Within 4 days this location said they changed their policy for call ahead orders!! I mean literally I called on a Friday placed an ahead of pick up order by two hours. No oroblem, food was hot n ready.. called on Monday 1 1/2 hours before pick up and was told, new policy. Asked for manager, and manager refused to take my call. Sounds like it was a shift change and nor policy change. Very upsetting, as we have been ordering ahead of time for over 6 months without any issues. The wings are great especially with the key west sauce. The reason for three star is the frustration of placing my order, card info and all and later getting a call saying I'm out of delivery zone. My boyfriends gets the key west wings, which he says are to die. They have white vinegar which makes my awesome start to the place because I put that on my curly fries. I used to go here a lot, when I lived closer. I was in the area and hungry. I went in and was immediately greeted with an authentic smile, told to sit wherever I wanted. As I sat down, the server got my drink order and handed me a menu. I placed my order when she brought my iced tea. My order came out in under 10 min, cooked perfectly and with the appropriate sides.
