Ordered to-go from Wings Over Fort Worth and I was not disappointed! I got the cheese fries with Cajun seasoning and a 10-piece with half Nashville Hot and half Cajun. Both flavors were solid, but the Cajun stole the show for me. It had just the right kick and flavor that kept me coming back for more. The cheese fries were a great side and paired perfectly with the wings. While waiting, I got to watch some Teen Titans on the TV, which was a fun little bonus that made the wait fly by. It was Wing Wednesday so, I headed over to Wings over Fort Worth. I had previously eaten my proteins for the day so, I ordered some Fries. They gave me a generous amount of Fries and I like the shape of the Fries. I just wish they would have added some Salt and Seasoning. The Ranch Dressing is flavorful but a little runny. It was dripping on the table. Drip. Drip. But, no worries they have a thick roll of Paper Towels on the table. My friend ordered the Boneless Buffalo Wings and shared them with me. She loved them! They were not a fan of the garlic parmesan and thought they were okay. 3/5 However, they loved the honey BBQ wings. 5/5 The most recent visit was last night and I ordered the Buffalo Chicken Sandwich (I wanted to ensure it was delicious like the first time I had it) and their tater tots. First time visiting this restaurant and was just laughing the whole time. The atmosphere was wet and humid, there were dead flies in the table and clumps of dust(?) on the floors it didn't even look like food crumbs. The fried pickels for 5$ was the only saving Grace of this place. The "onion rings" were basically show string onions that you would put on a burger. The photos on the menu for onion rings were the thick golden rings but we got these string thin greasy mess. The wings we did bone out and was ok. The bread to chicken ratio leaned towards the breading but the flavor was ok. Major dock is the humid NO AC. My partner was getting red and sweaty, I was just laughing the whole time. The staff seemed nice but very disconnected from the rest of the building. It took us maybe 30-35 min to get the fried pickles and then another 10-15min for the wings. The ranch bar would've been an awesome idea IF it wasn't surrounded by frequent flies and lukewarm. Personally love cold ranch with hot wings but lukewarm gives an ick factor. The wings were really good , full of flavor . The sauce was on point, and you could tell they put effort into making them taste great. My only small wish is that they had a bit more crunch, but overall the flavor definitely made up for it. The fried pickles were a little too salty for my taste. the mac and cheese bites were decent. The onion rings were the softer rather than super crunchy, but I love onion rings, so it still worked out for me. Overall, I would return if I'm in the area again. Stopped by Wings Over Ft. Worth for a to-go order, and it was my first visit. The service was excellent--they even helped me fix my order when I made a mistake, saving me both time and money. The food was ready very quickly, which was great. We tried three kinds of wings: Texas Heat (wet), Italian (parmesan), and Cajun (wet). All were good, but Texas Heat was definitely our favorite. I'm looking forward to trying some of their dry-rub options next time. Since it was a to-go order, I didn't spend much time there, but the place was clean and looked nice. I was craving some wings the other day so I decided to try Wings Over Fort Worth even though I'm usually a wing stop guy lol. I ordered the 10 piece with Texas heat and Cajun whoo they were hot but good, the wings were a good size too and the fries were kind of just basic. I felt like the wings should've been fried longer for my preference definitely not crispy but overall they were pretty good, I don't like that they don't have combos with wings and fries you have to buy them separately. I have heard about this place for so long and been past it when going to the Sam's Club behind it so we thought we'd finally give it a try! I have to say I am actually impressed with the food. Customer service was top notch where we were greeted with friendly, smiling faces of the staff and it was overall a great place to have some lunch. If you want that little hometown vibe of a restaurant, this is the place to go. Also, the ranch bar - great idea! Ranch, Flamin Ranch, and Smoky Ranch. We love their fries... so we decided to give this one more try since the first time wasn't too good. This time it was the same and it's going to be off our dining list. I think they should cook their wings like 2-3 min less as they come out stiff and hard.. their sauces are really really good but on top of hard wings it's a tough combo.. tried the Mac and cheese bits they were ok... I asked for a kids hot dog meal and it was read back as a wings kids meal I said that's fine we got boneless chicken no sauce.. So on my first visit, I had a double meat burger combo with tots and a root beer.Tasty and juicy burger and hot tots were very good, but they need to use smaller buns. Got ten wings to go. Five honey barbecue and five Texas heat. They were very good and juicy, not overcooked and dry like their larger wings only competitors. There are seven TVS which gives the place a sports bar feel. A great location if you are looking for wings and burgers. The chicken is well seasoned. Lemon Pepper and Cajun are my top choices. Nice assortment of different dipping sauces outside the normal and the cup size is generous. The onion rings are made in house and are at its best eating on the spot. So as far as my food goes I really enjoyed it. If there is 3 foods I can really give you an educated review about it's steak, wings, and pizza! My wings were a pretty nice size! I don't do the super super spicy so I had medium hot. The flavor was very nice and you have a bunch of flavors to choose from. My sides were tater tots and fried corn on the cob. The corn was absolutely delicious! And mine was plain you can add seasoning to it if you desire. I guess it depends on how you like your tots, I like mine to have a little crunch to them but theses did not. For dessert I tried their funnel cake fries. (They had a very nice line up of desserts I might add) these were so good, they were supposed to be a surprise for my wife.....don't think you can eat just 2 or 3 and that's going to be it, just buy your own order and save yourself the trouble. Anyway they are great so you may now be thinking why did I rate them what I did.... Well as far as my tots go I don't really like queso or nacho cheese on my tots (I know eye rolls and groans but hey we all have our things right) anyway I had asked for shredded cheese and they forgot, no big deal I bring it up to tell them and they give me what I asked. When I get in the car and look I guess they called themselves wiping it off and flipping it over and put the shredded cheese on top. That is very distasteful, disrespectful, and it's dishonest. I spent over 30 dollars of food why do that to me? And you're just starting out is that an example you want to set for staff? I was very disappointed by this. Also I had forgot to tell them I like my wings cooked well so I went up and told a worker, she said she'd tell the cooks in the back. I can't be 100% sure but I don't think she told anybody. She definitely didn't go to the back and tell them and right when I was telling her there was an older gentleman who appeared to be having a problem and she was very focused on him and I believe she forgot about me. When I compared my wings to another guys's they were cooked just the same as his. He could've asked for well done wings as I did, I didn't ask him but I doubt it. But once again I can't say without a shadow of doubt but if I had to get my money on it it seemed she just didn't do it. So from that experience that's why I had to taste it the way that I did but I did enjoy the food, just wish they wouldn't have made the decision they did with my tots. read more
