The food wasn't half bad, for some type of "sports-bar" quality. Had ordered food through UBEReats, solely for its convenience. Unfortunately my entire order was not delivered. I mostly blame the driver, as it's his job to make sure the correct items are being picked up. But, after I placed a call to the restaurant directly, one of the employees and a manager apologized for the inconvenience, and assisted me with being able to pick up the rest of my order. I really appreciated it. The two downfalls, upon entering the establishment it took about 3 to 5 minutes before anyone acknowledged my presents, and then there was the little attitude-stricken girl at the "Pick-Up" window. I'm a Manager in the fast food industry, so I'm definitely well aware of how this kind of business works, but if it's one thing I enforce of my employees is that they treat EVERY customer with respect and with a sense of urgency. We have been to Wings n More for poker night (Wednesday). They were great about keeping track of our orders despite us having to move around a lot to play. They were also generous about lots of refills on my diet coke. Nick likes the boneless wings, and the chicken strips are good without being too greasy. It's a little too small for large groups, poker players are packed tight, but it's worth it for the company. You'll have no problem making friends on poker night, it's not overly-competitive at all. read more

Good food, decent prices, great staff. My only complaints are: TV's are awkwardly positioned and drinks seemed pricey for the venue. I was looking for a sports bar and found a restaurant with a bar. I've only had the delivery, but I see a lot of bad reviews on here about the food being cold and soggy. I ordered for the first time today despite the bad reviews (I'm house-sitting in P-ville and I wanted wings badly). First of all, the delivery was quick. Faster than I expected. The food was HOT. I burned my mouth on the mushrooms (which were pretty excellent by the way). The wings were cooked just like I like 'em a little crispy on the outside and juicy on the inside. The only reason I knocked off a star is because the sauce is kind of generic tasting. I ordered the super caliente and it wasn't really that spicy. More of a medium I would say. Don't get me wrong, the sauce wasn't awful and most people will probably like it (it's a hell of a lot tastier than Pluckers, but nowhere near as hot), but I'm a wing aficionado. I like it when a restaurant has a signature flavor instead of the old "Frank's Red Hot" go-to. I'll definitely go again. Don't let all the bad reviews dissuade you from trying this place. These are the best wings I have ever had. Honestly. We ordered take out on a whim during the super bowl and our expectations were truly nonexistent as we based our decision on proximity alone. Despite it being the wingiest night of the year and super packed inside, our order was ready within an expected timeframe and arrived to our living room piping hot and ridiculously fresh. We tried the hot garlic and honey bbq wings as well as the stuffed jalapeños. It was all incred. Including the dipping sauces. This place has now been added to our regular rotation. I've always heard good things about Wings N' More, but today was the first time to actually dine in. I only get an hour for lunch, and I was in and out with time to spare. I ordered the Wing and Tender combo, which came out hot and tasted excellent. My server, Brittany was also very sweet and attentive. I used to love this place... a couple years ago I would eat there all the time. I went back with some friends recently and was sadly disappointed and embarrassed. The rings of fire (fried jalapenos) were good, as were the fried pickles, but the wings were not very spicy (ordered "super caliente) and super salty. Ate wings there, they were terrible and they tasted like fish oil. The manager Roxy and her staff did not give any concern for good customer service after I spoke with them. The drinking glasses were chipped, dirty dishes left on the table and had to chase them all night. They did nothing to fix the problem. I ordered online and then called to confirm my order. I was then promptly told that they did not deliver to south of Parmer Lane (I live 2 blocks south of Parmer). When I asked for an email confirmation of my refund the "Manager" gave me some double talk and told me she could not guarantee that it could be done. Thanks for nothing. My gf lives 2 blocks west of this place and we'll never try it because of the lack of customer service. Our family eats at wings n more at least once a week...sometimes more ! We love the pickle chips and the hearty welcome we always get from the staff! We always ask for Michelle Hufschmid because she always knows what we order and brings it to us fast and with a smile! Let me preface this review by saying I've between going to Wings & More for over 10 years. With that said, I've seen a ton of servers come and go. The food is always great. The service is spotty, depending on if they are understaffed out not. Usually, lunches are difficult to do under an hour. My review isn't necessarily related to good or bad service. It's related to the numerous auto break-ins. I've been broken into on 2 occasions myself and on two others, two friends have had their vehicles broken into. The problem is all the vagrants that frequent the area. For me, both break-ins occurred during the day while my friends occurred after dark. The thrives just jammed a screwdriver into the key hole, popped the lock, and we're gone in all of 5 seconds. Both times, my gym bag was in the backseat, covered with a jacket. Needless to say, I have since boycotted the place as I'm not having my truck vandalized again. I've learned my lesson this time. If you go, just pickup or make sure you bring every possible thing in with you. You've been warned. I give the food 4 starts buy overall 2 stars because of the other issues. read more

I absolutely love this place, ever since I first moved to Austin back in the summer of 2014. I've had all of my birthday dinners there and all of my friends love their food and their service. These groups have ranged from 12-18 people and there's always good service for the group and we get our food pretty quickly as well. I also order from them on Grubhub as well and they deliver food on a decent timeline. This used to be our favorite wing joint. The service has gotten so bad it over shadows the food. I was just getting a take out so sat at a small table at the bar. Waitress walked by three times. 10 minutes and nothing. Went up to the bar another 10 mins. Finally I ordered a beer and 15 wings to go. When she brought me the check prior to the food I said isn't it .75 cent wing day? Oh not on to go orders. I said ok I'll eat them here. "They won't change the order now". Wings N More this place is a joke two ofthe staff members back inthe corner playing around the server Nemy was upset because we had no menu onthe table and she never brought one so I had to get two menu's so we could order ask Nemu what type of fish tjey had she replied I dont know when I asked if she could fine out she remembered it was talipia ordered a beer Nemy never brought it to the table ok enough is enough. So I went to the front and asked for the manager.
