Here we were, the day after Christmas 538 miles into our foolish winter drive to Denver via I-15 and I-70, uneventful so far with some rain and snow flurries north of Cedar City. We decided Richfield was a good mid stop as Salina has limited services. Wingers was next door to our hotel (Marriott Fairfield, nice!) and within walking distance (38 deg.f.). I had the petite sirloin pepper steak with mashed and veggies all quite good with with steak delightfully under done! Yum! My bffw a Chinese Chicken Salad (huge) and it was very good. We also enjoyed a side of fried zuks, excellent! We'll stop again on our next trip through. read more

While the food is just a step above fast food, the service was very friendly. Everything we had was tasty and generous portions. My side salad was especially very fresh and large for a side salad. We are passing through town, so it was nice not to have to cave and eat at McDonalds or whatever. read more

Service was ok, food mediocre. The place was busy, which is always a good sign, but I suspect that most customers were transients like us. We were seated quickly enough, and our server was very polite and took our order promptly. However it took over half an hour to get our food, and most of it was lukewarm at best. Decent craft Pale Ale, although they wouldn't give me a free taste until I told them to bring the full pint and I'd send it back if I didn't like it. Super slow- thirty minute plus wait for our food after we ordered. We should have abandoned ship after we saw all the food left on the plates at other tables. The food when it came was barely warm and the fries were less than that. The waitress was nice and she did bring us popcorn. Stay away!!!!! I am celiac and found Wingers on a gf app that I use to help find safe places to eat while traveling. The 3 reviews looked good so we decided to give it a try while passing through town. The menu looked great and things were labeled gf. I ordered their chicken wrap gf (the menu stated that was a thing). Our server informed me she would just need to switch out the crispy chicken for grilled chicken. That was fine. I over heard the server asking the cook when my food came up if it was all in the clear because I had celiac disease and she wanted to make sure. The cook (or whoever was in the kitchen) said yes! It came out and looked wonderful like to good to be true. I asked the server one more time to be sure and she assured me it was gf and good to go. I took about 5 bites before I was sure it was not safe!! I googled the type of tortilla they use and it said contains wheat! My server came back I told her what I had just found and she said, "let me go ask the kitchen". She came back and said, "oh ya it does have wheat in that tortilla, would you like me to remake it?" Like it didn't matter at all. I was so upset and just asked her to take my plate. She went and told her manager who then discounted my food and never even came to talk to me. Seems how we told our server from the beginning that gluten effects my breathing you would think the managaer would he been at my table asking if everything was okay, nope! My husband explained to our server the severe difference between celiac and a fad gluten free diet and asked to actually talk to the manager. The manager came over and didn't care at all. When we asked why things were labeled gf that clearly would not be safe he just said I'll send it up to corporate. He honestly couldn't have cared less. It was awful. I was staying at the Fairfield next door for work so my coworkers and I decided to check this place out. Jared was our server and he was absolutely amazing! I'm a vegetarian and I got the rice bowl without meat, he said that I could get extra veggies instead. It so was SO delicious and flavorful. My coworkers got wings and said they were definitely in the top 3 best wings they've ever had in their life. The said the meat fell right off the bone. This sounded like a good alternative to Fast food, so we stopped in as we were passing through. So glad we did! Right away, William (our server) set down a bowl