    Traditional Wings (Fried)

Tiniest wings ever. Way overpriced for what we received. I think this will be our last visit. They did agree to adjust the bill but still a disappointing experience.

    Boneless Buffalo wings!!

Was staying at the Great Wolf Lodge with the kids. Wanted some good wings that weren't overpriced like inside the lodge. Wings and Rings is right outside the entrance. We got Boneless wings and wedges. Surprised that the place wasn't busier, the wings were hot and delicious!! We got some tossed in buffalo and honey BBQ!! The wedges were very fresh and great!! The service was quick and she ensured I had everything I needed. Will definitely be a go to spot whenever we're in the area!!

Loaded Steak & Queso Fries Ranchero Tots

The food was delicious! Highly recommend the steak fries! The inside was fun and family friendly and the servers were polite and fun to chat with. Overall great experience.

Ordered wings at noon for pick up at 6. Not ready when promised and complete chaos picking up. Dropped our food and did not replace!

Personally, I thought the regular amount of chicken was fine, but he is trying to maintain his weight, so..... Flavors? Yum!! Really plentiful portions and Tasted great! Perfect portions, great taste! (redundant, Who cares!) Nice vibes! Lighting, ambient volume, comfortable seats (not real cushiony but nice) Definitely worth a return visit! I'd recommend it to friends for sure.

Although I like the Buddha bowl, thought I'd try the Northstar burger and chicken avocado sandwich. Today was a particularly warm day for March so they had the windows open which created a nice breeze. The line took a bit of time to get to the front but the staff was extremely nice and was able to make substitutions. There a lot of seating so whether you are a party of 1 or 8 there's plenty of areas to eat. The food took about 30 minutes to arrive with the kitchen backed up. There's a self serve water station so we relaxed and took in the ambiance. There's food emphasizes fresh ingredients and the burger and chicken sandwich did not disappoint. The burger is vegetarian friendly and comes with a good portion of kale slaw. The chicken sandwich was stacked tall and super filling. Would recommend to try!

She recognized my friend and I were busy talking and didn't rush us to place our order. My friend ordered the tortilla soup and the caprese flatbread, while I went with the crab, shrimp, and lobster bisque and the Leonard burger with fries. My soup came out quickly, but shortly after, the manager came by to let my friend know they were out of the tortilla soup. Because of her dietary restrictions, she declined the substitute options offered. Our entrées arrived without any issues, and everything was delicious. We were both happy with our meals. My friend is a member of their wine club and applied her discount to the bill, but when the check arrived, the discount wasn't reflected on the receipt she was asked to sign. Victoria promptly spoke with the manager, who confirmed the discount had been applied and provided a corrected receipt with the correct total. Overall, we enjoyed our time at CH and would visit again.

We made our reservation about a month in advance, arrived early at 5:00 p.m. for our 5:15 seating, and were seated fairly quickly. Our waitress, Margaret, was friendly at first--but unfortunately, that's where the positive experience ended. We waited 45 minutes for our starter and an hour and a half for our entrée. What made it more frustrating was watching nearby tables--many seated after us--receive their meals, finish, and even turn over while we were still waiting. We finally left around 7:30 p.m., feeling very disappointed. The food at Cooper's Hawk is consistently excellent, which is why this experience was so discouraging. There were also billing issues: I had a birthday reward and several wine bottles through my membership available, yet the wine was still charged to our bill and the birthday reward wasn't applied until I pointed it out. Although part of it was corrected, we still ended up paying for the bottle that should have been included. We usually enjoy wonderful visits here, and Cooper's Hawk remains one of my favorite restaurants. However, this particular experience--especially the long wait times and billing confusion--was truly disappointing, and I would hesitate to dine in the same section again.
