then signed my name for me on my credit card I'm enough old enough to sign my own name I am not pleased with their customer service to be really frank. I have to rate their customer service one. This restaurant is empty right now I cannot recommend you to use your credit card in here. I do not recommend you to use your credit card here I was going to give her cash after I had her withdraw and redo the payment method the food was presented in a very positive professional way. Service has a lot to be desired of. They could've gotten a five star rating for me, but based on what the character did, I have to give him a three star. As I was leaving, the lady that was serving me, realized that she had made a mistake they still did not offer me anything to compensate me and this incident again who provided a better rating and serviced it. I'm going to be extremely blunt here. For the last few delivery based orders, I have been sorely disappointed that requests to switch out sauces aside from the mild have been disregarded. Now, I understand how a kitchen operates. And there's likely even policies in places to prevent any other sauce orders aside from mild when the options or 'Special Requests' were not present for one of the delivery services. However upon the return of the Special Request section, there was no change. Not a single thing for the sauces. So, while regrettable because I genuinely enjoyed ordering the Chipotle Buffalo Fries at this location... I would not recommend ordering for delivery if your looking to switch for different sauce choices. It puts a strain on funds, ruins a meal, and leaves someone looking a replacement. read more

I haven't been here since , new ownership took over and it became wing factory , so when I tell you this new ownership is so much better than wings empire . my family wanted a quick grub before our day started . 5 adults , 1 child . we all came in hungry and there was one cook , I was iffy thinking it would take a while for all of our food , but he didn't , he did not disappoint , we grabbed our drinks from the fountain machine ( BTW they have horchata and Jamaica BOMB & ICCE ) Anyways we grabbed our drinks sat down and he had all our food out 5 mins of us waiting at our table . Not only that , they brought the food out to us ! Wing places always call the food out instead of doing the extra mile to serve dine in . The plates were all soo full of food , none of us finished , wings&things could never , they charge so much for not even half of what the regular size is at wings factory . My child is also very picky and he loved it , he got the tenders , they gave him veggies and fries yum . After seeing the reviews and this happening a 3rd time i can say it was my fault for keep trying to give them a chance but come on now. I've worked at epic wings in Escondido; I've had to make orders for Uber eats as well and there's no way they don't see my notes and they're aren't doing this on purpose. I ask for No chipotle, not once BUT TWO TIMES and they still put some on the fries! I would always make sure to read the Uber eats notes and not mess up someone's order. Ive most back to San Diego and been craving buffalo fries but there's not a close epic wings that I can order thru Uber eats and decided to give wings factory a try. I've contacted Uber eats but also wanted to contact them cus they need to be aware.
