It was my go to spot but I haven't been in a long time and for weeks I've had this craving for boneless wings smothered in the hot garlic parmesean sauce. The sauce has always been a winner in my book and after the years, you can tell it's changed.. but damn.. it's still good. I'd buy it by the pint. What was disappointing was the amount of boneless wings that we recieved for $13. We did order the boneless, mozzarella sticks and pretzels. Both the boneless and sticks came out cold. This is a boys night out restaurant! People who come here fiend. Particularly, at this location, they don't have as much talent as other locations in the area. The bartender serving us named Angel had a cute face and beautiful straight brown hair. Wears glasses and has a nice southern accent. Totally an angel. All of the old guys at the bar were flirting with her. The breaded wings were not on par. I ordered all flats and didn't get that. Love the taste of their lemon pepper dry rub though. This review is for a delivery order only, so I can't comment on atmosphere or service at all I ordered the buffalo chicken dip, a house salad, wings and a cup of chili. Everything was packaged perfectly, separately so chips weren't soggy etc. The salad was fresh and crisp, served with 2 sides of ranch. The chili had lots of cheese and finely chopped onions. The chicken in the buffalo chicken dip was a bit dry but with all that cheese, it was fine. Our friends were here for lunch today. They all said bad food and bad service. We came here tonight. They were correct. Got my wings and definitely not buffalo sauce, something sweet and brown on them. They also don't give you celery btw. Don't even tell you or ask if you want to pay for celery. I remembered having fond memories of WingHouse when I visited my brother in the past. I am not sure if it was this location, or the chain itself, but it has definitely gone downhill. My friend and I ordered s pitcher of sangria (even calling that is generous). It was a pitcher of watered down wine with a ton of ice. It was liking drinking water. We ordered a ton of food. The wings were pretty dry. They could have used more sauce. The nachos were also dry. They had very few toppings and were overall pretty bland. Originally from Philadelphia PA. Didn't realize this place was like a hooters. Went with my gf. We were greeted kindly. Good service. Food needs attention. Wings were average. We also got an appetizer spinach and artichoke dip. Looks like it was reheated in microwave. Also came in a paper cup with another restaurants name on it. Wing Sauces were good. The blue cheese came in a personal cup you open. Not such a bad thing. But not great either. We also got celery and carrots. They were not good brown and wilted. They charged $2 for it. Wow this place has gone downhill quicker than a than a Prius with no brakes. I've been here in the past and it was closer to a 3 star restaurant but most recently it has done nothing but get worse. I've eaten at approximately 67 different wing restaurants and this ranks around 58th so nothing special. No sauce on the side. The wings were double fried. Meaning they where fried and cooled down and then fried again to reheat making there crispy skin burnt. There was plenty of servers so that wasn't the problem. We were seated quickly to a cleared table. We could all feel how sticky the table was. I asked the server to clean the table she was quick about bringing back a dry towel which when she tried to wipe the table it just stuck to it. Then she came back with the same dry towel and a bottle of windex. Sprays the windex into the towel and attempts to clean in again. When she was done it was just as sticky. Ended up using my hand sanitizer and a napkin to clean my side of the table. Other then that our service was ok. Hubby says his chicken strips were very good. read more
