Fantastic location. Had the opportunity to dine here twice during a business trip and was very happy with my level of service during both visits. On the first trip, my group chose to get our food to-go. On Tuesdays, they run a special with 69 cent wings. The employee taking our orders was friendly and offered useful suggestions. Our food came out relatively quickly and we were able to get on the road in a timely manner. I tried the Peach Habanero wings. You have a choice as to the level of heat for your wings (Mild, Medium, Hot, Xtra Hot and Atomic) and I went with hot. The food tasted great but I wished I had gone with Xtra Hot. My second visit was at lunch time and my group opted to eat in. The location was very busy but we were seated immediately and they even made allowances for our large group. Our server was very friendly and checked on us regularly. I tried the Sweet Thai Chili Flavor and was just as happy with it as the Peach Habanero. I like how you can order all flats and they don't charge extra like other places do. I ordered 1/2 hot and 1/2 Parmesan garlic zero the flavor was good but I feel they should of been cooked longer . I like my wings crispy and the skins were still a bit mushy. I did like how they packed them separately so the sauces would not mix . I don't know why these business's stopped giving carrots but it did come with a few sticks of celery . Not my favorite wing place in town but definitely not the worst . If I could give 3.5 stars instead of 4 - that would be perfect. We've been long time customers of Buffalo Wild and Rings but haven't been here lately due to Covid. We came in today and were happy to see that the food is still consistently good! We love the boneless wings here - they are big and tender and the sauces are great! The service was good too. Cleanliness is where this place could use some improvements. The dining room needs a good deep clean - move the tables to mop and scrub down the tables, chairs and booths. I've been here a few times! I was brought in this time by 1.20 chicken tenders, a special they have on Wednesday nights. It's a great deal, and 5 or 6 strips is plenty of food! I loved their garlic Parmesan and award winning bourbon BBQ sauces. Both were delicious. We were sat in the bar area and could see the TV's. The service was generally good, however our server appeared to be a bit slow getting to our table and others. I think he was the only one in the bar area that night and he had 8-10 tables when we arrived. I think he was a great server, but being assigned that many tables on a night when you have a deal is a lot to handle. Just had the WEIRDEST experience at this place! Hadn't been there before. I was craving a buffalo chicken sandwich. Looked up reviews and this place came up so thought we'd give it a try. Got there and seated in a booth. All was good. Waitress took our order. We got breaded pickle chips and I got the buffalo chicken club ... fried ... with fries. My husband got bbq grilled boneless wings and fries. A waiter came over right after we ordered and said he was now our waiter. He jokingly said "the pregnant girl needs to get home to rest". That was fine. He brought the pickle chips - no sauce. I asked about it. He said usually it came with ranch but he was going to bring their 'bama sauce too. Okay. It was good btw. So we notice that our waitress - who was supposedly headed home to rest - was still in the restaurant delivering food and working. Seemed odd. Then she delivered our food! No mention of the change in our wait staff. Okay. So I notice my sandwich is grilled - or maybe not (it was covered in wing sauce) - but definitely not breaded. So when our waiter came to see how we liked everything, I mentioned that I'd ordered the sandwich breaded ... then I realized that maybe fried and breaded weren't the same thing. He confirmed that fried is breaded so he went to the kitchen and came back and said the sandwich WAS breaded. It really wasn't. So I said I would eat it - I was hungry but it really wasn't what I ordered. He said he'd notify the manager. Just before I finished the meal, a man - who I assume was the manager because he was going table to table and had on a different colored shirt - came by and asked if everything was tasting great ... and gave us two thumbs up. One of our favorite spots for wings! I love the atmosphere as it's family friendly yet it also caters sports fanatics with all the flat screen TVs surrounding you. Service is always fast and friendly. As for the food, we always get the same thing. The Parmesan garlic aoli fries is a sure hit, and will not disappoint. We also get the Garlic-Q, Garlic Parmesan, and Teriyaki! As a person who does not do spicy at all, I love that they offer different heat level. My husband and I stopped in for dinner on a Saturday night and were SO impressed with this place! We decided to sit at the bar and were promptly greeted by the super friendly bar tender. We each ordered beers - I went with a Blue Moon because it is on special for $3.50 on Saturdays (so is Lucky Bucket). They have a good selection of beers on tap and a really good selection of liquor, as well. The bar was lined with several TV's, so I imagine this would be an awesome spot to go to watch sports (which is what was on all the screens). We started off with an order of the Parmesan Garlic Aioli Fries. I ordered 5 boneless wings with Buffalo sauce and my husband ordered 10 traditional wings with the Thai Sweet Chili sauce. They