This is the first time I've been so upset that I've actually left a review for a place. I ordered two medium combos with come with wings, fries and a drink. We were told 20 minutes. After 30 minutes, with multiple other people coming in after us and receiving their food before us, we asked the guy in the front how much longer we'd have to wait. He said they're waiting in the fries and it'll be less than 5 minutes. We ask again after 10 minutes and get told the same thing they're waiting for the fries. Finally 5 minutes after our food is finally ready. Keeping in mind that people had ordered 20 minutes after us and gotten their food already. The fries we got were soggy and not even cooked. So we waited 45 minutes for soggy, gross fries. Worst service ever. read more

We are definitely happy to see a Wingstop this close to home. Seeing the reviews shows what is wrong with Yelp. Poor guys don't even get a chance to iron out the kinks for a brand new opening. Onto the details. The food was good. The fries are salty which my wife loves and the wings were crispy and coated in sauce. My main gripe with wings are typically that they don't put enough sauce or they just seem to drip it on the wing. The wings were coated so I was happy. We had to wait a while as there were several to go orders and a large party in the place that hadn't received their food yet. Typically I'd be a little agitated but given the size of the place, only having a few fryers, I was expecting it so it wasn't a complete agitation to me. If it's busy expect to wait a little over twenty minutes for your food. I think my wife and I have decided we would just pre-order on their app to avoid the wait time going forward. The service was good. The cashier was not overly friendly but was also not rude... just very direct and you could tell she was trying to move people along as quick as she could (she was also taking the phone orders as well... all tables were full, party of eight, and I think I counted around seven phone in orders which she was handling all of it). One thing I did notice as we began eating our food the same cashier, Jasesia, had a much better mood once the phone orders and line calmed down. Once she wasn't so busy she was greeting customers as they entered, thanking customers as they walked out, and was very pleasant. She also stopped by and asked us if she could clear our trays that we had finished. The biggest thing I noticed was that she also didn't just sit still and made sure to keep busy. When there was no line she was working stocking cups, wiping down tables, and delivering orders. I'm sure she'll figure out how to handle the busy times once she's been there a bit longer but being someone who has managed hundreds of employees you don't typically see younger employees trying to stay busy (typically they try to avoid work). I noticed a negative review about her so did want to at least give my perspective given I'm someone who has managed people for over ten years and she is putting forth the effort to do a good job. Lastly, the place is very small. I think I counted a total of ten tables but it's been a few days since we were there. Surely the smallest Wingstop I've been in. I'm honestly surprised they chose such a small venue. You're probably best phoning in the order or just going before it's busy. Tables are pretty close to one another so don't plan on having a private conversation. Too bad they couldn't buy out the Bank of America ATM location and at least create a little more space. Not really a huge deal but probably hard to get a seat during dinner when it's wing day. Glad to have Wingstop in town! read more

When they first opened I went almost once a week, but the last two times they've messed up on my order or taking my order and by the time I get home I'm too tired to go back. I love this place and the food, but to pay what you pay and have my order messed up it makes me not want to come back as much. read more

They are new and still working out some kinks. Check your order before leave and I would call your order in if you tend to order ahead of time. I ordered online and arrived to pick it up and paper signs were taped up saying they ran out of the wings. Even though I ordered online I waited 15 minutes for my order. Hopefully, things will get better as they become more seasoned. read more

We went there for the firs time last week and got half boneless Mild and half bone in Barbecue 2 person meal. The service was great, but the meal was disappointing. Both wings were very overcooked nd dry, and the Mild boneless wings had no sauce on them. The fries were great though. read more

I came in a few days ago for dinner and I know this location is usually busy so I was understanding of the wait time, the cashier at the front was very polite to me and everyone seemed to be struggling to get the orders out except for one bigger woman sitting in the back on her break. I get everyone needs a break but I waited 40 minutes for my food and she was on her phone for most of it, when she came in the kitchen she wasent helping the employees at all while they were struggling, she seemed to be a manager since she was wearing a different uniform which was upsetting as a manager myself because she was clearly not a good one, the food was not high quality like usual and I'd like to see better management on my future visits. I love Wingstop but this location is absolutely horrible. Worst wings I have EVER eaten. Wife got spicy Korean and there was hardly any sauce. I ordered the lemon pepper. SOAKING in grease with NO seasoning. I sprinkled my own lemon pepper on them at home. When I placed my order on the phone the young kid who answered mumbled so bad I had no idea what he was saying. When I got there he sounded just like on the phone. Poor staff. Literally have nothing positive to say about this location. Spend the time to drive to a different wingstop. read more

