    Full filet w/ Treason Fries

Excellent fish & chips!! Full portion was the right call for me. The food arrived hot, and the fryer oil was clearly fresh. We arrived at the 1130 opening on a Friday. Order at the counter and they deliver to table. Food was ready w/in 5 minutes. Loved the background tunes: Big Country, The Smiths! If they added a couple televisions, I'd be happy to sit and watch an EPL game at the bar. Cheers! RS

I like this place. It's close to the parking garage and a short walk. Feels very cozy inside and everyone seemed happy to be there. The phone booth is a hoot. My wife got the pretzel and beer cheese and it's probably the best pretzel I've ever had from anywhere. Very good. I got the General's Platter and it was really good. Fish was very good, and the shrimp were fried perfectly. Tried the curry sauce because I'd never had it before and I liked it a lot. The treason fries were good but my MIL got the traditional chips and I liked them better.

Loved the look of this place. The police box bathrooms & phone booth with alien are great. They have a full bar (unlike previous place that was here) Excellent service and GREAT fish!! We will be back to try more!

This was a pleasant discovery in an upscale pocket shopping center while passing through the area. Decor as expected for a British themed fish & chips pub. We got the 1/2 order, which was big enough. I got the British-style plank fries & wife got the "American-style Treason fries" (LOL). Both were good but I think we liked the slightly battered American fries a bit better. There was something about beverages that was different or not exactly what we wanted - can't remember now but give it a try if in area.

First time visiting this spot in Cumming City Center. After reading reviews that the fish and chips were British pub worthy. Nice location with indoor and outdoor seating, very friendly staff. We had the fish and chips which are battered with authentic imported British batter. The fish was nicely seasoned , a bit greasy and the original chips were dry but did like the other fries on the menu. It was fresh tasting , clean, and decent portion size. I would eat there again but maybe for lunch over dinner.

Delicious! Food tasted fresh and we were pleasantly surprised. Will definitely return.

Great fish and chips, really liked the Tatar sauce too!

Great Fish and Chips. Had not been here since wrights departed and had wanted to give this place a try and am sure glad we did. Amazing ambiance to feel like a British pub, with some draft beers. Still order from the counter however. Staff were all super friendly and had some nice conversation. They are planning on adding TV's to be able to watch soccer! Food was in my opinion better than Wrights was. Wrights quality declined! Will be back and wish this group great success!

Incredible across the board. I'm not even a big fish guy, but I got the fish and chips and loved it. That alone says a lot. Spinach dip loved it. Fish tacos loved them. Dessert loved it. Beer loved it. There's a ton of variety on the menu, and everything we tried delivered. That kind of consistency is rare. Service was over-the-top good. Attentive, friendly, and added to the whole experience. Price felt exactly right for a date night spot not cheap, but definitely worth it for the quality. Couldn't be happier with this one. I'll absolutely be back. Overall: Easy 5/5 no hesitation.

We had been in this part of Decatur many times and I never heard of it. We took the quick 5 minute ride over and I realized we had passed it many times. I think it had a different name last I noticed. As we approached I noticed the nice sized parking lot. A quick estimate, it could hold about 40 - 50 cars. I quickly found an open spot and walked over to the entrance. We entered and I could see the host walking toward us. He greeted us warmly, we let him know we were a party of 2 and preferred to sit outside. He informed us we could head out there and pick our own seat. We walked through the dark interior and headed outside using the side door. We found a table at the end of the patio near the front of the restaurant. There was plenty of outside seating on their patio and many of the tables were covered or had an umbrella. It was a little cooler than I expected so I ran back over to the car to pick up my jacket. I returned to the table and our friendly server came by and asked if we were ready to order. We were happy to see they had an extensive beer menu and I chose the Hi-Pitch Mosaic IPA from Hi-Wire brewing and Wifey ordered the Harp Lager. For food, we kept it simple and decided to share the Pork Nachos appetizer. Our waters came out next, and then the beers came out soon after. As we were hanging around and enjoying the patio I noticed the place was very dog friendly. The Pork Nachos arrived and were excellent. It was not a huge portion, but the perfect size for what we were looking for. The chips were crispy and the pulled pork was seasoned well. All the ingredients worked well together. We would definitely recommend the nachos if you visit Wheelhouse. Overall, this was a very good experience during our 1st visit here and we will definitely return when in the area.

Y'all they went above and beyond! It's been raining but the hostess didn't miss a beat- she wiped down a soaking table and chairs and even got an umbrella for us. There are 14 tables outside for varying sizes of groups. There are a few dog hookups for leashes nearby also. Our server, Abby was so attentive, kind. and not rushed. She answered our menu questions fully. Other employees came out to check on us and each was so friendly. I ordered the dinner portion of Bangers & Mash. It had 2 links vs one in the lunch portion. It was visually stunning and absolutely delectable. The brown gravy with the soft bread took me back to my childhood home. The gravy tasted like my mom's... and she is who I inherited my Irish roots from. Awesome. My husband ordered the Philly Cheesesteak. The homemade chips were fantastic. We ordered a side of onion rings. They were good but expensive for the portion. We topped off our meal with a slice of Better Than Bailey's Irish Cream Pie. The Irish cream hails from County Cork. The $6.50 slice was tiny but delicious. My half and half (Guiness and Harp) was perfectly crafted. This time we came after hiking all day and sat outside with our dogs. Ambiance-touristy Irish pub. It's a big place that still tries to be Irish-ish. They fail but it's a worthwhile effort and people seem to like it. One issue with the design-it's a huge place but they have 2-single person bathrooms-one next to the bar and one on the second floor. I don't even understand how you get a building permit with that occupancy and so few bathrooms. My wife and I each got a burger, sub veggie patty. They are getting 2 stars for the fact they don't upcharge for the vegan patty. Everyone upcharges for a veggie burger, so this is an impressive give-a-way to customers. However, I added mushrooms and roasted red peppers, which added $2 each, and gluten free sandwich bread, which was a $5 upcharge. First, those veggies should not be a $2 upcharge each. That's obnoxious. Your menu burgers have toppings and are cheaper than a plain burger with 2 veggies. But, I am not taking stars away for the upcharge. I saw them, I accepted them. My problem is that with those changes, this was a $25 burger at an Irish pub in north GA and it tasted like a $5 burger from an Irish pub in north GA. It was dry, unseasoned, and very bland. You charged me $5 for 2 slices of bread from a loaf that costs $7.99 retail. A red pepper is $0.75 cents, maybe, retail, and for a couple teaspoons you charged me $2. Who knows what mushrooms cost, but the point is, for two toppings and sub 2 slices of sandwich bread, you charged me for a high-end steakhouse burger and served me a terrible backyard grill burger. On top of that, I ordered a whiskey (knob creek) on the rocks. On my check was a $2 rocks charge. So...you charged me $2 for ice? It makes no sense. It's the same amount of liquor. When I asked the server about it, she said because they pour an extra 2 ounces in. Obviously she lied because she had no clue what she was talking about. First, why would adding ice equal and extra 2 ounces? Maybe if I asked for an up martini or something, but I am adding volume, so why would you also add liquor? Second, my whiskey was $13 and a restaurant shot is 1, maybe 1.5 ounces. Do you really mean to tell me you gave me an extra 2 shots, maybe an extra 1.33 shots of a $13 liquor for $2 only because I asked for ice? I'm not an idiot. So, poor food, lying service, and unreasonable upcharges. I'm not coming back
