Fantastic location. Had the opportunity to dine here twice during a business trip and was very happy with my level of service during both visits. On the first trip, my group chose to get our food to-go. On Tuesdays, they run a special with 69 cent wings. The employee taking our orders was friendly and offered useful suggestions. Our food came out relatively quickly and we were able to get on the road in a timely manner. I tried the Peach Habanero wings. You have a choice as to the level of heat for your wings (Mild, Medium, Hot, Xtra Hot and Atomic) and I went with hot. The food tasted great but I wished I had gone with Xtra Hot. My second visit was at lunch time and my group opted to eat in. The location was very busy but we were seated immediately and they even made allowances for our large group. Our server was very friendly and checked on us regularly. I tried the Sweet Thai Chili Flavor and was just as happy with it as the Peach Habanero. I like how you can order all flats and they don't charge extra like other places do. I ordered 1/2 hot and 1/2 Parmesan garlic zero the flavor was good but I feel they should of been cooked longer . I like my wings crispy and the skins were still a bit mushy. I did like how they packed them separately so the sauces would not mix . I don't know why these business's stopped giving carrots but it did come with a few sticks of celery . Not my favorite wing place in town but definitely not the worst . The service was generally good, however our server appeared to be a bit slow getting to our table and others. I think he was the only one in the bar area that night and he had 8-10 tables when we arrived. Just had the WEIRDEST experience at this place! Hadn't been there before. I was craving a buffalo chicken sandwich. Looked up reviews and this place came up so thought we'd give it a try. Got there and seated in a booth. All was good. Waitress took our order. We got breaded pickle chips and I got the buffalo chicken club ... fried ... with fries. My husband got bbq grilled boneless wings and fries. A waiter came over right after we ordered and said he was now our waiter. He jokingly said "the pregnant girl needs to get home to rest". That was fine. He brought the pickle chips - no sauce. I asked about it. He said usually it came with ranch but he was going to bring their 'bama sauce too. Okay. It was good btw. So we notice that our waitress - who was supposedly headed home to rest - was still in the restaurant delivering food and working. Seemed odd. Then she delivered our food! No mention of the change in our wait staff. Okay. So I notice my sandwich is grilled - or maybe not (it was covered in wing sauce) - but definitely not breaded. So when our waiter came to see how we liked everything, I mentioned that I'd ordered the sandwich breaded ... then I realized that maybe fried and breaded weren't the same thing. He confirmed that fried is breaded so he went to the kitchen and came back and said the sandwich WAS breaded. It really wasn't. So I said I would eat it - I was hungry but it really wasn't what I ordered. He said he'd notify the manager. Just before I finished the meal, a man - who I assume was the manager because he was going table to table and had on a different colored shirt - came by and asked if everything was tasting great ... and gave us two thumbs up. I was taken aback because I thought he would mention my sandwich. He didn't. We kind of didn't really answer and he went to the next table. I saw our waiter stop him and say something but he just kept going table to table. So THEN we were just ready to pay and leave but our waiter would NOT stop by! He would not make eye contact! It was so strange. I finely got his attention and asked for the check. We had our credit card out ready and gave it to him to run it. We paid and left feeling so weird. One of our favorite spots for wings! I love the atmosphere as it's family friendly yet it also caters sports fanatics with all the flat screen TVs surrounding you. Service is always fast and friendly. As for the food, we always get the same thing. The Parmesan garlic aoli fries is a sure hit, and will not disappoint. We also get the Garlic-Q, Garlic Parmesan, and Teriyaki! As a person who does not do spicy at all, I love that they offer different heat level. We ordered 15 wings, 5 wings and 2 KIDS MEALS! why did we have to wait while other tables got their food and eating when they got there well after we ordered??!! We saw our waitress twice. The first, when she took our order. The second, when we had to flag her down to get a 'status' on or food. Nevermind the fact that all of our drinks were empty, not once were we offered refrills. My only gripe, and its a BIG gripe, is that you got RID of the off-menu insanity sauce. My husband and I stopped in for dinner on a Saturday night and were SO impressed with this place! We decided to sit at the bar and were promptly greeted by the super friendly bar tender. We each ordered beers - I went with a Blue Moon because it is on special for $3.50 on Saturdays (so is Lucky Bucket). They have a good selection of beers on tap and a really good selection of liquor, as well. We started off with an order of the Parmesan Garlic Aioli Fries. I ordered 5 boneless wings with Buffalo sauce and my husband ordered 10 traditional wings with the Thai Sweet Chili sauce. They have several sauce options and you can choose how hot you want your wings with every sauce (mild, medium, or hot). Before our food was brought out the bartender brought us plates, silverware, and napkins. She also gave us a roll of paper towels which are basically a necessity when you are eating wings. Our food was out in about 8 minutes. Considering we were there in the prime of the dinner rush, we were pretty impressed by how quickly we got our food. We were even more impressed when we actually tried the food and realized how awesome everything was. The fries were served on a platter and the portion was huge! They were drizzled in the parmesan garlic aioli sauce which was delicious. My boneless wings were also huge! A lot of times if you order boneless wings you get tiny pieces of meat, but that was not the case here. The sauce was great, and had the perfect amount of heat as was the ranch (sidenote: they don't charge for ranch, blue cheese, or celery!). I tried one of my husband's wings and they were also really good. In addition to the wing options, they also have a variety of appetizers, sandwiches, salads, burgers, and wraps. This is the only wing place we are going from now on. Not only are their prices way lower than the more popular wing chain found around town, but the quality is much better. This review has changed from 5 stars to 1 star. Here's the story: The first time we went to BW&R, and saw that boneless wings were $1+ each, I was appalled. But I was there, so I figured I'd eat. Maybe they were the best wings ever. Then the wings came, and they were the biggest wings I've ever seen, and I was super happy to pay the $1+ each. This continued for years. Then I went, and the wings were drastically smaller, for the same price. Oh no. Maybe I got a bad batch. It's fine, everyone's allowed a miss, we'll try again next time. Then I went again, and the wings were possibly even smaller, and seemed a little worse texture. We ended up asking a couple employees if the wings were smaller on purpose, and were told they were, thanks to new owners. So you're going to ruin the best wings in town? Make them half the size for the same price? No thanks. Unless things change, we'll never be back. I'd rather get wings from Pizza Hut for half the price. It's a real shame, we all loved BW&R and would go at least once a month. Let us know if things change back, but until then, you've ruined the value. Side note: Another more mildly disappointing thing is they're apparently getting rid of PinPoint, which is a program we love. They're replacing it with their own app I guess, but that's a hassle also. read more

Got seated right away on a weekend night. Food was delicious -wings were very fresh and high quality meat, sauces were very full of seasoning and tasty. Our server was very nice and patient for our first visit. We also had the pretzel bites with queso which they serve the queso with pico and jalapeños right on top. Great!