We stopped in and got our food to go, we were greeted right away and it took about 20 min to get our order. Fries were tasty but the bone in wings were a little on the small side. They're working out the kinks. With any new location you're pretty much guaranteed a mix up. Tried them when they first opened up, and got my order wrong twice, but the last two times I've come in everything has been correct and on time. I watched a rude customer interact with young lady on register, as he got upset by the pricing and was taking it out on her, and she handled it gracefully. Kudos to her! Kudos to this location for starting to get into the groove of things. Love having this location so close to home. Definitely give them another shot if you had a bad experience coming in with their initial open. read more

They reached out to me to find out what the problem was and committed to correcting my bad experience. Today I picked up my recorder and it was perfect. One of the cashiers has worst customer service. I order online go pick up my order. So I pay for it then take a seat. There I was sitting for about 15 min when I realize people that got there after me already got their food I decide to ask the cashier if she can check the bags that had been sitting in the waiting to be picked up section and sure enough it was there. I mentioned to her I had been sitting there for a long time and after I had paid the bigger white cashier didn't even think to check for my food and give it to me. She was just eating back and forth and would see a line of customers but continues to walk to the back. And my food was just sitting there. Sure they remade my fries but they make it seem like it's an inconvenience to them to re do my wings so there I go home to eat some cold wings. No discount offered, nothing. TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE! I don't know what the ladies name was that was taking the orders (wasn't wearing a name tag), but she needs to learn how to work in customer service. Picture going to your favorite wing place and the one thing you couldn't imagine happening, happens. Well I did as usual placed an online order for a 10 classic combo drums only 5 lemon pepper and 5 Parmesan with extra seasoning on the fries and one additional fry. As I come in to obtain my order I pay for that exactly what I ordered. When arriving home I noticed my order was completely wrong to start I received 8 wings not 10 on top only one out of the two fries I ordered and even the flavors were wrong, bbq? My next approach to call the store for the issue, speaking with who I assume was the team lead or assistant manager on site. I was advised to come back with the wrong order which is not normal when it has already been handed over to the customer (myself). After a few moments they agreed to remake the order, I arrive back 18 minutes later with the wrong order and am rudely spoken to by the front lady at the counter who was the one to give me the wrong order overall. After the team lead/ assistant manager came to greet me with a free drink and re making the order. Now I'm stuck sitting here waiting for the replacement when on the phone that same assistant manager/ team lead had advised to wait 18 minutes before returning for the correct order. As I waited I counted exactly 25minutes before I received my correct order. With that being said, the cashier Ciera, advised that I would be unable to call the corporate office, what great help. I ended up finding the number on the receipt. Long story short I received my correct order, but will advise not coming to this location. I am a very big fan of Wingstop and never have I experienced this type of service or mess up. Yes mistakes happen, but when you poorly acknowledge that it doesn't look good on yourself or the establishment you represent. read more

I'm so disappointed in Wingstop ! I ordered on the app and was advised my order would be ready in 20 mins. ( needs to be updated to real time ) I gave extra time since it was Saturday early evening and since I was a fan before this order , I believed it might have been a little busy. The app advised me order was ready however I got there and there was a ton of people waiting outside and very upset their orders weren't ready either. The two cashiers were also taking orders , phone orders, and walking orders outside. There were a ton of flies in the restaurant and they had open containers of fries pre filled just sitting full of flies. I asked if they could give me veggies and another side that wasn't full of flies and I was ignored !! 45 mins later I asked for a refund and was advised I would have to speak with management!!! I was so upset then one of the line cooks hands me my bag and Sara absolutely nothing when I asked if they honored my request for a different side since there were flies all over those fries. I spend lots of money with wingstop and even if I only spent 30$ this order , I deserve to be treated better. Wings weren't cooked properly , no rub on my Louisiana rub or my lemon pepper probably due to rush and needless to say , there were only fries in my bag, no veggies or sides. I can't believe management hasn't stepped in for some much needed coaching due to the horrible customer service. There should not be customers waiting to order while both cashiers are taking phone orders and 20+ people are waiting for food. Very very disappointed and I have been a very loyal customer.
