I went to this resturant on March 6, 2026 time frame at 4.12 pm. My kids and other customer was there to acknowledge. Profanity in unclean rap music playing using the word pussy over and over. I actually got my daughter out the resturant it was so disrespectful. I called in the resturant to reported to a manager there was no manager on duty. I went back today after church to speak with a manager there was no manager on duty. I left my business cards for a return call. She finally call back just now March 8, 2026. She act like she didnt understand who want to hear dirty version of a rap song while you trying to have dinner with your family. She wasn't american to comprehend what I was trying to say. I am not going to go in a resturant to listen to a lot of cussing word while am trying to eat my food. I am just not. So as much as I would like to support some of the business on memorial drive that want be one of them. read more

Passing through Decatur heading home and decided to try this place out. I had the Spicy Lemmon Pepper (10) and Sweet Chili (10) chicken wings. Both were THE BOMB! My order took less than 10 minutes to come out. The cashier (young brown-skin female with glasses) was very nice. I would HIGHLY recommend Wings 1on1. You know how there's sometimes unofficial expectations that you harbor when you frequent somewhere enough? I harbor a few when it comes to chicken wing (/Chinese food) places. Here are mine. 1. Chicken spots let you see your food in the box before packing it up. --Not this one. It threw me off a bit. 2. You know how lo mein, whole chicken wings, etc. are supposed to taste. --The food was excellent tasting, piping hot. ..but different. Fresher? Different recipe? Can't quite pin what it was. 3. It's usually a nice bit of time before your order is ready. --It was fairly quick. And shockingly organized. I think their indoor/outdoor intercom system speeds orders along. 4. It is probably going to have a lot of people there. --It did but they were social distancing and waiting in their cars until called. I loved and appreciated that. 5 stars on my part. We just stood there and the lady never showed eye contact and moreover didn't ask for our order. She acted as if we were not standing there. I wasn't impress at all by this place. When I say that I got ripped off, that's putting it mildly. I ordered a 10 piece mild wings with fried rice and was charged $14 and some change. The only thing I tasted in the wings was the mild sauce as the chicken and sauce actually was really bland. The fried rice, soy sauce couldn't help that. I maybe ate 3 bites of the rice but I did eat all of the wings since I paid $14 for it. To top that off there's a guy in there that bugs you about buying incense and oils. You have to pay for ever sauce. No matter if you get ketup already and need ranch for the wings you'll have to pay bc they don't give you sauce per item. First time I came here we ordered philly cheese steak eggrolls and it was fully loaded with just that and it was good. Soo We dreamed about it until we saved money to come back the next week.... we ordered the same thing and it was totally different and nasty and fully of cabbage, carrots and little steak pieces this time(did they forget how to make it?)!! I ordered a small vegetable fried rice without egg, small shrimp fried rice with egg, and two teriyaki sauces ($11.86 total). After the young woman gave me the receipt, I walked through the door to their outside dining area for my number to be called. After about 20 minutes, I heard my number announced on the intercom. I opened the door, walked to the register, and showed proof of purchase. A young man opened both containers and said, "This is the veggie fried rice and this is the shrimp fried rice". I said, "Is that egg on the veggie fried rice? It looks like egg". He said, "Yes, it's egg". I said, "The veggie isn't supposed to have egg. Here's my receipt. The Cashier printed it on the receipt.". He said, " I see it. I will make another one. Was the shrimp fried rice without egg too?". I said, "No. it's supposed to have egg". I went back outside. After 10 minutes, my number was called again. I walked to the register and an older woman showed my food. She said, "Veggie and shrimp fried rice". I said, "Yes that's correct. I'm supposed to have two teriyaki sauces also". She spoke in her language and started looking around the register for proof. I pulled my receipt from my purse. I said, "see? It says Xtra dressing. I paid for it". A young woman next to her said, "Give her one". I said, "no. I'm supposed to have two." I pulled out the receipt again. The older woman said, "It shows one." I said, "Why would I ask for one sauce with two orders of rice? Why would the receipt say, "xtra dressing" if one wasn't already included with the meal? Extra means more than what is the standard for that meal". She said, "It just says that." She said, "I'll charge you 30 cent". I said, "Are you honestly giving me a hard time about 30 cent after I waited outside in the cold because you guys got my first order wrong? C'mon now. This is ridiculous." She looked at me and I looked at her. She responded with, "Next time you pay". Bless her heart. She doesn't realize there won't be a next time. I won't be back. I have ordered from this place twice, and I am not impressed. My first order was a burger with cheese plate. Cheap bun, and water clogged lettuce and tomatoes make a sloppy burger. I live 3 minutes away from this place, there is no excuse for making a burger that does not hold up until I get home. My next order was a large fried rice, house. This was the worst fried rice I've ever had! It wasn't properly seasoned, and I paid 7+ dollars for RICE! They didn't bother to properly chop up the "philly cheese meat", used to replace the beef. The chicken was nonexistent, maybe a few chunks, a few baby shrimp. I love veggies, but they even skimp out on that! I don't understand why this place is packed with customers, because I don't see the appeal. I don't mind the prices if the quality is great. It is obvious to me that they do not care about quality.
