This was last week but I've been meaning to write a review because the cashier that helped was such a great individual I orderd my food it wasn't ready but the Cashier Brian M made sure that as soon as it showed up he would bring it to my car which I appreciate very much and the order was 10 minutes late but the place was packed so I understand hopefully my next visit I get to meet the nice man again the wings where great but the service was better read more

I love Wing Stop and I understand this location is new but that's not an excuse for poor customer service. I've witnessed 2 incidents at this location. But the most recent one was the final straw. The incident involved an African American woman who was not acknowledged when she approached the counter. The man who entered after her was immediately acknowledged so she spoke up for herself. The employee should've apologized and helped her. Instead she continued to help the man, who later began to aggressively verbally assault the African American woman. Finally the manager asked the woman to leave, I don't even think she got her food. VERY DISAPPOINTED read more

The garbages were overflowing, no ice in the soda machine. Music was so loud in the restaurant that the person taking the orders couldn't hear me and I couldn't hear her. Fail. read more

I have three teen boys who love Wingstop. I usually try to order online ahead of time as they get very busy and I find it much easier. Today I didn't have a chance to do that so I went in to order. They were super busy but were friendly and helpful with me playing my order. The food was awesome as usual. read more

Placed an order thru online and the pickup was at 5:15PM. Did not receive the order in time. I am writing this review while still waiting for my order and it's been more than an hour of their promised time. The funny part was they are not sure when it will be ready. I ordered and payed online , arrived there after 30 mins, wait for 10mins for a server comes to me , he even didn't check my phone for order number or name , he back to kitchen stands there for 3 minutes looking around for something then back to me and told me I need to wait 15 more minutes! I normally love this place. But today has been my worst experience there I ordered food for deliver over 2 hours ago, I live 13 min away. I couldn't even get an update for the first hour and it's been 'at the store for over an hour now' when I called to talk to some one to ask about an update (before I was able to check it) and the lady answered asked what I needed then told me to hold and it would be a long time, when I asked why I just am curious a rough estimate beings online wasn't telling me. She put me on hold. I will edit to add how the food is if and when it ever gets here. I'm hoping it won't be cold but likely will be and I will have to take a star away. If I could give it 0 stars I would. Food was terrible. So sorry to give such a bad review but the food quality for the price is a complete rip off. My husband just ordered dinner from this location, literally everything tasted bland, zero flavor. Even the fries. Hopefully they can improve their quality, but I don't think I will be trying their food again. read more

Worst Wingstop ever. Ordered a pick-up online via their website and it took them literally an hour to finish my order. After telling them that its been an hour and i still haven't received my order they said my name wasn't on the receipt and that is why it took them an hour. Pure incompetence! My first time at a Wing Stop a couple months ago. The cashier was really nice & explained to me how the menu works. The man who prepared my order in the back was nice too. I didn't have to wait long. This was about 8:30pm. I really liked the garlic parmesan chicken, and I bought two sauces to try, the Hawaiian and the lemon pepper, but I really, really liked the lemon pepper sauce on the garlic parmesan chicken. I'll come back again . The size of the wings and drumettes were decent. I'm not sure why the low ratings I see from other reviewers. I had a good first experience. read more

After being taken under new management by Angel this wingstop has greatly improved! I've already eaten at this Beaverton location multiple times this week and each time the wings are perfectly seasoned (we've had multiple favors too), the fries are on point, and the wait time has drastically decreased. Website and app said free local delivery, but didn't offer a delivery option. I called the store to see about delivery, after waiting on hold for 15 minutes I hung up and ordered through the app for an in store pickup. I was quoted a one hour wait time. After an hour I went to pick up my order, only to be told it wasn't finished. I waited an additional 40 minutes before finally receiving my food. The fries were missing. I called the store and spoke to Sabrina. She told me there was nothing she could do and the manager would call back the next day. I never received a call, waited a full week. Called back and spoke to Sabrina again (with GM Tony helping). They could not do anything to help that was acceptable. They offered to keep a note saying that I get free fries on my next order and to call back next time I order and they'll put the fries in the bag. That sounds easy to forget and I wanted something more fool-proof. Nope. I talk to Tony, tell him it's not my responsibility to make this issue better and that I'm not ok with having to call in or pick up (due to their LONG phone hold times and the fact that they're consistently late in getting orders out). Tony then told me there was nothing he could do. I said I wanted a full refund. The GM does not have the authority to refund a $20 order - the district manager has to do so. I'm beyond frustrated, will be disputing charge with my financial institution and never ordering again. They could have made SO much money off of me if they would only make right their wrongs. read more

