Service was great Mary was very sweet and knowledgeable. Food was good, but what ruined it was what I saw in the kitchen. The kitchen is in view of the dining room. One of the cooks in the kitchen had a medium beard. No beard net. The servers wait very close in the kitchen area for their food and there was about 6 servers at one point, 2 of them with half pony tails so half their hair was up and half down some with very full curly hair not secured, near the food stations where the cooks make the food, They were all , cooks included, speaking laughing OVER the food the cook was preparing for all of us to eat. Don't think we will return. Like I said food was OK. PS. My husband's coffee cup had lipstick lips on the rim and he drank from it before he saw it. Mary took it away very fast and changed the cup.

Restaurant was so cute, food was delicious- I tried multiple dishes and they were all good. The not pictured rolls on the appetizer menu were DELICIOUS, warm, and soft! Would go again. Sad they are closing.

Came here for a quick brunch and sat inside at the bar. The staff are all very friendly and super attentive. I ordered a glass of champagne and split the greens and grain bowl with a friend. It is the perfect portion for two and perfectly prepared. Ask for the house habanero hot sauce! Best $20 I've spent in a long time.

Foxy Browns clearly understands one of the most sacred contracts in dining: the reservation. Sunday brunch here comes with a visible 20 to 30 minute wait for walk-ins, yet our reservation was treated like a VIP pass. We were seated immediately, no side eye, no "just a few more minutes," just straight to the table. Bonus points for actually holding tables for people who planned ahead. That alone deserves applause. Now let's talk about the food, because wow. We started with what can only be described as dessert pretending to be an appetizer: the banana bread french toast grilled cheese. Yes, all of those words belong together. It is sweet, decadent, and unapologetically indulgent. Chocolate, Nutella, caramel, dripping everywhere like it has no concern for your self control. Magnificent is the correct word. Dangerous is another. For mains, my wife ordered the hanger steak with an egg, hollandaise, and chimichurri. On paper, this sounds like a culinary committee meeting that went on too long. In reality, it works shockingly well. So well, in fact, that hours later she is still talking about it like it was a life event. I went with the chicken sandwich with bacon and slaw, paired with the potato pancakes. The chicken was cooked perfectly, juicy and flavorful, and blended beautifully with the bacon, because bacon improves everything it touches. And those potato pancakes deserve their own zip code. Crispy, rich, and unforgettable. I would order them again even if they were served on their own plate with no explanation. The atmosphere, the food, and the way they handle reservations all earn a solid five stars without hesitation. Now, the drinks. The Bloody Mary tried its best, but the sauce and spices sank to the bottom and left the drink a little flat overall. Not bad, just not living its fullest Bloody Mary life. A little more attention there and it would be right on par with the kitchen. Even with that small hiccup, this is still a five star experience. Foxy Browns nails brunch, respects reservations, and delivers food that sticks with you long after the table is cleared. Just give the drinks a little pep talk and this place is unstoppable.

I haven't been here since they changed locations from their bar Boulevard one so in years! The space is really huge and the service is super kind and pretty quick. I thought the food was good and pretty fairly priced for the area.

This was my first time here. My wife, sister and I sat outside... a perfect morning. On weekends the do brunch starting at 9:30. The brunch menu is amazing... and everything we had was delicious. At the table we had a biscuit with Taso gravy-- what a treat-- that we shared! Or main courses there was a "sunrise arepa"... with ground chorizo, salmon Benedict over potato cakes, and Florentine Benedict with home made Canadian style bacon... all perfectly prepared! The service was on point too... friendly and attentive. Coffee and water were refreshed without delay. Also, you can bring dogs to the outdoor seating! We'll be back with ours soon!

We came to Foxy Brown for dinner before our concert at the Parker Playhouse not just because they give you a discount if you show your tickets but for the food. It's a gastropub with a comfortable neighborhood feel. The onion soup is delicious and the maple chili bacon wings are amazing (sauce on the side due to dietary restrictions). The patty melt is classic and the Caesar salad is grilled adding a little something extra to the taste. I topped it with a perfectly cooked piece of salmon. All of the portions are very generous. The staff is friendly and helpful.

