I've only had the delivery, but I see a lot of bad reviews on here about the food being cold and soggy. I ordered for the first time today despite the bad reviews (I'm house-sitting in P-ville and I wanted wings badly). First of all, the delivery was quick. Faster than I expected. The food was HOT. I burned my mouth on the mushrooms (which were pretty excellent by the way). The wings were cooked just like I like 'em a little crispy on the outside and juicy on the inside. The only reason I knocked off a star is because the sauce is kind of generic tasting. I ordered the super caliente and it wasn't really that spicy. More of a medium I would say. Don't get me wrong, the sauce wasn't awful and most people will probably like it (it's a hell of a lot tastier than Pluckers, but nowhere near as hot), but I'm a wing aficionado. I like it when a restaurant has a signature flavor instead of the old "Frank's Red Hot" go-to. I'll definitely go again. Don't let all the bad reviews dissuade you from trying this place. These are the best wings I have ever had. Honestly. We ordered take out on a whim during the super bowl and our expectations were truly nonexistent as we based our decision on proximity alone. Despite it being the wingiest night of the year and super packed inside, our order was ready within an expected timeframe and arrived to our living room piping hot and ridiculously fresh. We tried the hot garlic and honey bbq wings as well as the stuffed jalapeños. It was all incred. Including the dipping sauces. This place has now been added to our regular rotation. So my husband finally treated us to a restaurant, he said wings today!! At first hostess was kind, then we got a waitress who was clearly a little dingy. With the tiniest of volleyball shorts on....any who we still went ahead and ordered hopeing she would surprise us,with amazing costumer service.. she did not know if brunch was over at 1:30pm. She found out, my kids got pancakes husband and I got 10 boneless wings each..Now if you have all the time in the world and absolutely nothing else to do on a sunday..this place is for you. So about 45 minutes later the food comes out..pancakes looked really soggy I did not dare to taste them..my 5 and 8 year old didnt complain.. But also did not finish it. NOW the curly fries where pretty SAD. Had a few pretty curly fries at the Top of the basket but underneath that there where only overdone pcs,crumbs of fries. Yes..like leftover fries!!cold! For my 10 boneless wings; i ate them,but I stopped on the 4th one because the chicken felt super chewy on the inside, not crispy on the outside what so ever..SOGGY is just the word i can best use to describe this..so my husband decided to count his wings and was missing One.My waitress was no where to be seen so another waitress passed by, she said we should tell our waitress but as she looked around;and saw no one, she said she would tell the cooks in the back and that was that...as time progressed everyone left their plates have full we decided it was time to go, our waitress appears we told her about the wing she asked had we told anyone else about the problem, we told her yes but the point is the damn wing never made it to our table..at the end all that was done was a 2dollar discount for that piece of soggy chicken & terrible experience .. The chicken tenders were cold and tasted like freezer burn. I asked the manager to exchange the tenders for 5 wings and was very clear that I would pay the difference or full price but did not want another order of tenders. 20 minutes later I asked about the wings as my daughter was just about done with her dinner to be told nothing was coming. The manager insisted I did not ask for anything. I repeated what I wanted TWICE! My dinner ended up being an order of cold fries and semi warm appetizer onion rings. The food wasn't half bad, for some type of "sports-bar" quality. Had ordered food through UBEReats, solely for its convenience. Unfortunately my entire order was not delivered. I mostly blame the driver, as it's his job to make sure the correct items are being picked up. But, after I placed a call to the restaurant directly, one of the employees and a manager apologized for the inconvenience, and assisted me with being able to pick up the rest of my order. I really appreciated it. The two downfalls, upon entering the establishment it took about 3 to 5 minutes before anyone acknowledged my presents, and then there was the little attitude-stricken girl at the "Pick-Up" window. I'm a Manager in the fast food industry, so I'm definitely well aware of how this kind of business works, but if it's one thing I enforce of my employees is that they treat EVERY customer with respect and with a sense of urgency. I used to love this place... a couple years ago I would eat there all the time. I went back with some friends recently and was sadly disappointed and embarrassed. The rings of fire (fried jalapenos) were good, as were the fried pickles, but the wings were not very spicy (ordered "super caliente) and super salty. Ate wings there, they were terrible and they tasted like fish oil. The manager Roxy and her staff did not give any concern for good customer service after I spoke with them. The drinking glasses were chipped, dirty dishes left on the table and had to chase them all night. They did nothing to fix the problem. We always ask for Michelle Hufschmid because she always knows what we order and brings it to us fast and with a smile! Let me preface this review by saying I've between going to Wings & More for over 10 years. With that said, I've seen a ton of servers come and go. The food is always great. The service is spotty, depending on if they are understaffed out not. Usually, lunches are difficult to do under an hour. My review isn't necessarily related to good or bad service. It's related to the numerous auto break-ins. I've been broken into on 2 occasions myself and on two others, two friends have had their vehicles broken into. The problem is all the vagrants that frequent the area. For me, both break-ins occurred during the day while my friends occurred after dark. The thrives just jammed a screwdriver into the key hole, popped the lock, and we're gone in all of 5 seconds. Both times, my gym bag was in the backseat, covered with a jacket. Needless to say, I have since boycotted the place as I'm not having my truck vandalized again. I've learned my lesson this time. If you go, just pickup or make sure you bring every possible thing in with you. You've been warned. I give the food 4 starts buy overall 2 stars because of the other issues. read more

A very friendly gentlemen named (LEO) walks around making sure everything is running smooth I believe he's a manager but he made a few stops to our table and was very attentive and always made sure we had our drinks and got our food.
