As someone who grew up in an adjacent state to Wisconsin, the cheese curds were amazing! I also got the stand by burger, which was delicious. I ordered through doordash, so it was delivered. The loaded curly fries were my side with the cheese on the side and the cheese was kinda gross. I would have preferred Mayo for dipping. I also got boneless wings without sauce-they were really dry and the sauces were not to my liking (I've never eaten here before so didn't know what to expect with each sauce). I wish they put a description of what the sauce tastes like. I would have ordered differently. I would order a burger and fries and cheese curds again, but not sure about the wings.

Today I came in with my fiancé and we waited over 10 minutes to be seated. The restaurant was not busy but there was no one up front. The floor and table were also very sticky to the point were you could hear your shoes rip off the ground. After that we were seated and it was another 15 minutes for our waitress to come and get our drinks. The worst part was the food, the boneless wings were dry and came with no sauce but literal grease sitting at the bottom of the tray. When I asked for a cup of sauce to try and finish them both the buffalo sauce and ranch were watered down. The bacon in the loaded fries was over cooked and hard to eat. Also my fiancé's " home wrecker dawg" was cold and the bread tasted extremely stale. Paid almost $40.00 .We will not be coming back nor do we recommend. When we would come in the past the food was good, it's honestly disappointing.

Stopped in to catch a bit of football. Ordered the "Big" chicken salad 9.49$ Asked them to hold the bacon and egg, which they did. Our server delivered food in a timely manor then proceeded to leave us sit for 9 minutes with no silverware. The salad included a tiny piece of chicken, 4 olives and a half of a tomato...oh and 1oz of cheddar. Oddly I was supplied enough dressing to drown a small mouse in.

Unfortunately, while the venue offers a lot of variety in activities, it is a cacophony of sound and its menu is underwhelming and over-seasoned. If you have a sensitive palate or sensitivity to loud sounds, this is not the place for you. If you like really loud social places and very salty food, you will likely enjoy your time here. Between the loud music and endless banging from the several bowling areas, it is virtually impossible to speak to your party members; even if they're sitting directly next to you. So this is not a good place to sit down and have meaningful conversations with your party. The fries and house sauces are delicious, but everything else is an over-seasoned mess. The brisket sandwich I received was completely tasteless due to the over-seasoned bun. I could taste bread and salt - no brisket. My party members felt the same; one of them asked for no pickles and the sandwich came saturated in pickle juice and had 5 thick slices of pickles. Overall, the meal was disappointing.

This was my first time ordering from Chevvy's. I've driven by their strategically located building for years. I've seen the pizza sign and thought I've got to give it a try. So i did!! Finding the entrance to the parking lot is a challenge as you have to enter from the north side. The place appears to be small on the outside but feels rather large on the inside. The bar takes a prominent place when you walk in. The bar tending team was very friendly and helpful. Chevvy's has a decent sized menu of specialty 12, 14 and 16 inch pizzas. The prices seem like they might be on the plus side of average die a hand tossed-thin type pizza. We went with the Everything pizza on this visit. The pizza crust is on the plus side of thin crust but not quite as thick as a hand tossed. It was baked to a nice soft and moist bottom side. The top side crust browned and crisped up nicely. This thickness is somewhat unique for Fort Wayne. The crust didn't have any distinct seasoning flavor. The tomato sauce has a nice sweet tomato paste flavor. You won't find much of the flavor on the pizza except in areas where the sauce got pooled. You pick up the taste more on the edge of bare pizza crust where there aren't many toppings. I thought the sauce was so good that I would probably order it with extra sauce the next time to make sure the whole pizza was accented with this flavor. The Everything pizza had plenty of fresh toppings. The toppings tended to pile up into layers more toward the middle of the pizza. The meats had a nice bolder flavor. The tasty mozzarella was decently thick to hold all the topping together yet thin enough that it didn't have that beautiful stringy pull apart stretch. Is Chevvy's famous for their pizza? They could be more famous if people knew about their thin crust and tasty pizza flavors. I'm sure those that have had Chevvy's pizza are more likely to tell others about it! Give it a try if you have not had a famous Chevvy's pizza! While trying their famous pizza I decided to sample the wings. Chevvy's is definitely NOT a destination for wings. You can find their 8 medium-large wings for $15 offering on the appetizer menu. They only offer four flavors of wings. Do not a destination but not bad. The wing was perfectly cooked. All white inside that was very moist and tender. They are briefly fried such that only the ends of the rings had any crispiness. The order comes with medium to large sized wings. Chevvy's only offers hot, mild, BBQ and teriyaki sauces. I went with the teriyaki. The sauce was thin in consistency but did a nice job at sticking to the wing. They dipped the wings in sauce so there was plenty of flavor. While the teriyaki flavor was mild...it did have a distinct teriyaki appeal. The appetizer came with three celery stick and your choice of ranch or blue cheese dressings. The blue cheese dressing was very thin and some small clumps of blue cheese crumbles mixed in. Not very appealing in my book. Overall...wings probably aren't Chevvy's claim to fame. Chevvy's isn't a destination for wings. However, if you are there, and you want some different that is on the menu...their wings aren't a bad choice.