of popcorn, which hit the spot! My husband had been craving wings and loved them. Naked wings with bourbon BBQ sauce and I had the Baja Deep Tacos, which had Grilled mahi and they were very generous with the fish! Only order two unless you have a huge appetite, they are big (and don't let the strawberries scare you away; they added the perfect amount of sweetness!) the service was great, the food fantastic and the atmosphere comfortable. Came in here as we were staying next door, all we wanted was a beer although we were told that if we each wanted a beer we would also have to each order a appetizer, to be more specific a protein, for 3.2 % beer we both found this a bit peculiar!! We didn't even eat the 2nd appetizer we had to order since we were not hungry. It was all a bit strange!! We enjoyed the wings nice crunch got the extra spicy and it barely had any spice was more sweet than anything which was odd!! Like many reviewers we were passing through on our way home from Cali. After reading several reviews we decided to give it a shot. The food was delish and totally hit the spot. One word to the wise: the portions are GIGANTIC (even the kids meals are gigantor)! Share! I personally had the sticky finger rice bowl and it was fabulous! My hubby loved his cheesy bacon burger and fries and the kids all loved their food too. Did I mention the portions are huge? I'm not kidding. The chicken wings were flown in from Jurassic park. Oh. My. Gosh. We have stopped in Richfield many times on our frequent drives from Denver to Ca. over the past 10 or so years. We ordinarily eat before we reach this last stop because we have the kids with us. This time the kids stayed with gramma and grampa so Blingdaddy and I can go on a tropical vacation (w00t) so we drove all the way through. We were good and hungry when we arrived and super tired. This fast food place with servers sits directly between the two major hotels at this stop. An easy walk and what we hoped would be an easy, quick dinner before we get to sleep and conquer our remaining 7 hours tomorrow. Go back to the beginning where I said Oh.My.Gosh! The place was hustling and full of baseball tournament families each with at least 3 kids, most with about 5. NP! I love kids and frankly I'm already missing my own baseball boys after just one day. We are seated and after a solid 8 minutes, our server finally pokes his head in to say he will be right with us as he is getting the check for the table next to us. We have nothing but the menu at this point. No water, no nothing. He finally comes to take our drink order and we tell him what we want. I order a beer and he says he can't bring it out until the food is served. Um. Okay. NP....(little did I know...) He tells us once again that he'll be right back with our drinks. He moves to the table next to us and proceeds to chat them up for about 5 minutes about golf and the weather etc... Tic toc. When he brings my husband his diet coke (which apparently he is allowed to have without food...) he leaves again not to be seen for ever! Keep in mind we have now been there for a good 20-25 mins or so. We are not getting crabby yet... Perhaps a bit impatient. Finally another server takes pity on us and takes our order. Thank you MISTY!!! After, NO LIE, an HOUR of sitting therefrom the time we walked in, Misty swings by again to say she has the manager working on our order. Suddenly, our appetizer appears, delivered by our original "server." not 1 minute later, the MANAGER delivers our food with no apology, offer of a comp dessert, NOTHING! The food is only marginal at best (my husband hated the sticky chicken but loved my "blackened chicken" tacos, and I liked his chicken) and was compareable to the wendy's across the street. We waited another 30 minutes for our check after we were finished eating! A total time investment of 1hour and 45 minutes for marginal food and not great prices! We slipped Misty a cash tip and gave our "server" only 10%. Even if we take the horrific service out of the mix, the food is no where near good enough to go back. Ever. read more

