BEWARE!! I've been going to this place for a​ while. The food is great but customer service is crap! They are extremely ghetto. The manager Angel has the most disgusting attitude! If something is wrong with your order she gets nasty with you instead of kindly making it right. I got lemon peppered wings instead of honey and chicken fried rice instead of house fried when I paid for house fried. The new young employee who made sure she told me shes 18 and will show me said "shut up and leave you got what you asked for it's your fault the order is wrong not ours"! When I said I only come for the food please fix my order I don't understand the problem. She got so excited acted as if she was going to jumped the counter and hit me. This is all because they made my order wrong... At this point I had no food or refund! I asked for management higher up, all the employees all of a sudden were managers. I felt attacked at this point. I've seen the GM come before closing time so I sat and waited until closing time. When the GM came he was worse! He told me he don't believe me that I was threatened, his employees are perfect and that I should find somewhere else to go if I don't like it. He refused to look at camera's even upon my suggestions. He kept telling me none of that happened. I was baffled. I said sir you weren't even here and won't check cameras to view issues and talk to your employees. A customer shouldn't be attached because their order was made wrong. I told him sorry I waited next time I'll just call the cops next time they hold my food hostage no refund. Eventually I left with dry naked wings but they fixed my rice. If I ever go back it's because I have a large family and we eat for cheaper prices there but I will not tolerate that treatment ever again. Oh yea they need to upgrade that, run down dining area with 3 tables only full of trash and mud. Eewww. Definitely needs code compliance!! read more

When I first saw the sign I though it we American Deli from Atlanta which I love. It's basically a knockoff with the exact same menu and food preparation down to the lemon pepper flakes on all the wings and Philly, wing combos. It definitely doesn't look like much from the outside, and they definitely have an odd assortment of food items on the menu (Chinese and American food), but anytime I am craving slightly salty and delicious fried rice, this is my go-to spot. There is just something about their fried rice that is above any other take-out Chinese food. Their buffalo wings are pretty good too. My and my partner's wings were overcooked to the point that we could not eat them. They were hard and the meat was dry, it also had no seasoning. The rice was very good and fresh as well as the fries. The chicken Philly was decent but nothing set it apart, I've had a better Philly at Jersey Mike's. For my first time there it was not a bad experience. The Philly was actually really delicious. I was presently surprised. It is actually close to a philly from back home. My hot lemon pepper wings were also pretty good. My only problem is that I called in my order and they told me 15 minutes. I get there only to have to place my order all over again after I told them I placed an order. They then called me and told me that my order was waiting for me. *rolls eyes* How they missed that they made the exact same two orders is beyond my understanding. I also asked for just flats both times and didn't get it. The food was good (minus the fries that were "freshly made" but cold when I got home in 5 minutes lol) but the service was actually pretty terrible so prepare yourself for that part. read more