We weren't greeted warmly, which normally wouldn't matter if the service and food made up for it. It didn't. After waiting quite a while just to get started, I even asked my sister if she wanted to leave. She said, "Not yet." After waiting even longer, I asked again, and she replied, "We're in too deep now." When our food finally arrived, my sister's meal had to be sent back. As the waitress walked away with it, I accidentally spilled what was left of my lemonade. The spill wasn't acknowledged by our waitress, and she never asked if I'd like another drink. Thankfully, another employee eventually helped clean up the mess and brought me a fresh lemonade. My sister's corrected meal sat ready for more than 10 minutes after we heard the kitchen bell before anyone brought it to our table. Because of the poor service, I left no tip and wrote "0.00" on the receipt. The waitress had also taken my credit card to the back to process the payment instead of running it where I could see it. Later, I realized my credit card was missing. I immediately called the restaurant and was told it wasn't there. I locked the card, and the following day multiple attempted charges were made on it. While I can't say for certain what happened, the timing was extremely concerning and left me with serious doubts about how my card was handled. I rarely leave negative reviews, but between the poor service, long waits, lack of attention, and what happened with my credit card afterward, I cannot recommend this restaurant or it's choice of Friday night live entertainment.

Eating in the front area...especially in the open area is really unpleasant. It's loud. The TV's are loud. You can't talk and enjoy the conversation. On this trip...we dinned in the "back" room. What a difference! The noise level was minimal. We asked the waitress to turn down the volume and she did. This allowed us to enjoy our conversation and dinner. Great job done by our waitress Zhoee. She was patient, professional, friendly and very helpful to the older members of our party. She was responsive to the loud speakers we were asked to turn them down. Zhoee kept the refills coming while serving us well!! We started started with the Cuban quesadillas. This is really a MUST try. The meat is very flavorful. The pickled onions and sauce inside the quesadilla are delicious!! I particularly like the house salads. They are very fresh and attractive. Plenty of side veggies and crunchy/boldly garlic flavored croutons. I tried the Thai ginger dressing this time. I loved the mild flavors. You could pick up the hints of peanut sauce and ginger coming through. It is moderate in consistency and delicious! I've never had their Mac & cheese so we gave it a try. A nice thick and creamy white cheese sauce. The cavatappi style noodles were perfectly cooked! The cheese stuck to the noodles beautifully. The cheese sauce was so tasty that you almost wanted to like the bowl. On this trip I went with the wings and dry rub seasoning. Nothing else on the menu appealed to me that visit. I got six small to medium sized wings in this order. The insides were fully white without being tough or dry. The skin was a bit crunchy so I'm sure they were fried. The dry rub has a mild traditional BBQ flavor. The wings were really coated in dry rub. I don't think there was a speck of skin showing through. At times I felt like I was eating more dry rub than chicken. The rub comes off very salty - which I liked. It didn't have an after taste burn - which I also liked. The BBQ was pleasant and flavorful to taste. The volume of rub was just a bit overwhelming - at least to me.
