I really love the boneless wings. They are honestly the best anywhere. Not even close. Great size and appropriately breaded, with awesome sauces. The service is hit or miss. Last two times bartenders have been friendly, but distracted either by other staff members usually sitting at a booth off to the left of the bar or milling around talking to the bartender. Last time we stopped in the place looked terrible inside. Multiple tables dirty in all sections of the dining and bar area. Just seems like they don't care about what things look like for the guests as this has happened in the past as well. I'll be back because of the food, beer selection and location. read more

I have to start off by saying I hate reviewing a poor experience. I normally would just never go there again. This was EXCEPTIONALLY bad. I have been ill all day. Nauseous and punishing the toilet. It all started when we couldn't be seated at a few tables because they were dirty. There was hardly anyone in the restaurant. How could tables be dirty?? After what seemed like 20 min we finally had a server race by saying she would be with us. Well quite a bit of time went by and the host came over to get us drinks. He was bringing them back when she finally came over. She did know the beers well and made solid suggestions. So I ordered the buffalo nachos as an app. I asked for no jalapenos. Well when they came out forever later (should be around 7 minutes) but wayy longer than that guess what was on there? Jalapenos.. Well I let it slide because well it took forever. So I used a paper towel as a plate since no small plates were offered. Then our food came out and that was fine. But no water refills and apparently they don't like to sell more than one beer since we wanted more but she never came. Then I loved staring at the dirty plates and cups stacked at the table caddy corner to us THE ENTIRE TIME WE WERE THERE. Finally I just was done. Ate 4 of my 15 wings and asked for a box and the check. And now I'm just extremely sick and so is my GF. You should really be concerned about food safety. Disgusting. First time at this location. Not impressed. Ordered apps and sandwiches and apps never arrived and no explanation why. Also when your patrons order hot/spicy food it's probably a good idea to keep their drinks topped off and not leave them sitting with empty glasses for almost 10 minutes. I really want to like this place because I love wings, beer, and football. But if I was reviewing just based on those things, this place would have 5 stars. They have great wings, cold beer, and every football game you want to see. However, after spending three different meals here, it's hard not to mention how distracting the service is. Although my servers have always been friendly and energetic, there is definitely a missing piece. The food takes SO long to come out! We waited 30 minutes for an appetizer salad, and then later 20 minutes for a side of fries that came out limp and cold. Our server was honest and helpful (shoutout to Kellen!) when we sent them back, but it highlights the total disconnect between the kitchen and the front of the house. I watched 2 tables around me have to go to the bar to ask for a server to visit their table after waiting for 10-15 minutes of being seated. I felt bad for one family as they had 4 (well behaved!) kids who waited so long just for a round of water. One last thing is the cleanliness.. There just always seems to be so many dirty dishes on tables and on my table. I don't want to ask to have my finished dishes removed. I'm also concerned that the table caddies for the patio were "stored" in plain sight on the FLOOR. The FLOOR PEOPLE. If we come back it will surely be for takeout. read more

Considering it was the Grand Opening, everything was very efficient. The boneless wings are good. Not heavily breaded slivers of chicken like some places. Large juicy pieces of chicken. I liked that you can mix wing flavors and heats. Although you should request to try the sauces. They are calibrated differently than most restaurants. The hot is more like a medium. Still good but you may have to order hotter than you normally would. I recommend the Garlic-Q flavor. Enjoy! read more

When I first walked in the restaurant the atmosphere of the place blew me away. The place was pretty gnarly looking, very comfortable booth seats, nice lighting and very HD TVs. I felt very welcomed by our Waitress, she was a lovely lady. Our drinks came out very fast, high quality Coke ( I had like 6 refills ) and nice straws. The menu was quite easy to comprehend and was able to find want I wanted easily. After we ordered the food took some time to come out but the presentation of it was fantastic. Then I took my first bite and things went down hill... I had 5 boneless wings with Honey BBQ and boy did the sauce tasty funky. After eating 3 I went and destroyed the bathroom and used all the toilet paper (sorry ) luckily I was able to get the taste away with some super quick refills of Coke. So overall the food wasn't very good.. I'm currently taking a massive shit at my house while writing this review and have some regrets.. But, the restaurant it's self was very nice! Just get some better tasting food and it will be a very top notch place to eat!! read more

The service was extremely slow and It was not very busy. My friend tried to order and IPA and they didn't have any which was pretty surprising. I had a quesadilla that was delicious. Hopefully we just caught them on a bad night. read more

This place could be good, but their poor service is killing them. You will wait forever for your food to come, and then when it does, it will probably be the wrong thing. Then when they finally find what you ordered, it will be cold. MOST of the wait staff really doesn't care, and has a crappy attitude, which just makes it worse. Their HVAC, and other pipes above the high top tables are exposed, and when it rains, they leak and drip on your head while you sit at these tables. They seem to be making a push to support Kings Schools, which is great, but we won't put up with crappy service to support them. Maybe the owner needs to spend more time at their restaurant to see how the lack of service is hurting their bottom line. We were excited to see this place open, but we'll pass, too many other options out there. read more

Honestly I was very interested to try this wings and rings especially since my grandfather had given the business itself great praise. I had gone with my family members during a very slow time. We had shown up and had been greeted which was nice and they were quick to seat us. We had been greeted by our server who was very knowledgeable about the menu. She had offered us apiterizers. Then she had taken our order. I had gotten the Peach Habanero thinking I wouldn't need to choose the heat of the sauce. A Habanero is a very hot pepper and would expect the sauce to be made the same way. I had chosen hot thinking it would be similar to the heat level at Buffalo Wild Wings and it was no where near close and I should have gone with the atomic. The boneless wings were huge and looked to big to even eat four and feel stuffed. I think that they need to do a menu change or figure out a different ways to work their sauces. The good quality was mediocre at least at Buffalo Wild Wings they have more options for sauces and even food. I would probably wouldn't go back to this Kroger of the Buffalo Wing industry. read more

I agree with another reviewer above. We sat and waited for our food as well, place was not crowded, received a bowl of sauce and some tough chicken pieces in it. I had to flag down another waitress to get a refill on our drinks. The Mac and cheese that the kids were served were the 1 dollar boxed Kraft crap. At one point a waitress walked by the serving area and started screaming for a manager and throwing the "f" word around as I sat with 2 small children. She then came out and started bragging to a customer/friend about doing it. I will never go back and would urge others not to either horrible food and service. First time at this location... Service was great, no complaints there, but the food was.... No good way of saying this but yuck! We started with nacho chips and cheese dip... The chips were the broken pieces that seemed to have been the reminisce of what was left in the bottom of the bag. We requested full size chips &!were told no problem but by the time we received the the cheese sauce was cold & no longer edible. Both me and my husband I ordered a cheeseburger and side salad.... Cheeseburger's were dry to say the least. Tried to add mayo and ketchup to hide the funky meat taste.... Couldn't even eat half of it.. My salad was okay, nothing to boast about... Ranch dressing fine... My husband had blue cheese dressing and said it was dry and pasty... Our daughter had boneless wings and fries. She said the fries were fine but the wings not so much.. We all had a Coke to drink, no alcohol, and our check was still $58 without tip added... We found ourselves discussing the many other choices we could have made that night for dinner... McDonald's would have been a better choice! I usually don't leave reviews but this was so awful I knew I had to let others know so they don't waste their time and money. If your not going to be drinking A LOT of alcohol to mask the tasteless food go some place else! read more