have several sauce options and you can choose how hot you want your wings with every sauce (mild, medium, or hot). Before our food was brought out the bartender brought us plates, silverware, and napkins. She also gave us a roll of paper towels which are basically a necessity when you are eating wings. Our food was out in about 8 minutes. Considering we were there in the prime of the dinner rush, we were pretty impressed by how quickly we got our food. We were even more impressed when we actually tried the food and realized how awesome everything was. The fries were served on a platter and the portion was huge! They were drizzled in the parmesan garlic aioli sauce which was delicious. My boneless wings were also huge! A lot of times if you order boneless wings you get tiny pieces of meat, but that was not the case here. The sauce was great, and had the perfect amount of heat as was the ranch (sidenote: they don't charge for ranch, blue cheese, or celery!). I tried one of my husband's wings and they were also really good. In addition to the wing options, they also have a variety of appetizers, sandwiches, salads, burgers, and wraps. This is the only wing place we are going from now on. Not only are their prices way lower than the more popular wing chain found around town, but the quality is much better. NOT ACCURATE! it doesn't take THAT long - we've been there enough times to know that's a lie. We ordered 15 wings, 5 wings and 2 KIDS MEALS! why did we have to wait while other tables got their food and eating when they got there well after we ordered??!! We saw our waitress twice. The first, when she took our order. The second, when we had to flag her down to get a 'status' on or food. Nevermind the fact that all of our drinks were empty, not once were we offered refrills. I'd been to BWR before and enjoyed it, so I thought I'd go again to see if the experience could be duplicated. I lined up a 2:30 p.m. late lunch with a friend on a Tuesday afternoon (read: a time when it should be pretty dead; it was) to get a read on just how attentive the staff was and to get what should theoretically be some pretty fresh food. We were welcomed with a sweet smile from a young lady who opened the door for us and welcomed us to sit where we pleased. Right after we found our seats, Samantha (our waitress on this adventure) swooped right in and took our drink orders. Now, here's where I'm going to guide you a bit on how to approach a first time trip to make sure you get the most out of it. The company has an e-mail list called Club '84. If you sign up for it on the main website, you get a coupon good for any appetizer except the 12-13 dollar sampler. Essentially, this saves you 7-8 bucks out of the gate. However, that money gets you a large portion. We went with the garlic aioli fries (because yay garlic and yay fries!). Tackling this plate requires at least two people or one enormous appetite. I almost want to advise you to eat light if you're going to order a starter as by the time your entree gets to the table, your stomach's going to start to swell. No, this isn't to say that there's a long wait, but we'll get to that in a tick. Along with the fries, we put in our order for wings. I highly recommend coming in on Tuesdays because they currently run a special for 89 cent traditional wings. A brief aside: When dealing with foods that are presented to you with a wide array of flavors, there are always old standbys. For example, with a number of products, if you can't do "chocolate" properly, you're doing it wrong. With wings, I find this to be the case with teriyaki and garlic parmesan. Those happen to be my two favorites, so we went with orders of five and ten traditional wings of each flavor, respectively. The neat thing about BWR is that you can really customize your wings. Not only can you dictate the sauce/rub, but you also can choose to ratchet up the heat of said wings in addition AND if you like them swimming in sauce, that can be accommodated for no additional fee. So, here I am about ready to lop my hand off with a hacksaw because I can't stop eating these fries when Samantha promptly brings our wings. They are incredibly fresh and hot, drowning in sticky, savory goodness. Alright, the moment of truth. Garlic Parmesan: There is a definite crunch as the wings suck up quite a bit of the sauce and the cheese is nicely caked on. It's almost like a wet rub and wow, is it tasty. BWR knows how to garlic up their food, so if you're a fan, I have good news. Teriyaki: Lip-smackingly good. Rich, silky smooth and sweet. Just the way you want that flavor to be. It hits you just right as you rip the meat off the bone. I honestly wanted to try one of the desserts, but at this point, the old nausea reflex was kicking in and my stomach was crying uncle, so I had to tap out. These wings aren't perfect as I've been to places in Omaha that provide far meatier ones, BUT (note the large "but") for 89 cents a pop, these are a steal and a half. To be honest, even at regular price (about $1.15), they're still pretty good. Samantha was a treat. She nailed drink refills like a champ, made sure multiple tables were taken care of and did so with both enthusiasm and a smile on her face. So, to summarize, if you get that Club '84 coupon and go on a Tuesday, you could easily feed 4 people for about $5.50 per person. The place stands on its own merit without specials as one that I'd budget for as well. Call me the Terminator, because I'll be back. read more
