Highlights: good food, confusing pick up area, small mistake with our order. On the whole, we enjoyed the food we ordered. The wings that we ordered char buffed were nice and smoky from the grill, but also had a nice sauce flavor. We especially like the Thai bourbon, chili flavor, which has some spice and great flavor without being overwhelming. We also very much enjoy the cheese bread, but unfortunately, we ordered an extra side of pizza sauce, and that was not included in our order, even though we paid for it. Their website does not have any sort of customer service area to report mistakes, so we are just out that money and didn't get the sauce we wanted. The instructions are not very specific around where you should park when you come to pick up your order. There are two sides to the business, and it's unclear which side you should go to. I originally parked on what was apparently the employee parking side, and then eventually drove around to the other side, where there were lots of numbered waiting stalls. I am not sure what happened to Oscar's as they use to have great pizza. Maybe a new manager or something else as we were very disappointed with our pizza. First off I will say this place is carry out only. But the girl was basically waiting by my truck by time I even backed into a parking spot, so the service is phenomenal. The pizza was a little too cheesy for me but thats just preference, so I won't knock them down for that as it was still delicious..just might do light cheese next time. Does the restaurant not like to fulfill the orders or was the employee just mad by having a pickup order that had a 15% tip? Was that tip too low for a carryout only restaurant? I don't know. Ordered two pizzas, ready on time, pick up was easy with the Covid restrictions you park, call with your space number and they run it out. Pizza was good. They do a cross cut vs slices unless you request it to be sliced when ordering, but I like cross cut. For $50, including tax and tip for a one topping large and 3 topping medium it is on the expensive side vs the quality. I've heard about things wings for years, having lived near the Oscars restaurant as kid and now living by carry out as an adult I finally gave in and for their wings for a quick carry out dinner. I don't normally consider wings a whole meal...until now. My husband and I split an order of 30. Of course I only had like 7, but even then I was so full. We tried the Kujo their hot hot wing and I was too much of a baby to actually eat it but by the looks of my husbands face and asking if we had any milk, I'm going to say they're hot. We tried their regular buffalo which is so well done. Not too saucy or overly orange. My favorite to try is teriyaki and they were good but definitely too saucy. I would definitely go light in sauce next time. We also DID NOT get them char buffed which I think was a crucial mistake. Make sure you do that when you order. All in all they were super tasty, satisfying and taste great the next day. They lived up to the hype for sure. It was around $36 for 30 wings (tax+tip) and took about 50 minutes to get. Best wings in town, IF you get the char-buffed. I don't know why they even offer non-CB options. BBQ, buffalo, teriyaki, kujo, and bourbon thai chili (new) all turn out great. Parm garlic doesn't char well so I'd recommend to skip that one. Since the wings have been thrown back on the grill after saucing, they aren't dripping or as messy as normal wings.
