Service is absolutely terrible!!!! Not only did it take 2 hours to get my food which started as a delivery, that I then had to go pick up. The employees were completely ill-mannered. They threatened to call the police after I demanded my food that had already taken 2 hours. They refused to refund my delivery charge, and each and every worker wanted to argue on why they didn't have to deliver my food in a timely manner. DON'T EAT THIS!!!!! First off I got my food almost two hours after I ordered., and the customer service was terrible. This is very disappointing and my food was unpleasantly cold, the veggie chicken nuggets (faux chicken) was extremely dry and the sauce is yucky.(honey garlic, which doesn't taste like honey or garlic, it was spicy.) Don't even get me started on the tater tots (how do you mess up tater tots?) Also there is a strange aftertaste, and I'm pretty sure it might be the oil they use. My food tasted like it was stale and hours old. Don't waste your time or money the quality is poor and lacks flavor. Stopped in with my kids for a meal. This is really a carry out location with a few tables so you can eat in if you want. Ordered wings with Caribbean jerk sauce and a side of blue cheese. Chicken was fine, sauce was weak, blue cheese was a big let down. Price was ok...not a bargain, but not terrible. Add the fact that the place carries Pepsi products instead of the universally agreed superior Coke products and this place goes on the Do Not Return list. A wings joint with weak watery blue cheese? The wings are pretty good, but what makes the taste is their sauces. I love the honey garlic and for the price you can't beat it. 60 cent wings are a big reason why I like this place it's good food for a manageable amount of money. I will definitely be back again soon. read more

I order wings X very rarely because of how long it takes for them to get orders out. Tonight I placed a very small order of 5 boneless wings. They told me the order would be out in 45 minutes at 12:19. It is now 1:44 and I am still waiting. I tried to call them for an update but they close at 1:30. This is simply shady business, assuring a 45 minute wait and not offering any updates. I have been waiting an absolutely unacceptable amount of time for 5 wings! read more

Let me first address the possible fallacies in the other reviews that have lambasted this establishment: "Closed before their posted closing time." Business is dynamic. Where did you see this "posted closing time"? The door of the store, or some poorly maintained aggregation website? Not a good reason to rate a restaurant a 2/5. "like those tasteless Tyson breaded chicken blobs[...]slightly warmed and then doused in sauce." Did you order delivery on a busy night? Boneless chicken wings aren't going to stay fresh and crispy for very long if they're doused in sauce. I think you're asking a little too much. As for the pizza sticks, you can't really expect anything not made-from-scratch in the store to be GREAT, but whatever..."for the money," Five Guys is a totally different story...also whatever. The wide variety of wing sauces, and items on the menu in general, combined with their late weekend hours makes Wings Xtreme a cool joint for me. Sure, the food isn't as great as that from places like Buffa Louies, but it's certainly great for what it's supposed to be. /rant read more

Weirdest and most unfortunate experience I have ever had. I called Wings Xtreme to place an order, was placed on hold (no big deal), and then disconnected. I called back and got disconnected, which is when I decided to go in and place a take out order. Once I go in, the red headed guy at the counter asks what he can help me with, I tell him that I tried calling, but kept getting disconnected and wanted to place a take out order. He then says to me "Yeah, we didn't answer your call because you cussed out one of our drivers the other night." I was really caught off guard by his comment, I just froze for a second trying to comprehend what the employee just said to me. Furthermore, the last time I ordered Wings Xtreme was over a year ago, nor have I ever "cussed out" one of their delivery drivers, which is exactly what I told the employee. He replies with "Alright, whatever, what do you need?" At this point, I gave up and told him to not worry about it anymore, in which he replied with "good" in a very rude tone once again. I have NEVER felt so disrespected by an employee, nor have I ever been accused by a random employee for something that I literally had no clue about, or ever did in the first place. I HIGHLY discourage ANYONE from patronizing this business. I had the worst customer service experience I've EVER had. I ordered food, they promised me a 35 minute delivery time and then, over an HOUR later they called to tell me that there had been a computer error and they had not even STARTED my order. They offered me nothing in return, saying they hadn't expected this would "be a big deal." And, at this point it had become so late that there was no where else to order food. Ordered a grilled chicken burger/sandwich. The chicken was extremely chewy and felt undercooked.

I ordered over $20 worth of wings and was told that it would take approximately 45 minutes to arrive. after an hour and a had passed I placed a call to see what the status of my order was. I was told that it was on it's way. Another hour and half passed with no delivery. I attempted to call back to cancel the order and was hung up on once I told them that I wanted to cancel the order and get my money back. I had to resort to calling the police to ensure that my money would be refunded. So, in short I waited 3 hours got no wings and had to call the police in order to get my money back. read more

Terrible service from this restaurant. Ordered from them, and was told my order would arrive 45 minutes from that point. ONE HOUR later, they called me back, saying that their computer system was down, and they weren't able to process my credit card. I later found out that their computer system had been out for the entirety of my order, but they had waited until just then to call me and tell me that nothing had been processed. All I was offered in return for my trouble was a free appetizer coupon (worth about $5) which was just a fraction of my order total. Now when I am trying to contact them again, no one will answer the phone. HIGHLY disappointed with this service, and do no plan on ordering from this business again. read more

Have been ordering here for years with no problems and good, late night wings. Had my first issue and had it resolved fairly easily, although it did take quite a while ( was on hold for 10+ minutes). Will continue to order from here, especially considering the fair way that I was treated when my order was wrong. read more

This is my favorite place to get wings. Their medium buffalo sauce has an excellent flavor as well as the garlic Parmesan. I've never had anything I didn't like from WingsX. I order it all the time and have never had any problems with the delivery. It usually arrives pretty quickly. read more

I did not ask for boneless as I thought that if I didn't specify that I would get traditional. The wings were scolding hot as they were microwaved, hard as rocks as the batter was as thick as the meat and pre-frozen. The sauce was tasteless, oily and watery. By far the worst tasting boneless wings I've ever had. I would never recommend anyone eat there. When I returned them his defense was that they were two hours old and I asked if their food is not edible after two hours. He would not refund my money. Rude cheap and expensive. read more

The wings are good my order took almost 3 hours to get to me once. After two hours of waiting I called and asked to cancel the order because I was leaving the house to meet family for a game night. I politely explained that I'm very sorry and took the blame, but I didn't think it would take two hours and I simply have other plans and won't be home by the time they come. The person on the phone told me that I cannot cancel the order and that my food is on the way, which is when I told them again...I wont be home...I have been waiting 2 hours and have other plans. Then the employee HUNG UP ON ME. I got a call 5 minutes later from a delivery driver telling me the wings are on the way...I told him I'm sorry and I told him exactly what I told the other person. He called told me he is still coming to my house to deliver the wings anyway. 40 minutes later I got a call saying he is outside my house.
