Traveling through town we stopped at this Richfield location on Saturday night 8/12/23 about 8:30 and had a not so good experience. Our server was pretty young because he couldn't even take our beer order which is fine, I understand each State has their laws. This server was completely overwhelmed. Half our order showed up after about 30 min. We had a large order of wings, I asked him if we could please have plates. He said sure but then went on to help other people right in front of us for the next several min. So I had to get up and go over by the kitchen and get my own. We waited after that and never got our garlic fries. I had to go back to the kitchen for those. Chicken wings were so bland, skin was soggy, fries were greasy and not hot and crispy like the menu says. My daughters Mac and cheese was sitting in a pool of Alfredo sauce! We dealt with it and ate cause we were so hungry. When we got the check we asked for a cookie zookie desert to go. Server brought us the check with a slice of chocolate mint ice cream pie. Funny thing is the receipt said Cookie Zookie on it! So not sure what happened with that. I showed him the receipt and I told him that's the wrong dessert he said "oh yeah sorry, I'll change it. He asked if I'd like to keep this one, I said "sure, if you're going to just throw it away". He took the receipt and went to get our correct dessert he brought it to us with a new receipt with both desserts added to it! So now he's trying to charge me for the mistake dessert. So by now we're ready to go, I head over to the kitchen area and he's standing there trying to explain to his manager why he needs to take the mint pie slice off of my receipt. Manager looked like he was either angry or didn't want to deal with anything, it was hard to tell. They're going back and forth over this and I can't believe I'm standing there watching it. I told the manager in a very nice way that I needed the pie taken off of the receipt because I didn't order that. He came over to me and took the pie from me and walked away, not a word came out of his mouth. So now my family and I are standing there waiting for our server to bring our receipt. Kid brings it to us so we could pay and finally get out of there. This restaurant is a joke. The sad thing is, this server was a kid who looked like he was really trying but had no clue about how to serve or multitask or when you make a mistake you "eat it" not the customer. I 100% blame the managers. They should teach these kids how to do the job right, not throw them out on the floor on when they have no clue what they're doing. The manager was there, doing literally nothing! The table next to us, did what we should have done and got up and walked out. The restaurant was full and all these young kids are running around like chickens with their heads cut off with no management help! This is ridiculous. Wingers is pretty dependable as far as a meal goes. It is right next to the Hampton Inn and is very convenient, so we usually go there for dinner when spending one night in Richfield. Food: 3/5 Stars I ordered the BBQ chicken salad and a beer of tap and they were very good. Service: 3/5 Stars It was average. They could do a bit better cleaning the tables and floor since there is popcorn all over the place. Ambiance: 3/5 It is a Sports Bar kind of a vibe. No need to dress up. After missing out on Wingers in Cedar City, I knew that I had to take my wife to the next available Winger on our road trip. Wingers is a chain restaurant with most of their locations in Utah. None in California. We had a positive experience with Wingers a few years ago, and my wife was looking forward to going back. This Wingers was located off the I-70 in Richfield, UT. It was perfect. I did not have to stray off my route too far to get here. They start you off with complimentary popcorn as soon as you are seated. Our server was more than adequate. He not only did his job, but, he let my wife order the Chicken Fried Chicken that was not on their menu. He was so familiar with the menu that he knew that the kitchen could do it. We also ordered the child's Mac (Penne) and Cheese, and their wings. The Chicken Fried Chicken was the perfect dish for my wife. It was fried chicken on a bed of mashed potatoes. It was everything that she likes. The chicken wings appeared to be fried and coated with their sweet chili sauce. It made for a good lunch! My daughter devoured her Mac and Cheese. We had a very nice lunch at Wingers. Both the food and service was good. It was different from the chain restaurants here in California. Hopefully, we will be back! read more