The food is extremely salty! I had the chicken fajitas with flour tortillas and although the chicken was tender and cooked nicely, it was drenched in the saltiest bbq sauce. Bleh. The reason that I only gave 4 stars is that they were out of the beer I wanted. When I look forward all day to an ice cold beer that I want and they run out it just sucks and pisses me off. Staying in Richfield on the drive to Colorado from L.A., and the hotel is right next door. Got there an hour before closing, so no wait time for seats. Perfectly acceptable chainish restaurant - got a decent steak, some veggies and mashed potatoes and a pint of the house beer, all for under $20. Meal took a little while to come out, but I was in no rush - and it was worth the wait anyway. For an area with few great dining options, Winger's is now pretty high on my list. read more

First time here. The wings are great. I could eat a ton all by myself. The roasted chicken was very good and large portion. My two teenagers each had the chicken and waffles and the portion size is so big they could share it. I would definitely eat here again. read more

Initially I was very excited to sit down and eat at this establishment. Unfortunately I tried ordering a beer first things first, then the waitress hits me with a very outdated Utah law. All the way back to pre-2013 back before legislators voted otherwise. She said "unfortunately you cannot order a beer without ordering a meal at the same time, it's Utah's law.." essentially I was ok with this. Then the server proceeds to ask for the identification of myself and another patron along with me, takes our license's and comes back 5 minutes later and says "I'm sorry my manager won't allow me to take this because your ID DOESN'T expire for 65 years." Then proceeds to make up some random law about my ID can't outlast the business expiration. Made absolutely no sense. I was 100% subject of some sort of feverish speculations. Probably because I'm slightly younger and have a few tattoos. I understand any establishment has the right to refuse the sale of alcohol to whomever they please, but you don't go about it in some made up way. Just tell the patron you simply aren't comfortable selling them alcohol. Im 29 years old, I have a career, a family, a pretty nice life if I don't say so myself all I wanted was a delicious meal and a beer after a very and I repeat very long day. All I got was a meal that was pretty good, but also a headache, actually. Oh and By the way they turned down my federal ID as well because they've seen my state license that didn't expire for many more years. Overall 10/10 not satisfied whatsoever. read more

Just got back from dinner, my husband and I felt so strongly about this place that we had to write a review. First - we have NEVER been in a restaurant with such slow service. Unfortunately for us our server was under age, which means you get to wait for another server to bring our beer. But no beer before we had to order. Yes, I did say had to order, no order, no beer. Second - the place was not very clean, I did see one server make a couple of attempts to sweep up some popcorn, but she wasn't very successful. Third - the food, I had a chicken wrap which was a single tender battered and fried, the sauce although tasty was way to runny. Apparently they have more choices, but none were offered. My husband had the grilled chicken sandwich which he thought was pretty good. But wasn't all that terrific. Forth - the restroom was okay, not spotless but not filthy. Fifth - we had dessert. The fried twinkies. OMG they were delicious!!!! The only thing mission was the ice cream (which the server did not mention) I would say of you are in a hurry, don't bother, if you are hanging around and have a bit of time, the food was decent and the beer ( only 4 choices) was ice cold. read more

We just dropped in tonight with 14 people after a family event. We were quickly and graciously accomodated and seated. We had more than one server for our group, and everyone left happy with the food and service. I have worked in the restaurant business. William is to be commmended for his great work ethic and positive attitude. Nothing was a bother to him at all, and when we were busy eating, he never stood still for a second....cleaning all over the restaurant, taking initiative before we could ask for anything. We were on a three week road trip by motorcycles when we stopped into Wingers in Richfield Utah. The food was outstanding. We had sticky fingers wings salad and nachos. The highlight of our meal was our server Ashley Clark. She was probably the best server we had during our vacation. She has a great attitude. If the food were only as good as the service, I would be back. To start off with, flys in the restaurant are plentiful. Carrots looked like they were freeze dried. Chicken fingers were extra small. If you like key lime pie, with your Cole slaw, give it a try. Otherwise, you may just want to save your money and buy dinner at Arco or any other gas station. One star is much to generous. Given the other fast food options at this freeway exit, the food was great in comparison. At the end of the meal, they even re-filled our glass-cup beverages and put them into to-go cups. Chicken Taco plate's chips and salsa are very good. The tacos were good-okay but not great. They put Ranch or some white dressing on the tacos - odd to me, since I'm from Southern California, where Mexican food is really good. If I went back, I would see if I could just order the chips and salsa, which were very good. Tacos are not great, but they are good-okay. The place is clean and nice atmosphere. The service was good. The guacamole did not seem home-made, but rather the "fast food" kind. The chicken was fresh and good. The tacos need more lettuce and tomato though if they want to do it the right way. read more

This was a great find and super convenient if you are staying at a nearby hotel. We split the ta ta's chicken and waffles and a bottomless $.99 salad. The chicken was just a little over seasoned, but the combo was really delicious. They are also a brewery so they had some great micro drafts, especially the porter. The staff was really friendly and attentive. Only weird thing (and I think this is because it's in Utah) was that they wouldn't serve you your beer until your food was served. A small price to pay for good food. I would definitely recommend stopping in here if you're traveling through Utah. read more
