My friends and I went on a Sun and apparently everyone called off because it took about 10 mins to be sat because no one was at the door. We were finally sitted at a table but we ended up moving because the table was unbalanced. Moved to another table and sat there for about 20 mins with no service. I asked the people sitting next to us had they placed their order and they said no and they were there before us. We finally got up and Sat at the bar because she seemed to be one of the only employees working. We finally had our order taken after 30+ minutes of waiting with no service. It seem like everyone was coming into work about 430-5. We ordered the smoked wings and the were smoked too long in my opinion. They put the sauce on the side for the smoke wings. There are much better dining options worthy of your palette and money in the city than this place. I visited with my family, and between the three of us, we sampled the wings, fries, and chicken tenders. I had boneless buffalo wings and asked for medium (spicy) sauce. Not only were the wings not hot, but they had no taste whatsoever. The same was true for the chicken tenders. It was if they just fried it without seasoning it first. My sister had the lemon pepper chicken wings and drumsticks. The batter made the chicken breading taste good, but her chicken was also flavorless. It was just a complete waste of chicken. My brother ended up taking the boneless wings home to his dogs. I mean, dogs will eat anything, right?! That pretty much sums up our experience. My brother is health conscious, so he ordered broccoli instead of fries. He said even that was better than the chicken. My sister had the potato wedges, and I had regular (skinny) fries. We both thought the fries were okay. I had a mango margarita, and my brother had an expresso martini. My brother is a bartender, and he said the martini wasn't right. It wasn't a true expresso, and he speculated that the drink had been made with Bailey's Irish cream. The margarita was ok, but it tasted like blended fruit juice. I didn't get a buzz from it and wondered if it even had any alcohol in it at all. The atmosphere was lively, and our waiter Ivan was great, but overall, we were disappointed in the experience. This place was a good stop for our group of 20. They sat us quickly and they were very attentive. Plus the food came out all at the same time which was great. The server was wonderful.And their music selection was good. I ordered one of their signature chicken sandwiches with a side of wedges I was very satisfied. The sauce really made the sandwich. Most of the other members of my party ordered wings and they did not have a bad thing to say about their food. I forgot to mention that they also have multiple big screen TVs so that if you wanted to watch a game or boxing match that will be no problem. We came in last night 2/11/25 with a party of 13 after the Bulls game, excited to try Wings and Rings. When we arrived, we were told it was no problem to seat us--all seemed great at first. However, once we got to the table, our waiter informed us that we had just 10 minutes to order and 10 minutes to eat before they closed. Had we known this beforehand, we would have gone elsewhere. It was incredibly frustrating, especially since some of us traveled from Texas, Virginia, and Indiana for this trip to the game to eat in Illinois and were looking forward to this meal. To make matters worse, the men's restroom was out of order, and instead of offering a reasonable alternative, men were told to go outside in the dark and cold to use a porta-potty. That's unacceptable for a restaurant experience. Overall, this visit was a huge letdown. If they had just been upfront about their closing time before seating us, we would have gladly found another place to eat. Hopefully, management takes this as an opportunity to improve communication with guests. We definitely won't be back to this establishment. read more

They got us w/ 4-5 onion rings and big handful of mozzarella (aioli) fries and a nice size of fried pickles. Again, not bad but c'mon 4-5 onion rings lol. Drinks were alright - we ordered traditional & frozen (mango)margaritas (house) and they were too alright. We ordered another round and got better tequila (Don Julio) and they were even better. I don't recommend this place. My sister told me about them and she literally hyped them up, so I had to give them a try. I spent a little over 60 dollars for a burger, two side of onion rings and 20 piece different flavor wings. I couldn't eat the onion rings because they all were burnt to a crisped, the wings looked like someone just dumped the seasoning on top of refried wings itself. I had so much of the seasoning powder at the bottom of my containers and the seasoning was not even sticking to the wings.. the buffalo wings was not spicy and the wings were fried or refried dry. I absolutely LOVE their wings, but their customer service is HORRIBLE. We placed an order for delivery and they accidentally gave the order to a different driver. Who knows maybe there were 2 orders with the same name? They refused to make a new order and give it to the right driver. The manager took the driver's phone and literally said "we can't do anything about it and it's not our job to figure out if we gave it to the right driver..." and she hung up the phone. I mean in the medical field we check for 2 identifiers... maybe they should do the same because at the end of the day IT IS THEIR JOB. Not the first time I have issues with online ordering, however I love their wings so much that I kept ordering. I'm a big fan of really crispy wings without much breading so their traditional are my go to order. Great place to watch games and they have decent amount of parking given the location. Came here on a Tuesday evening, definitely gets busy around 7pm. Lauren was a great server, very personable and helpful. The kitchen is a bit slower than I than I thought it'll be. It took us about 35-40 minutes to get our food. So I'd recommend going early, Lauren did give us that disclaimer and said the kitchen gets backed up but it was noticeably long. The wings were very good! It's kind of a different concept but I get their process to sauces and heat. Even if you want a flavor like Lemon Pepper which is generally not spicy..you can still add a heat and they basically give you hot wings with lemon pepper. The "extra hot" is pretty spicy! If you're not a person who like very spicy chicken, I wouldn't go past that. I also had "hot" and that seemed like a regular buffalo sauce. The cheese and bacon wedges were bomb! 10/10! My favorite thing that I had. The side is a nice portion as well, it was perfect for one person. The Mango Mule was different but I think I'll stick to my regular Moscow Mules from now on. Hate to say it but I had two friends who came on separate days and they both got sick. They both had barbecue so I'd say be cautious with the barbecue sauce orders. I went to watch the Michigan Ohio State game yesterday. When I first arrived I was told that they are only showing Chicago games and they weren't sure if they could project the game (the games on the screen at the time included Georgia and an OSU game). After they said they could show the game we sat down and during they half they changed the TV they sat us near to the Mexico game instead. They did however leave TVs on playing the Georgia game I mentioned earlier that no one was there to watch. I asked for the game to be changed back and they did not. If you advertise as a sports bar you should show the sports people ask for and not change their tv in the middle of the game. I will say our server was wonderful and despite having a wild amount of tables she did a great job! read more