When I got the food home I discovered that the fries were soggy and cold and the chicken was undercooked and also cold. The roll was spongy, not crisp as advertised. Let's see, first they mess up my online order. Then, they refuse to fix the order, instead saying that it's harassment to call and let them know that they made a mistake. The assistant manager says that I'll have to come down to the location, then when arrive, get told that after talking things over, they will not fix the order, nor will they refund me. I thought to order for myself and the fiancee, so I placed an order online. We paid for two drinks included. There were none. I called the location, and the manager told me there the lack of drinks wasn't on him. He explained (in a very condescending way) that it wasn't on him; it was the delivery service. He did offer to buy the drinks, as long as I picked them up. As an added little cherry on this shit sundae, the wings were overcooked, the fries cold, and the overall experience left me with the feeling the establishment couldn't be bothered. My sister Ailene and I are regulars at this Wingstop location yesterday we got our regular family bundle order and they forgot the fries,again were regulars so it was no big deal but since that's one of the only things my nephew will eat I called to let them know and to offer to come and pick them up instead they offered us a discount on our next order,in which we agreed. Today we made an order online with angel we were asked a name and number,so we complied after making the order I mentioned our little debacle yesterday and mentioned that we were told we would be given a discounted price for today's order,angel then proceeded to raise his voice at me and tell me I should've started with the name and number ( mind you the first thing he asked for was a name and number ) so I then gave him the name and number our order was under and he proceeded to tell me he couldn't find it, I then asked what could we do about this situation he proceeded to tell me there wasn't anything they could do. So I then explained the situation again adding this is what I was promised by Wingstop employee so I'm expecting my discounted food he then told me he'd give me 50% off and my food would be ready in 20 minuets. Fast forward to me picking up my food from angel "the new manager" he kindly gave me my food for free because of this embarrassing experience and asked that I just gave a review,so here is the review. This review is about the music and the manager on duty who took our call when we got home. We've been to this location about a dozen times and never had a problem with our order or service. But today they were playing a song that was over the top disgusting, followed by a similar song. We found the first song by googling the lyrics. It's called, I Mean It, by G-Eazy. Look up the lyrics at your own risk. Spoke to "manager" on the phone. He was not on duty when we were there but he was completely clueless as to handle the call. A decent manager would say something like this, "I'm sorry that happened! I'm so glad you told me. It's not normally our policy to play crude music. I'll make sure it doesn't happen again. I hope you'll come back!" He just kept saying he didn't know what playlist they were playing and he will have to ask--as if he either didn't believe us or he thought we were curious and wanted to know what the playlist was! He finally, after much frustration to get a rational response from him, said that he agreed it was inappropriate. But literally that's all he said. I would have been more accepting if he had simply said, yeah we play music like that and if you don't like it, don't come here. That would have been more comprehensible than what he was saying. Bad attitude from cashier. Terrible service overall. After waiting 65 min when they told me it would be 20 min... I finally received my wings and fries. How the eff can you mess up on wings and fries? The wings had NO flavor, not even in the spicy sauce I ordered. The fries were soggy as hell. Food was cold.. I only live 5 min away so this wasn't my fault the food was cold. It had been cold before I retrieved the order. They made me wait so long and claimed they lost the order, "redid the order" and it was cold. They gave me free brownies to make up for this experience. I don't want your brownies! I want my refund for bad service, and a 65 min wait for poor tasting food that I couldn't even finish because it tasted so disgusting that it had to go in the trash. I went to Wingstop around 5:30 yesterday afternoon to get some food and when I walk in there I see someone yelling at the workers, I'm assuming the boss. Very unprofessional and cruel there is no need to shout at the workers like that, I don't want to walk in and see a conflict between workers while I'm trying to get dinner. read more

Nope. Every time I come here it's nothing but a hassle. Fool me once, shame on you. Fool me five times, shame on me. First two times we ordered delivery, the orders were completely wrong. We ordered bbq boneless wings? We're delivered a bunch of spicy hot bone in wings. Twice. The first time we just dealt with it. The second time I was pretty miffed and called them in frustration. Basically we got the, "well what do you expect us to do about it?" Response. Not cool. They could tell I was aggravated, so I was told they would "write down that I had a credit and to ask for it next time I came in.". So, a week later I came in to use it. I'm literally greeted with, "Yeah?" by the young man behind the counter. I told him I wanted to order wings and he said it would take at least 90 minutes. For boneless chicken wings. I decided to skip it and came back the NEXT night to use my credit. When I got there the following evening....of course there's no record of the "credit" they were going to "write down" for me, and I was made to feel like a lying criminal for bringing it up. Anyway I ordered chicken to go. Amazingly they got the order right. Hooray. Tonight I'm back! About two weeks later. I placed an order online for pickup. Once I got the alert my order was five minutes from being completed, I headed on over. Once I got there, not only was the order not even ready, they said it was going to be another 15 or 20 minutes at least because they hadn't even started it yet. It's cool if you're busy and all. I get it...but fix the app to show accurate times, for crying out loud. It's going to be a very long time before I go back. Every one of my encounters has had issues.
