I went to this Wingstop at 7:55 pm. I placed an eat-in order for some boneless wings and fries. I waited and waited. I saw many people (especially take out orders) getting their food. A couple walked out because their food was taking too long. While waiting, I went to the bathroom and the men's bathroom was down so the bathroom was for men and women. Due to this, the bathroom was gross and didn't have soap. Eventually, 8:30 hit and no signs of our food being ready. We saw probably 20 orders get served before our own. The workers in the back were moving slow and doing things inefficiently. We stood by the window to watch and see. A lady at about 8:35 said "what's the name for the order". She said 4 more minutes because they were waiting for the boneless wings in a not-so-nice way. 4 minutes go by, 4 more minutes, etc until, finally, at 8:50 we get our food. Almost an hour wait for not-so-great food and a fast food restaurant. Overall, impolite and slow workers, mediocre food, and extremely slow service. Would not recommend this wing stop location. read more

The fries have a sweetness and salty flavor.. Tenders and fries were hot. I order my tenders with garlic Parmesan and I have to say I couldn't find any garlic just a light sprinkle of Parmesan powder cheese .. please make note the beverage center of the restaurant was horrific the soda machine was covered with blackness from dirty hands touching it . The machine it's self didn't look as if anyone had ever cleaned it.. a wet cleaning cloth would do wonders for it. will not revisit restaurant in Springfield Township, Ohio 44312.. the personnel looked frumpy in dress and hygiene obviously lacked interest.. and I must say they appeared all to be older adults.. read more

Food is really good. Mango habanero wings are the best! This location is better than the Cuyahoga Falls location by far! Fries aren't soggy like they are in Cuyahoga Falls! Highly recommend this location! Didn't get more pics because my kids devoured the wings and fries! read more

The wings were entirely too big and not cooked all the way through. The customer service was okay. I did not get a mixture of flats and drumstick. I had all drumbsricks. I did not get an option to send notes regarding my order. We did not get any napkins. The store did not have any napkins on the counter either. I went in to pick up my order, was handed my bag and left. There was a second bag that they didn't give me and when I called about it, the girl was EXTREMELY rude! While the food ordered was fine if not hastily shoved into a single bag while crushing most fries and breaking some styrafoam boxes we were missing 1/4 of our wings ordered. When I called I was reassured that they would be ready to pickup and I was on the way there just to be told we would be waiting another 30 minutes until it would be ready. Demonstrating no ability to want to fix their own mistakes and show decent customer service. So make sure to open every container there to make sure you got everything you payed for. read more

We had been so happy with your service and food but the last 2 times service has been horrible both times staff was rude and had no idea what they were doing we definitely understand about the Covid and employees not showing up to work we are very patient and kind but rudeness is unacceptable. I have always loved wingstops food. My boyfriend and I went to this location which we had never been before. We were planing to go bowling after as a fun date night. It was not great customer service at all. We walked in at about 9:30 pm and ordered for dine in. We went to sit down and we were the only ones in the dining area by the way. I saw other people coming in to pick up their take out and some worker came out to mop the floor. I was very confused since no one else was waiting for their food and we were but they weren't supposed to close until midnight. We were probably sitting there for about 25- 30 min until I went up and asked if they started our order. One guy told me he was eating in the back and came up front and didn't even see the our order started. He said he just put it down. We probably waited for another 15 min after that and or order finally came out. He gave us two free brownies and said sorry about the wait. Then about 10 min into us eating, they stared to turn out the lights to the dining room. We both looked at the guy who gave us our food and was also mopping, he said they turn out the lights because they don't want the people from the pub next door to come over to eat....even though they don't close until midnight. It was probably close to 10:30. We were so frustrated because we had been waiting for a long time for our food being the only ones in the restaurant AND the when we got our food they basically rushed us out.
