Buffalo Wild Wings is supposed to do one thing, cook chicken, and somehow they still manage to mess that up. I ordered a 20/20 wing bundle and specifically requested all sauces on the side. Simple, right? Apparently not. Instead, every single one of the 20 bone-in wings and even the boneless ones came already tossed in sauce. At some point, someone clearly realized the mistake, but by then the entire order was already wrong. On top of that, the food was over-salted like crazy. It completely ruined the taste. It's frustrating when such a basic instruction gets ignored, especially when you're paying for a big order. Attention to detail matters, and this place seriously dropped the ball. Came into Buffalo Wild Wings and was told I had to order on the app and eat outside to get there promotion that's advertised .which makes absolutely no sense. Why would anyone come to a restaurant just to be told that? This location already has a 2.3 rating, and now I see exactly why. I've actually given this place good reviews before, but that ended today. I spoke directly with the general manager, Rich, and instead of showing any professionalism, he smirked and laughed right in my face. That's not leadership that's disrespect. Located in the Chula Vista Center, it's a smaller BWW location but still has plenty of TVs to watch the games. Parking is easy and plentiful. Staff were attentive and hard working on my visit. Food came out of the kitchen fresh and hot and was regular BWW quality. Overall decent experience at this location. read more

Sat us at one of those tiny circular high tables for 3 people. The server messed up our order by giving a side we didn't order, not bringing us a drink we did order and giving us a double order of something we ordered. To their credit, the other servers were eager to make things right. The burger I ordered was definitely NOT worth 20 bucks. It had very little taste and the regular fries are even worse. The worst service I have ever had. No one to greet us at the front we waited a while and had to go looking for them. It was a so unorganized. When we were finally seated we were left waiting about 25 minutes before we were even acknowledged. We went to ask several different servers about getting attended to and each one just shrugged it off. After the 4th attempt someone finally came to ask us if we wanted water and he kind of hesitated when we asked him. It was a very unpleasant interaction. Then the kitchen manager Carlos came out and asked us if there was an issue. We explained that other tables had been attended to with drinks and all before we were even noticed. Went yesterday with my wife for lunch, we got the pick 6 for 24.99, the food was okay, but our waitress was absolute garbage , she didn't greet us, barely came to the table, didn't ask if we needed anything. Then she took forever to charge my card so we're sitting there waiting for a long time. Service like this does not deserve a tip. She seemed really careless, it was a Mexican lady with blonde hair. I came in today with my girlfriend like we do every Tuesday. Literally every Tuesday. We get mediocre service most of the time, but we keep coming since we live close by. Some waitresses/waiters are very nice though. However, every single time we come we get something wrong with our orders (wrong random sauces, extra charges, missing items, etc.) and sometimes extremely slow service even when its not as busy. Today was too much which is why im writing this review. I ordered 12 wings and only got one ranch that was halfway full that looked as if someone purposely poured out the other half. The wings were also cold. Then we got our sampler, for which we ordered the 4 advertised sauces, we ONLY got the beer cheese (which wasn't even one of the options we ordered). We were trying to be graceful and give it the benefit of the doubt... however, we realized we had no plates, silverware, nor napkins. What a shame. I guess we'll use our fingers. Also, not once were we asked if we wanted a refill, even though our cups were empty for a while. As I mentioned, we are regulars. We also always tip 20% or more even after all the consistent mistakes. This was a very disappointing experience, specially since we really enjoy Bdubs. What a shame. read more

