Upon arrival, there was plenty of parking with disabled parking available. We observed there was seating inside and outside. Nice to see there was a partition between the bar and restaurant. Priscilla, our server, was speedy and on point! Great food, great service! The pretzel bites and beer cheese were piping hot, soft and tasty. The nachos were awesome- the homemade tortilla chips were hot & crispy and the toppings super fresh. The Philly cheesesteak was melt-in-your-mouth goodness. The boneless wings came out hot and crispy on the outside, and tender on the inside! Loved the barbecue sauce, too - nice hickory flavor. I ordered a 20 piece mix and match wing deal they were offering and I ordered two sauces, can you believe they just fried the wings and gave me the sauce in cups. I called and the MANAGER asked did I get the deal and then proceeded to say, that's how we were told to make them. Absurd! I've ordered pickup and delivery several times because this place has the menu items I love when I need quick comfort food... wings, loaded fries, cheese sticks, nachos, etc. It meets my immediate needs, but always leaves me a bit disappointed. The food costs just a bit too much and for just not enough. Today was probably my last order from here... I ordered the fish and loaded fries, with a side of mozzarella sticks. Spent $19 (that doesn't include a drink) for ONE piece of fish, a handful of fries, and five cheese sticks. I eat out constantly and don't mind paying for great food, or atleast generous portions. Absolutely amazing service and restaraunt from start to finish. I was greeted and sat promptly to look over the menu which is full of delicious bites. My server, Conner, was incredible. Attentive, funny, hard working, quick, and incredibly knowledgeable. I am sure my experience would not have been so delightful if not for Conner. What a wonderful staff member! He's a keeper for sure. After asking Conner a couple questions about the cuisine and beverage options, I decided on a Guiness and loaded tots as an appetizer, and then a second Guiness and some wings with the "Say It Ain't Tso" sauce for dinner. Very clever title. Conner helped me pick this sauce choice and we were in agreement on the name's character and epicness due to our love for the band Weezer. As I enjoyed my delicious meal I watched some football. Not being a sports officianado, I had to ask Conner a couple questions about the ongoing game, and he was happy to answer and give me the information I was looking for. After my third Guiness, I recieved the check from Conner and promptly tipped quite a gracious amount. Though I have been to this Wings Etc location many times over the last five years for work lunches & really enjoyed it, I can't say this visit was pleasurable at all. My friend and I came into the dining side and stood there waiting to be seated for over eight awkward minutes. We saw staff deliver food to the other three tables but did not acknowledge us. I finally had to stop another staff member who was cleaning a table to ask to be seated. The waitress was friendly, took our order (traditional BBQ wings, onion rings, and I got the mild Buffalo chicken wrap), and we waited for quite a while for our food. When it came, I noticed the chicken in my wrap had no sauce: the kitchen had not put any buffalo sauce on it. But again, the waitress or staff did not stick around or come by to check on us so I ate my side of tater tots while I waited to get it corrected. By the time she came, it was time for us to go so I asked for our check and a side of the sauce to go. Note: the wrap was very dry and not anything like I remembered in the past. Would not order again. Very frustrating service experience. Perhaps next time we can stop in on the bar side after hours and try it out the service there. read more

I work at a local concert venue. The band in town wanted food for after their show, and chose Wings Etc. I had a pretty huge order of 17+ entrees, so I drove to the location as opposed to calling in on the phone. I so badly wish I remembered the name of the lady who helped me, but she told me she was 'in charge of all to go orders and catering'. She instructed me that their kitchen closes at 11PM, but would stay open a little later to cook the food as late as possible, while maintaining the freshness. Wings Etc went ABOVE AND BEYOND. All 17+ entrees had the names of the person who ordered that particular entrée written on the box, and they even went as far as to organize the orders according to which tour bus they were going to. A lot of restaurants in downtown Indy will straight up refuse to do half of what Wings Etc did, and I was thoroughly impressed with their attention to detail, as well as their commitment to customer service. In the future I will definitely be back, and will always recommend this restaurant to any tours in the future. read more

Wings etc seems to be so much better in my hometown (Mishawaka) - the food seemed more greasy and our fries were hard/ burnt. Our server also seemed to be flirting / hitting on us with every comment he made. I think on non-special nights the wings are a little pricey. Monday's and Thursdays are cheap wings nights and you can order how many you want vs having to get a set amount. We called prior to leaving to ask how late they were open and they confirmed it was 8PM. We arrived at 7PM and first told us they aren't seating people. I explained that we just called and they said they were open to 8PM. The person who told us that was leaving and said "they would figure it out!"! They finally sat us and told us the flat top was closed and they were only serving wings and appetizers. I again explained that I had just called and No one said that. We drove 35 minutes to get there. I completely understand that people are short staffed. I have no issues with waiting or having patience. Service in the bar is always great for us. I have sat at the bar, as well sat at tables for service. The food is consistent either way, but I am remarking on the service. If you get a chance to come in and have Patrick take care of you, it's worth the visit. He does a great job of providing one on one service, he knows the menu, and he can answer a lot of questions. Surprised by the quality of the wings as you never really know what the heck you're gonna get. I tried both the wings and boneless varieties with a hot honey mustard and sweet chili cha cha sauce. They actually call it that. I thought I might have been disappointed when they were placed on the table, as when you see the picture they seemed to be swimming in sauce. However, very crispy under that coating, and I'm all about that, as a slimy under-cooked wings are the worst. Plenty of beers to choose from including domestic, import, and craft. The service was friendly and when we noticed we left 1/4 of the pumpkin patch we visited earlier on their floor we addressed that with a tip after the server said "Holy cheese balls!" and laughed it up. We chose the right restaurant. I was pleasantly surprised to see they are handling the situation very well.
