Slow! As! He'll! An hour and a half or more everytime to deliver anything. They have called me after making the food a time or two and told me they didn't have a delivery driver and I would have to come pick up. If there isn't a driver don't allow delivery orders to be taken. The only positive is that the food is usually hot. read more

2 hours to deliver and the wings were cold with little to now sauce and no dipping sauce. Got mozzarella sticks and they didn't have any cheese what so ever inside... I will not be getting wing zone ever again even if it was the last food on earth. $70 for a load of cow poop I don't recommend anyone get this food at all what so ever. Second time ordering delivery from Wing Zone and we're delighted! Quarantine has kept us at home, doing our part to avoid the spread. Living semi rurally has definitely provided it's challenges. We like fun cuisine. We are happy to stay home if we can get it delivered! Wing Zone is one of few establishments that recognizes, the further you go to reach your clients the happier they'll be! Partner with Grubhub was a wonderful idea! I'm now a fan of the blackened chicken quesadilla! Don't let the word Voodoo scare you. I'm a wimp and this pepper level was no drama! My kid loved his Angus burger last week but was feeling wings this week! I know he physically had wings in front of him, but I never saw them. I'd say that's a positive sign he enjoyed his wings. I love wing zone typically but after I placed an order for delivery 2 of the 3 10 piece boneless trays only had 8 wings and both of the sides were not there the delivery driver clearly ate one of the orders of cheese bites after giving me an empty box with crumbs. And the salad looked like it was picked through and didn't have any kind of dressing. After calling the store the store manager answered the phone on Friday November 12 at 8:46 pm did not care at all that 2 of the 3 orders were missing food and that Her delivery driver ate some of the food on his way here. This is the second time I've had issues like this and I would NEVER suggest someone ordering delivery from this store. read more

Probably one of the worst experiences with wing zone I'm on duty and ordered my food over an hour and 30 minutes ago and I just received it @ 1330 I just received my food and every last one of my wings (boneless) were uncooked and raw I ate two of them before I even realized they were uncooked so I really hope I don't get salmonella poisoning I called and asked to speak to the manager which I believe really was a lie because I could tell the person never gave the phone to someone else and just change his voice, but he had nothing to say at all. read more

Let me say, we tried them on a previous occasion and thought the delivery was on time and the food was good. Now trying them for the second time, it took an hour and 23 minutes for delivery. Now if you're busy and going to take some time, I can understand that, but what I can't understand is cold food. The sad thing is, their flavors are pretty good, but cold food is unacceptable. This will be our last time ordering from them. I have read other reviews in other locations stating their delivery times were excessively long. I will say, when you have delivery competition from Top Dogz Pizza, you best bring your A game. This happened pre-coronavirus as well, just to preface. My fiancé and I ordered wings from Wing Zone on Friday (May 29). After about 1 hour of waiting for our food to be delivered, we called and asked if there was an issue with the order and when it would be sent out for delivery. We were told then that our food was ready, and that it would be sent out for delivery with the next driver. Around 40 minutes later, and we still did not receive our food (mind you, Wing Zone is no more than 10 minutes from my house). We called again, and asked why it had taken so long for our food and where it was at. We were told by the manager that it had been sent out for delivery and we should receive it soon. Our concern was that we ordered food, and it had been sitting for 40 minutes since the first time we called until the second time we called. We were then told that our food would not have sat that long and it would have been sent out when it was ready, which was not true, as we were told 40 minutes prior that it was ready. When the food arrived (almost 2 hours after the order was placed) it was cold, and the seasoning that I had ordered on my wings was placed in a small container on the side, not even on my wings. I would understand some wait because of what is going on in the world right now, however waiting 2 hours for cold food and being lied to over the phone by a worker is simply not okay. Reading the reviews previously left on Google, I was very hesitant to give this facility a try. As always the 51% majority "wife" made the decision. The food was hot and ready 19 minutes after placing my online order. The wing size were comparable to the other big chain wing restaurants, the flavor in my opinion was better than some of the other restaurants. The burger on the other hand was lacking seasoning. It tasted like hamburger and barbecue sauce only. Of course bacon makes everything taste better this was also the case with this burger. Overall not a bad experience, just missing that something that makes you want to come back. read more

An hour and a half for cold wings also expoensive won't order again

Without a doubt one of the worse experiences we have had in a while. We received the text message that our food was out for delivery at 632pm. Food didn't arrive until 715pm. Called the store before the food showed trying to see what was up. After being on hold several times the lady we finally spoke too the last time was the owner, Lucy per the driver who showed up. She stated that she didn't know why the text said 632 when she cooked our food personally and it left the store just a few minutes before we called. When the driver showed up asked him what time he left the store he stated 635. So if that was the owner she lied straight to our face. I will never use this store again and I strongly urge anyone else to think twice before you do as well. read more

I ordered the wings....they were overcooked and dry!! We couldn't even eat them!! I sent a message to the store and did not hear anything from them. For someone who works in customer service, this is totally unacceptable, and will not be ordering from them again! I absolutely love ordering from this wingzone. Every time I order my food is always hot and fresh. The wings were cooked extra well for me and they were nice and crispy when I got my food. The Thai chili is my favorite sauce, and the wings always have a good amount of sauce on them. The customer service is always incredible. I appreciated them delivering my food a few minutes before they were open, but then they fell short in a few areas. The delivery driver was very nice, but there were no napkins in the bag and my dipping sauces were missing. They brought those to me, so that was a plus, but then as I tried to eat my wings, they were overcooked so I wasted my money on those. Then I moved on to the brownie bites. Couldn't eat those because they had sauce on them. Talk about gross. But, at least my overpriced shrimp was good. But then I posted a review on their Facebook page and they apologized that the food wasn't "up to their standards." What about their customer service standards? No offer to replace the food or a future credit. The driver told me their cook was new, but it's just common sense that you avoid getting sauce from Wings on someone's brownies and you don't overcook original Wings to the point that the customer can barely pull the meat off of the bone. My friend and I (appropriately) ordered the buddy pack for delivery. Delivery was quick and they were friendly over the phone. Our wings were BEYOND. We got the Buffalo Bliss & Garlic Parmesan - so delicious. The garlic parm is out of this world!! We would highly recommend trying this place out! The food is good when it's on time and still hot. It's takes them 45 min to deliver wings when they're 20 min away. I love the food, but when it's cold it's disappointing. No other delivery place takes this long to get your food to you. The only thing I don't like is the delivery time. I used to get my food in a timely manner. But now, it's just ridiculous. I recently stopped at the Burgaw location and got a double burger with fries..my order came to a little over 10.00. I found the bun to be very chewy and hard to eat. The fries were just average. If I am going to spend that much at a burger place I expect better food than I got. For that price I will go to Five Guys where I always get good food.