The service on Christmas eve was excellent, the male server was very friendly. We got sauces on the side, they have one sauce that is super spicy but oh so tasty. I forgot what it was called. While it's not Taco Bell, Burger King, McD, KFC, or Wendy's, you might just be better off going to those chains anyway, ...unless you're looking for slow service, and heavy, syrupy, fried foods. Food takes forever to come out. Even just wings and tacos take a loonnnnnng time. Crazy long. I didn't really get it. On the plus side, it's right off the highway next to Home Depot. This place is great for what we use it for, a pit stop on the way to and from Colorado. The food is consistently decent. Last night I tried the sticky salad and was pleasantly surprised. The staff is always friendly (Benny was working his tail off last night and couldn't have been nicer) it's got a lively feel and it's usually full of locals and road trippers. Do not eat at Wingers on a budget. I was so disappointed in this place it's ridiculous. My girlfriend and I were celebrating an anniversary and decided to stop at wingers on the way home. I had a max budget of 40$ to get me across the state and back home. I told Anna T. the waitress that I didn't want to spend more than 20 and her whole demeanor changed instantly. Looking around at the other tables she was filling their drinks, popcorn buckets, and seeing to their every needs but stopped at our table maybe 3 times after we ordered. My girlfriend had to go use the restroom and came back within 60 seconds completely grossed out. There was poop on the walls, toilet paper all over the restroom, and toiletries all over the place. I will NEVER eat at Wingers again. The quantity of food wasn't even very satisfactory. I'm usually a pretty chill dude, but I really don't like feeling neglected because we didn't have the funds to buy the menu. I now have to drive about 120 miles north on 15$. My partner really enjoyed the wings, and although I liked the chicken strips I found them pretty average. The fries were well done. Upon walking in, there was a lady leaving upset saying, "I'm done. I'll just go somewhere else." Right off the bat, that should have been my warning. The hostess took my order, but my issue is that the whole time, she kept asking for help from her coworkers. I'm not sure if it was her first time, but it was annoying that she couldn't even clarify her menu. Then, a coworker approaches me to ask if I needed a menu even though I had already said I knew my order but need clarification with how many sauces I could choose. The whole time, waiters are walking really close to me, not saying excuse me as I'm ordering in the weird spot on the restaurant where a register and kitchen meet. On top of that, I'm staying across the street in a hotel. This place was recommended by the hotel because I would get a 10% discount if I showed my room key. When I asked about this before paying, that same coworker who asked if I needed a menu, walked by me and with her back turned said that it's only valid for dine in. There aren't many non-fast food options to choose from in Richfield at 9 PM on a Monday night. They had some TV's to watch the MNF game. It was pretty empty, so getting seated wasn't a problem. The Chicken Fresca tacos were decent. It was a lot of food (3 good sized tacos), so you definitely won't leave hungry. It also came with chips and salsa. The chips had a nice bit of seasoning, however the salsa was pretty bland. Being in Central Utah, I was expecting as much, so not a big deal. If you like your food spicy, it's best to bring your own in certain areas. The service was friendly and came to check on me several times. If you need of a food stop on I-70 between I-15 and Grand Junction, CO, this is probably one of your best non fast food options. It's just off exit #37 next to the Hampton Inn. read more

Dropped by this place during a weeklong hiking trip to Bryce and Canyonlands. It's the ABSOLUTELY WORST service I have had IN MY ENTIRE LIFE. We got wait listed and others walking in got seated before us-total b.s. The 45-ish lean brunette primadonna waitress, took 15 minutes to even get to us after being seated, had a serious attitude, got all 3 out of 4 dinners incorrect, brought the appetizers with the dinners, and provided the utensils AFTER our food came out AND AFTER we had to ask for it. The wings were ice cold on top of that. We asked that it be cooked and they came out lukewarm-we didn't eat it. The steak wasn't cooked like we asked. What a NIGHTMARE of an experience. The wings were actually pretty darn good and juicy (both the battered and the non-battered ones). My husband loved the carnitas tacos and the lime-cilantro cole slaw. I ordered the sirloin with mashed potatoes, veggies, and mushrooms. It was pretty good although was not a medium cook as I had requested. The meat itself was pretty good tasting although a bit gamey. While driving home from CA, we spent the night in Richfield, UT. I looked for a restaurant for dinner and found Wingers. They have a secret wing sauce and some of their own hand crafted beers. William was our server and he suggested some house favorites. The wing tenders & bone-in wings in the original sauce were great. They were cooked perfectly (we like crispy) and the sauce is unique. The salad "side" was large, as was the dressing - it was a combination of ranch plus their wing sauce. Nice and tangy! The chicken pot pie was big, flat, and full of chicken, but super salty.
