I absolutely love this place, ever since I first moved to Austin back in the summer of 2014. I've had all of my birthday dinners there and all of my friends love their food and their service. These groups have ranged from 12-18 people and there's always good service for the group and we get our food pretty quickly as well. I also order from them on Grubhub as well and they deliver food on a decent timeline. This used to be our favorite wing joint. The service has gotten so bad it over shadows the food. I was just getting a take out so sat at a small table at the bar. Waitress walked by three times. 10 minutes and nothing. Went up to the bar another 10 mins. Finally I ordered a beer and 15 wings to go. When she brought me the check prior to the food I said isn't it .75 cent wing day? Oh not on to go orders. I said ok I'll eat them here. "They won't change the order now". Ate there for the first time with a Google Deals coupon. My wife hates wings and their menu was varied enough that she had no problem finding things that she likes. She went with the chicken fried steak (slightly chewy but very tasty), my friend chose the chicken fried chicken (also tasty, tender and juicy) and I chose the wing and rib sampler (good wings but the ribs are the typical baked then grilled variety without a hint of smoke to them). Had a half order of onion rings (huge and very good) and I tried their chili (I would rate it about a 7.5 out of 10). Fair beer selection and a friendly neighborhood sports bar atmosphere. Prices were moderate and the tab for 3 was about $50 before tip (service was very good). We will definitely be going back. read more

Okay, this is strictly a food review, because I always typically ordered delivery from here. Chicken Fried Steak and Steak Fingers... A-MAZING. Mashed Potatoes are delicious as well and that goes hand in hand for me. Their wings are really good too. But seriously, if you're in the delivery area and wanted the Chicken Fry... please do yourself a favor and do it. Or have it there, who cares. It's awesome. My fiancé and I came here to get some much needed beer and wings. We were sat at a booth immediately upon entry to the restaurant. Our waitress, Michelle, greeted us with a smile and served us up some cold beers. I had never been to the restaurant before, so I pretty much relied on our waitress Michelle to recommend what was good. After telling her we were really feeling some spicy food, she recommended the Fire Rings. Those were AWESOME!. After conferring with her again with different wing sauces, she recommended the Extra Hot wings if we wanted some burn. Again, those were AWESOME!. This is a great neighborhood spot. Their delivery service is always on time. A long time ago I somehow submitted an order which was scheduled to deliver the following day. A manager called me via phone to ask if it was a mistake or not and I told him it must have been. They rushed the hot food right out to me and gave me a free order of wings on my next order. This hasn't been our first trip here. We usually love the food AND service. This time was less than satisfactory. 1. Two members of our 9 group party had incorrect orders delivered to the table. Though both members didn't make a big deal about it. 2. Feathers were found in one of the members chicken wings. When telling the waiter he acknowledged it, but showed NO empathy. He then stated "I will show this to the manager." Upon returning, our waiter then asked "would you like to speak to the manager?" Expecting a manager to come to our table, no one showed up. Once the check was given, the waiter responded with "my manager said birds have wings" in response to feathers in the meal. 3. One member of our party had dropped a lens cap to an expensive camera. He ran back in to search the restaurant and no one acknowledged him looking. He then asked a hostess "has anyone swept yet?" Her response was "yes" and then a few seconds later responded "would you like to ask the person that swept?" Which would be common sense if I'm looking for my lens cap. I've frequented Wingz N More just about every Sunday for the past 4 months. What an awesome place. The management has been very gracious to allow us Jets fans to reserved an area of the restaurant to enjoy the great food and some football. The brunch menu is very good. I recommend the Chicken and Waffles and the short stack of blueberry pancakes. 3 large pancakes with fresh blueberries cooked into the batter for about $3. Cant beat that. The staff there is very friendly and I am now on a first name basis with some of them. The staff always greets us with a smile and they enjoy the excitement the Jets fans bring to job. Although the football season is over, I will definitely be coming back for the food and the atmosphere. read more

I've been here twice so far. The first time I went I ordered the chicken tenders and was so blown away by the supremely high quality of their chicken, I came back a second time, and brought my family with me. I was similarly not disappointed the second time, and my wife and I both agree that the chicken at this restaurant is the best of any other Austin restaurant I've been to. (Not that I've been to a large number of them, but still). And to add to the good news, their prices are very reasonable. Plus all the side items that came with it are also of above average quality, though it was the chicken that stood out as more than just above average, but of actual blue ribbon quality. The chef there certainly knows what he's doing. Update as of 2/23/2017: I've always been ordering their chicken strips, because they make them so well, but I finally decided to branch out and order their buffalo chicken sandwich. It was every bit as well made. (They let you choose from a dozen or so sauces, so it doesn't have to be buffalo sauce.) In the 8 months I've gone here, their high quality remains, and to be honest, I think in my last few visits (especially the last one), the attentiveness and friendliness of their waitresses has improved. read more

So I went to the front and asked for the manager. Big mistake should have just left the so call manger is just as bad as the staff what a waste of time if you want to go and hang out at the bar and I mean at the bar you will get ok service but to sit in the bar area and want to order food forget it you have staff members doing shots with the customers and hugging them someone needs to go and clean this place up and start with the manager and then staff this use to be be a nice friendly place now it's just a joke never placed an oder due to the additude the server had and the lack of managment experience on duty will not be returning to this place. read more

We love coming here but have had both good and bad servers. But today was awesome. We had one of the great servers that is off and on due to having 2 jobs. But she tends to us as we were the only ones here. If we had here all the time we wiuld give the place 5 stars but her service deserves 5 stars in our opinion. When you come ask for Neymi. First and last visit!!! Our server, Aurora was great! It was the service from the kitchen in general that's terrible!!! We ordered appetizer sampler, 4 different kinds. Onion rings, fried green tomatoes, fried pickles and onion rings. When it came in, it was all poured in one basket, onion rings being on top. I told the server, "I didn't order calamare", and she said, "oh that's your 4 choices, and those are onion rings". Lost my appetite but didn't want to make a big deal. My husband and I just kept digging for the other stuff.... until I can't take it anymore and asked to speak to the manager. I told him how it was supposed to be served, and he agreed. He said he will addressed it. Then comes our order of 15 bone-in wings. I lost my appetite all over again! Once again, the owner of Wings n More gets rid of quality bartenders and puts two new bartenders behind the bar at the same time! Neither one of them acknowledged me for 15 min. Finally the manager got my drink. He also got my refill and my check. This place could be a gold mine and yet this owner John messes it up in every possible way every chance he gets!!! He must need a loss on his taxes every year cause this just doesn't make sense! I ordered my sauce on the side tonight because I don't want my wings drenched and I got charged an extra $1.95...crazy! If not for the Wings I'd take my business elsewhere!!! Something is always broken. The restroom is always a mess with one toilet usually out of order. I'm surprised this place passes a health inspection. Must have something to do with the kitchen running separately from the front of house. Worst food I've ever had. Took an hour to revive cold greasy disgusting food. Cheese sticks were undercooked, under battered, greasy and and more like breaded cheese strings. Fried pickles and mushrooms were also cold, soggy, and poorly battered. Chil cheese curly fries, which costs $1.49 extra, was cold curly fries that were also undercooked and the chili and cheese sauce in separate containers. The chili was poorly seasoned, greasy, disgusting mess and the cheese sauce was disgusting. It was just inedible and disappointing. The burger barely had any mayo on it, was overcooked, dry, and bland. And the lettuce was dirty and wilted, with brown and black spots all over it.
