Tried to order online but the website wasn't working which is fine. Called to order but couldn't hear each other because the music was so loud and the people in the back were too loud. Ordered inside and no one had any manners, never a thank you or you're welcome or anything you say when working in customer service. Got to the truck, checked the order and it was partially wrong. Went back in and received no sorry or apologies just a shi**y attitude and rude face as if it's our problem. The girl at the register was the only one who could smile and be nicer than the rest but still not up to regular customer service standards. She said to us "it was supposed to be boneless" agreeing with us. We had ordered boneless and classic options. I asked for a side of hot sauce and the more rude woman said she couldn't give me anything but atomic so I said okay and she did. Food was good but bf wouldn't eat the veggies because they were soggy at the bottom of the bag. My order on 12/03/2021 was the last straw for me . I placed an order through the app and everything we smooth . I received my order number and time of arrival. My order stated it would be delivered at 4:16 but at 4:30 my order was canceled . I was understanding, maybe something happed . But my money was not refunded and I was wondering why . The restaurant would not answer my call so I called to corporate office which was still open at the time and they stated multiple people are calling in about this restaurant canceling orders . I waited until Monday to call back and no one answered again . I called yesterday just for the to tell me only a district manager can issue refunds we can send it over to her to look at . Grew up around the area and watched this wing stop go down hill. Employees all had headphones on, including the Woman taking my order. Tried to order two drinks for my kids and was told the drink machine was down, I was still charged for my drink for my combo, so I ordered two waters for my kids, waters were Luke warm at best. I don't usually rate fast food restaurants, but I've never tried Wingstop and have passed it many times. Besides, they were open, and I was hungry. Not bad at all. I liked the boneless wings and the idea that you can get two different sauces. I'm a fire eater, so I ordered their hottest, but they were not really hot enough for me., but tasty. I'm just girl in a restaurant...waiting for someone to acknowledge my presence. The cashier was on the phone when I walked in. I assumed she was taking a phone order. No problem. After waiting over 5 minutes for eye contact from the 4 employees in the building (3 in the kitchen, 1 cashier), I gave up and went somewhere else.
