I visit wings n more often and have yet to have a bad experience! They have good food, drinks, prices and service. Ask for Neymi, she is an amazing server. We went on a busy Friday night and she was constantly checking to see how we were doing and if we needed anything. I recommend the chipotle ranch wings, buffalo chicken sandwich & tender wrap. Horrible experience! Called ahead 45 minutes and told they could accomodate our group of 20. Arrived to a place that was about half full and told they couldn't serve us. This review is based on my experience tonight. I usually come here every weekend with friends and family and have a great time with great drink and food! However l, tonight there was 5 Of us coming and the table they tried to sit us in was very small and we were not gonna have no room to eat or have our drinks. It was impossible. So I kindly asked if we can get a different table. We did, BUT we also got pushed to the back of the line and had to wait an extra 30 min for table that was available the whole time we were waiting! NEW manager was RUDE and did not acknowledge us what so ever. Hope I don't have to experience this again... EVER!! read more

After several bad experiences, I swore off this place a year and haven't stepped foot anywhere near this restaurant since. Last night, we decided to give it another chance. We ordered our meal for delivery at 5:36pm and got confirmation that it would be delivered at 6:22. At 6:42, it still hadn't arrived so I called and was told it was out for delivery. I live literally 5 minutes away. My order was finally delivered at 6:54. It was 30 minutes late and an hour and a half after I ordered. The food was cold and soggy and the order was wrong. It was an expensive meal and we ended up throwing most of it away. Such a waste of money. I once loved this place, but I gave it one last chance and I have had it. Never again will I be back and I'll spread the word about how horrible this place is. read more

Wings N More has been a great home for our group of Jets fans this year. Despite the one obviously false complaint about us in another review (probably a Patriots fan) we thoroughly enjoyed our time there. The food is excellent and the waitstaff is very friendly. They do sometimes get a bit behind when they get slammed, but they always try very hard to catch up. read more

I was a little thrown off when were seated at a booth and there was pop spilled on my booth seat and crumbs on my wife's seat. After we were greeted by our server we ordered drinks and the wing and rib feast for two the drinks came in a reasonable amount of time. Things started to go down hill from there our waitress was chewing gum and being in the restaurant industry that upsets me. The food got to the table and I immediatelty started to eat. The vegetable medely was warm at best as were the green beans. To call my chicken wings and ribs warm is a streach of the imagination. They were luke warm at best. The flavor of the sauce on the wings was good as was the BBQ sauce on the ribs but the food was not hot any of it, my wife's sides were cold also, her wings were hot but her ribs were also just warm. Hopefully I just caught them on a bad night, I always give someone a second chance hopefully the next time will be better. read more

I have lived here in Austin for about 7 years now and I can honestly say that this is my place for Wings. My families food is always good and hot. I enjoy the atmosphere and the regulars who go their. I usually sit in the bar area and its nice that the bar staff remember you and know what your going to order. Bad experience all around. My boyfriend and I decided to try this place out since we are new to the area. It took 10 minutes to get acknowledged and another 5+ to get our drinks. We were told we could not taste the sauces so we didn't know what to order, which every other wing restaurant allows you to do so. After coming in contact with multiple other employees, we realized the whole place has an unpleasant vibe. No one was very nice. After another table sat down and also waited 20 minutes for a greet and drinks, the server said it was her first day. This is hard to believe considering she was not shadowing anyone and somehow was responsible for 5 tables. Having 7+ years of service industry experience, I believe this is lack of training and poor management if it truly was her first day. Chicken tenders and fries were bland. The entire ordeal took over an hour which should have only taken 25-30 mins. I have huge respect for servers and this industry, having been one myself, but this visit was ridiculous. This place used to be great, but after my last order i am not sure if i will order from them.This was the third time they had problems.This time they were over a hour and half late and when i called i was told that the delivery driver got lost, on his first delivery and just took the rest of the delivery's back to the store.What makes me mad is they knew he brought it back but never tired to fix it in till i had to call to find out where my order was.They had no intentions on call me and letting me know what was going on,but sure didn't mind charging my CC for the order i was never going to get.I have getting food from here for the past 3 yrs at-least once a week,but i don't know if i ever will. read more

I eat here about twice a month. Every time the food has been excellent.

Waited on hold for more than 10 minutes to simply find out whether or not they delivered to my address which is less than a mile away. Hung up, called back, was hung up on. Called again, pretty much same thing. This place is obviously managed by teenagers and/or idiots. Don't waste your time. read more

Used to work near here and noticed that the parking lot was always full. I have wanted to come for awhile and now I wish I had come sooner. It was fun for the whole family and I want to tell you about some up's and down's...First the ups: The food is really good. I had the wings with fries, the sauces were Jerk, hot garlic and lemon pepper. Although the wings are small they are cooked well and the sauces were pretty good. Not as good as Wingz-up but good no the less. My wife had the chicken fried chicken with gravy and fries. Once again, really good. The gravy was peppery and had a good consistency. The kids had the kids meals which all came with ice cream at the end. The ice cream is not good, but what do you expect for 3.99 including the drink, entree and dessert. The service was also nice. I like my wings hot, and the sauces I ordered were good, but not hot. I asked for a side of the super hot sauce, and my server brought me a sample to try...Yet the sample was on a drumette!!! Love their wings & that's why I come back. - Service is always bad. When i actually get a good waitress there (it actually happened on Friday) I tip up a storm and told the manager. For some reason they always walk around confused what table to take food to and they always seem to take a super long time. It's too bad- I just make sure I can go when I'm not in a rush to get back from lunch. Wings taste wonderful. I do miss the old drink they used to offer that was a rootbeer float with baileys irish cream, rootbeer, icecream, whip and chocolate syrup. YUM! their happy hour is worth going to before 7 p.m. and happy hour all day sunday - otherwise I wouldn't pay the normal drink prices. read more