I called to see if I could go back and pick up sauce and Oscar took care of the issue. If I could give this ZERO STARS, fuck man I would most definitely. Online ordered at 9:09pm, pickup time states 9:30pm. I know how "busy" they get so my bf and I get there at 9:40 for pick up. Give an extra ten minutes you know, just in case. I go inside the restaurant and it's empty, a few low top and high top tables taken but nothing like it'll take an hour for food to be ready. It's 10 PM. My order is still not ready. This other guy walks in picking up his order, oh it'll be like 10/15 minutes for yours to be ready, they tell him. I ask a different lady how long mine will take because I ordered at 9:09 pm and it's about to be an hour since i ordered. She tells me that the other girl is on her way back with food. The girl gets back to the front, hands me the food, I always check to make sure it's right because somehow something is always missing. I just ask for napkins because there's none. We get home, wings are cold and the fries are cold and soggy, YUM.. extra chewy. No fKN Gross. Honestly Bdubs has become the worst wing place out there, the past few times service is terrible. For the many restaurants and the many dinners that I have seen there are some that have some of the great qualities and the history that makes so many places some of the greatest to go and have dinner and have the best company parties with places that have some of the best food with the best finger foods. With many restaurants that have a fine selection of many beers, and the great drinks you may still find some of the best cocktails and the food to go with them. There has been one place that has been on the list with the best finger foods and the chicken you can find from the mild to the spicy to hot three-mile island yes there are flavors that go that hot. Yes, many bars type restaurants can be the loud and the very loud they may have a sporting that is on pay per view yet being a restaurant, they do have to follow certain rules and regulations. The one location that comes to mind that was my day trip yesterday when my day was full and wanted to pay a visit over to the Chula Vista Center to find a great place is to arrive at the restaurant right as they open you can see the way they welcome you to the restaurant. When I had arrived at Buffalow wild Wings it was just coming on the 1200pm hour with the many eateries and the taco places were getting ready for the lunch Hour. Arriving at the restaurant there was a few people at the bar with managers helping out on the floor getting to the front door was greeted by the managers and seated over to the side tables where they placed two menus on the table. The many combos and the chicken and the boneless dishes they have and the great starters with the best Beer Battered Onion Rings they were the best of the starters to have some of the best dipping sauces. The server they had help me with my order she was able to help me referring over to the new Burger dish that had smoked brisket with good hamburger with the hamburgers they have they have a tendency to fall apart. When my order came back to my able it looked like a small burger when I picked up the burger it fell apart had to use a fork and knife. For the Brisket Burger I would have seen it to be much more in a better bun and with less sauce when you have a burger that has too much sauce the sauce causes buns to disintegrate. The many food dishes at the Buffalow Wild Wings are some of the bests for some of them can be the repeats and to have some dishes with fish and chips or barbecue ribs. Buffalow Wild Wings has the right food yet there are some dishes that need to shift over to dinner courses and still have the sports food with the starters and the fingers like mini dogs and the some of the large pretzels you can have with the great beers they have. Being a Yelp Elite Reviewer the many different types of food that I have seen many dishes that have become repeats and there are many dishes are some that have come from the young cooks some of the recipes I have seen are from corporate kitchens. Buffalow Wild Wings has the atmosphere and the many beers and great cocktails that make the food some of the best with the servers which I have seen are the ones which have handled the heavy serving times. This was the worst bdubs experience I've ever had. They didn't even toss our wings they brought us burnt terrible untossed wings. The sauce was put into half full dip cups that wasn't even enough. The sauce didn't come close to the overpowered smell and taste of bad oil/ burnt wings. One of our party members never received their order until everyone else had already finished eating and had to ask twice for his order and the server didn't even know what he had ordered. They gave us a 30 min wait time we arrived and then told us 20 more minutes and when we arrived they acted like we should have been there 20 mins ago. Entire experience was complete ass. read more

For some reason they give out comically small wings every single time that taste like they've been left outside overnight and reheated again. Also if you get a dry rub, you might as well just ordered plain wings because they dont add any seasoning at all. They also give you the smallest amount of ranch no matter how many wings you get, mind you they charge a dollar for the small containers of ranch that they barely fill up half way. I would like to start by saying I will never visit this location and I will not recommend this location to any of my family or friends.  Our experience was extremely unpleasant and resulted in OSCAR the Restaurant manager cursing and swearing at me and my family.   I would like to speak with someone directly regarding my complaint.    We were given a soda drink that was basically water because the soda lines were not changed out. After about an hour that our server never came back, we had to keep getting up to serve ourselves which we were told by Oscar that it was self-serve. ( not True) Robert was our server. He was amazing and was managing the whole dining area by himself while other women servers were standing around dancing, laughing and talking. We made a complaint that we had to keep getting up and filling our own drinks. Even going as far as going to the bar area to get a drink.  Oscar then comes over to us shaking his head asking us what's the problem. and basically, tells us that if drinks tastes Like (Sh*T) to let him know but there is nothing he can do about it.  He completely disregarded our concerns and made us feel so uncomfortable that we almost walked out but we did not feel it was fair to Robert, our waiter. I was told that Rich was the new Person in charge of that place and has no control over his employees and I can  absolutely tell this is correct.
