Keana was very attentive during rush hour, great aura. She recommended the 20pc wing special which comes with 2 sides. Keana made sure our drinks stayed filled all while attending to other customers , great job as a waitress, we need more like her! I'll def be coming back because of her and such great service :) thank you Keana :)

We ordered takeout and it was surprisingly better than I was expecting! Still warm and tasted like it came right out of the oven. The fries were ehh, I bet they would have been significantly better if we dined in but can't complain. We ordered boneless & traditional wings and they both came out saucey and meaty. Also got the fried pickles with garlic aioli fries, so good. This place was packed packed on a Thursday evening, very surprising and happy for the restaurant! Not sure if a deal was going on or what but there was practically a line out the door of people waiting. There was games, so maybe that was the special occasion or Wings & Rings is just that poppin'. Thank you Wings & Rings, I will be back soon enough. Personal Review: 8.1/10

I had nothing but an exceptional experience at W&R. Went here for lunch and was welcomed promptly at the front and sat at the bar. The bartender was super friendly, made great recommendations and found a very good balance of chatting but not talking my ear off. The food was outstanding. I had the ghost pepper ranch (traditional) and Korean (smoked). Both were perfectly cooked, had great taste and had good heat. Rings lived up to being in the name of the restaurant too. I am honestly shocked by all the tough reviews as I would rank their wings near the top in the city and had nothing but great service. Perhaps they have really turned things around as I will definitely come back.

Ordered takeout from here and it was a little disappointed... I know that fried items are best one eaten at the restaurant, but these were the soggiest wings I've ever had! Granted I did get cauliflower wings, and so maybe the vegetable had more liquid in it than chicken, but there was almost no breading on the cauliflower and I felt like I was just eating cauliflower seasoned with a little bit of breading. I love cauliflower so I didn't mind but I did want something a little bit more crunchy. The onion rings were fantastic though! I would be open to trying again maybe eating at the restaurant.

Meh.. mediocre and expensive I visited Wings and Rings for the first time in years last night. Afterward, I knew exactly why I'd previously stayed away. There are much better dining options worthy of your palette and money in the city than this place. I visited with my family, and between the three of us, we sampled the wings, fries, and chicken tenders. I had boneless buffalo wings and asked for medium (spicy) sauce. Not only were the wings not hot, but they had no taste whatsoever. The same was true for the chicken tenders. It was if they just fried it without seasoning it first. My sister had the lemon pepper chicken wings and drumsticks. The batter made the chicken breading taste good, but her chicken was also flavorless. It was just a complete waste of chicken. My brother ended up taking the boneless wings home to his dogs. I mean, dogs will eat anything, right?! That pretty much sums up our experience. My brother is health conscious, so he ordered broccoli instead of fries. He said even that was better than the chicken. My sister had the potato wedges, and I had regular (skinny) fries. We both thought the fries were okay. I had a mango margarita, and my brother had an expresso martini. My brother is a bartender, and he said the martini wasn't right. It wasn't a true expresso, and he speculated that the drink had been made with Bailey's Irish cream. The margarita was ok, but it tasted like blended fruit juice. I didn't get a buzz from it and wondered if it even had any alcohol in it at all. The atmosphere was lively, and our waiter Ivan was great, but overall, we were disappointed in the experience. The bill was about $96, which was too expensive for three people. We won't be returning anytime soon.

What time does the shuttle for Sox games start?

1 hour before all home games.

Do you have shuttle bus to Soldier field for Bear Games ? do you have parking at this location?

Yes. We run one shuttle to every home game, shuttle departs approximately one hour before gametime. We suggest calling us at 773-579-9464 and speaking with a manager to get your name on the list for that specific game you are looking at. Thank you…

If you request help from your server to sing, we are happy to do it. In general, we do not sing as part of our normal service.

We started with a cappuccino and an O.J. Both were perfect and my daughter commented that it tasted like they had just fresh squeezed the oranges moments ago. We considered ordering the pastry tower, but instead opted to share three dishes. It eneded up being more food than we could finish. Portion sizes were big, especially for the quality and price. We shared 1 savory and 2 sweet dishes: the banana business croissant, the warm cinnamon roll, and the fritatta Espinosa. Each one completely impressed us and we're so delicious. We told the server we couldn't belive they were both baking high end pastries like this and preparing amazing savory dishes. Overall, our service was quick and friendly. The room was clean, spacious and modern. If I visit Chicago again from the East Coast, I would happily visit Apolonia again. I would love to try some of the brunch drinks and more items.

None of this was a great surprise. No cocktails, by the way. The tasting menu was photocopies with two menus per sheet of paper and a very sloppy cut for a non-rectangular menu. The problem was the service. I like a paced meal but 2 hr-55 min is absolutely ridiculous. The restaurant was not able to get food onto the table, either because of the quantity of quality of the staff, and the room certainly wasn't very crowded, perhaps 35 customers in sight. I think there were 4 cooks, 2 servers, 2-3 runners/busboys, and a hostess who hustled around doing a lot of odd jobs. Every item served was delicious. The plating was nice as well. The wines were not so successful. Of the four wines on the menu, two differed from the descriptions and the pairings ran from OK to Combative. I have lots of details about the food and wine, but that's not the issue. The poor service was inexcusable. I only get to Chicago one every 2-3 years and there are so many good restaurants that this one has been crossed of the list with a permanent Sharpie.