I was very unimpressed. I just moved here and have never tried their wing sauce. I asked to test their medium and hot sauces which the server ended up charging $0.75 each without telling me it was going to cost something. The wings were just OK; the sauce was heavy on the vinegar. I was asked if I wanted Blue Cheese and the server never mentioned that I would be charged a dollar for that also. Finally, all of the wing places I have ever been carrots and celery came with the order, my guest asked for the veggies that come with wings and was served cooked vegetables which was not what she was meaning. The server was pleasant enough and did take the cooked vegetables off the bill. I will continue hunting for a good wing place in Austin. read more

Came for Sunday Lunch. And my daughter wanted wings. I ordered a Chef Salad, probably a huge mistake. Our waiter didn't really know about it and made some comment about people never ordering them. Yikes! I should have run for the hills then. Or at least changed my order. We had a order of boneless wings with garlic parmesan sauce. They were ok, I thought the chicken tasted awfully strong though. My daughter ordered the Chicken tender/wing combo with the Hawaiian BBQ sauce so that she could get a salad and my husband ordered the Tilapia dinner. The Chef salad was a pile of lettuce with two pieces of tomato, two pieces of cucumber and a bunch of sliced up turkey lunch meat. They forgot the bacon. Not particularly attractive and tasted just as boring. The chicken tenders were ok but the wings seemed dry and overcooked, and they shorted her one, the sauce was a hit. The tilapia meal was uninspired but ok. I think we should have ordered hamburgers maybe. I'm not in any hurry to go back though. read more

My husband and I come here twice a week because of the regulars that we know, the awesome bartenders, and staff. We go so often that pretty much all the staff know our kids by name. Lately it seems that we have been getting harassed by the same manager named Matias. Feeling harassed at an establishment makes us not want to spend our money and time there anymore. All we do is go eat have a few drinks and visit with friends. Tonight drew the line. As we were just done paying our bill and almost done finishing our drinks the manager rudely approached us asking if we were waiting for a staff member to finish working and if we were we had to leave. He didn't even give us time to answer him before walking away. At the same time I noticed there was another table of customers sitting at a booth finishing their drinks and meal as well and he never approached them and said a word to them. First off we were not waiting for any server to finish working. Second to approach us rudely asking us to leave is a treatment we have NEVER received at this establishment. At times we have witnessed the ugly treatment he gives some staff members which is very unprofessional. One of the young girls we know very well that quit recently was due to how she got treated by him. The incidents she told us about was shocking and I am glad she did quit. We love the service we get from every single bartender and the other managers at this place. The food and environment keeps us coming back. We don't know what we did to him to get the treatment we get from him but it's to the point we will probably not go back especially if he is working. He does not know how to be a manager like the others that manage or did manage there. read more

We have been going there since it open even know the manager and never had any complaints until my last visit like always we order pickle chips wings kids meals and beer. Well as son as we started eating our food a roach came out of the food so we called the waitress over she apologized and said let me see if the assistant manager can give a discount. We are pretty much regulars here so I can say the confusion behind the bar must go! 1st..there is NO OJ in a margarita! NONE! stick to classic recipes please! 2nd - why cant the tv be turned up when everyone in the place is there for the non-cowboys game!?! Im told only Cowboy games get volume - do only cowboy fans come in? No we like Seattle and the Spurs and lots of folks come in for those games. 3rd - I have been coming here since 2005 and the mens room is still not fixed. This is a big deal especially when people bring their little kids there and they have to potty! 3rd and this too is a big one --If I am sitting at the bar your staff should NOT force their way in and drop a load of dirty dishes from a table in front of me as a shortcut to dish collection. they should go straight to the kitchen with those! YUK!!! All these are LONG STANDING ISSUES that must be addressed! do it for your loyal regulars before we vote with our feet! read more

I just left there and it was a terrible experience, the server took a while to even greet us and the place was empty other than the 2 ladies in the booth across from us and they had already been there ate and we're just conversating, when she did come she didn't seem very knowledgeable about the menu, when the food did come out it came out separately and food was on the wrong plates, not to mention she made it seem as if the Chicken Fried Chicken was a good portion size and brought out some small, flemsy, no bigger than a small chicken thigh piece that you could get from a KFC bucket, literally saw it and completely lost my appetite, and even with the sucky service, before the food came out, I was going to order some wings to go but afteri it came out mixed up and small portioned I just had my wife get hers boxed up, I paid and left the food there didn't even eat it other than a few bites of my salad, poor service as a whole I will never eat hear again nor would I recommend it to anyone else read more

The waiter mumbled when I asked him a question, and we had to go ask him to cash us out because he was too busy flirting with another waitress, and made it seem like a choir that he had to get me a box and basically threw it at me. I arrived around 2 yesterday with my two 9 year old daughters. Told the hostess we wanted to sit at the bar, as we were in a hurry, and they said OK. The bartender asked for our order - 1 kids wings and 1 small wing extra hot garlic. Then she came back and asked us two more times cause she couldn't remember. Next she said we had to leave the bar because kids can't sit at the bar. Texas law is they can with their parents, but they just decided after seating us there that we can't. Wings came in a medium order instead of a small, and we were charged for a medium. When i notified the waitress, she suggested I send the extra wings back to the kitchen where I assume (hope) they were just thrown away. This could have been a good chance to correct for the bad customer experience, but instead of giving me the extra wings, she wanted them sent back to the kitchen. Her mistake and then wasting food to boot. If she can't remember orders, she needs to write the down. She did the same thing to the people next to me -- had to ask three tomes for their order too. read more
