I had to scream my order to her. I went to the bathroom when I came back, she had thrown my drink away. I asked her where my drink was and she said she didn't now. I asked the gentlemen next to me and he said that she had taken my drink. Then she charged me double for my drinks and gave herself a $7 dollar tip on my card. He did well on refilling beverages and chips. It was nice to receive complimentary chips and salsa as they are hard to come by anymore. The salsas were good. Restrooms were clean and smelled fresh. Their steaks are tender, their salads are well served, and my favorite - their breakfast - is plentiful and tasty. Their server Pamela was friendly, kind and polite. I cannot speak enough good things about this place.