Went here for brunch with friends. The spot is super cute, the service was good, and pricing is pretty standard for the area. Overall, it was... good, not amazing. The menu is very small, and the options are definitely "out of the ordinary." It's not your typical brunch lineup. The dishes are more elaborate and specific, so you'd really have to be in the mood for exactly what they're offering, if that makes sense. If you're craving classic pancakes, eggs Benedict, or a traditional brunch spread, this may not be the place. In my opinion, pricing leans a bit on the higher side for what's served -- though you are paying for the location and ambiance as well. That said, the croissant sandwich and berry mocktail were both really good! (I forgot to snap a photo before digging in). While we were there, we heard amazing things about their dinner menu, so I'd definitely be open to giving it another try in the evening.

Im late to the party... i've always heard great things about Foxy Brown and just tried it! Menu did not disappoint, love when it's hard to decide what dish to pick... we tried the green fries- loved the spicy aioli sauce.. i don't think i've ever enjoyed green beans this much. Ever. My friend had the Arepa, it was a huge portion, could feed 3 people. Very flavorful, and filling. I would order that next time. I went for the short rib benny, topped with chimichirri sauce, really good- but would not order again. The interior of the restaurant is really nice, bar is beautiful, would love to visit again!

My son used to live in the neighborhood of this restaurant and his regular order is the cockleddodledoo sub Brussel sprouts for French fries and it is amazing. Also the ahi al snack is crazy good plus don't miss the deviled eggs. This restaurant also offers free parking in the garage deck!

We checked out this restaurant Saturday after axe throwing. This restaurant was pretty packed even at 5:45 PM! While it was pretty loud, it was still comfortable inside and I could hear my own conversation with my group. The service was pretty good as well. We enjoyed our food. I would say this is definitely more comfort food. The portion sizes are big. The only con was the food took about an hour to come out, which was surprising.

Highly recommend making reservations there. The service was pretty good and attentive. The decor felt a little retro with small modern touches here and there. When it comes to the brunch side of the house, I really enjoyed the doughnut holes with rotating cereal milk which was shareable as it came with several. The strawberry and cream waffle was pretty decent. The Sunrise Arepa was delicious, the dough was so tasty with pieces of corn throughout alongside crumbled chorizo on top spread evenly with an egg on top cooked to the way you would like! Overall a pretty good vibe with outdoor and indoor seating.

The reviews were positive and the photos online looked great, plus I love a good sandwich at lunch time. We ordered the Chicken Parm Pesto Sandwich and the Chicken Cesar Salad Wrap. The Chicken Parm Pesto Sandwich was delish! The bread was soft and fresh. There was ample chicken and it was already cut up to make it easier to eat. The mix of red sauce and pesto was a perfect combo! It was a flavor bomb! There were also huge chunks of fresh mozzarella mixed in. It could have had just a bit more arugula, but this was not enough of a note to really impact the experience. The Chicken Sesar Salad Wrap was huge! All of the flavors were great, but it was very heavy on the kale. The menu said it was supposed to be a mix of romaine and kale, but it felt like all kale. I'm guessing the current lettuce issue was the reason behind that. This is a small sandwich shop but the service was awesome and the interior is really cute. The walls are covered with sweet pictures of customers enjoying their food. I will definitely come back and try more options. They have a display of cookies that looked amazing! We appreciated that both sandwiches were pressed, which made it easier to enjoy all of the flavors in every bite. The service was quick, with our food coming out in less than 10 minutes, and everyone was friendly. The inside was a little small, but that wasn't surprising for a lunch spot. They also had additional covered seating outside, which was a nice option. Overall, we had a great experience. We'll definitely be back, and it absolutely lives up to the hype.
