What a terrible experience. The place is WAY too small especially when the wait is 40 minutes to get your food. It is so small that the outside row of tables tables are blocked by the inside row and the people sitting in the inside row have to stand up to let the outside row people in and out for drinks or to get to and from their tables. When my food arrived my drinks were not delivered so I called the restaurant and was placed on hold for 5 minutes and then picked and disconnected. So I immediately called back was placed on hold another 10 minutes, I decided to drive there to let them know my experience and as I pulled into parking lot (15 mins on hold) I was hung up on again! This place has terrible customer service. I ordered online and it said around 60 minute wait time which I understood. But I show up and then they told me they were a little behind which is okay. So they told me another 40 minutes which was fine so I paid for my order only because my sister was having a craving. When I asked for an update on my order the worker asked for the name and supposedly went to go check and never came back to give me an update. They had run out of wings and didn't let any of the people waiting know until they got more brought in. They they said it would only be 15 minutes more for my order, should have know they were lying. In total I ended up waiting 3.5 hours for my chicken wings when the original wait time only said between 55-63 minutes. For a busy location, with a good amount of employees, the service is terrible. Whoever owns this location should really check in on how it's being run. The hostess is soft spoken and leaves the register often, even when she notices that a line has built up. The phone was ringing quite often, none of the employees were answering. There are a lot of orders that get finished and sit on the rack waiting to be picked up, with a lobby filled with people walking up to the hostess to ask for their food, costumers often just grab the bags when they see their names on them. On top of the service, the floors are sticky and the restaurant license displayed is expired. While in attendance waiting for our food, we noticed two woman working the registers intermittently, and at least 6-7 employees making the food. I'd like to say that this review isn't so much about the food but the customer service. I lOVE Wingstop wings so my visit today was a little shocking. This was my first time at this location (the inside is nice and has more room than most). I guess my problem was with the girl working the cash register. When she took our order she had a straight face and attitude. Our food took a while to come out and I could see staff on their phones. Finally when she brought our food out she PICKED HER NOSE really quick right in front of us when she put out food on the table! (DISGUSTING!)
