Overall I had a nice visit! The staff was very kind and offered some recommendations after they informed me that some menu items were unavailable. The rosemary Parmesan bread is legit!!! I have been to Jersey Mike's twice in the last couple of years. The first time was later in the evening, and it was subpar. This time it was very good. I was going to Chiles Center yesterday, for the OSAA Boy's Basketball tournament, and I wanted something for now and later. It definitely did that. The service by the two females was excellent. So friendly and engaging. One even asked what my plans were for the day. Very refreshing. The sandwich was good...not earth shattering. The cheese and the meat were cut to order so the freshness was not an issue. The bread just didn't knock me over. I will be back as I know what to expect and it is very close to our house. read more

The last straw is when I ordered a sandwich for delivery total with tip was $20 and I ask for pickles on the side and the hot chili spread neither of which happened and they sent the wrong sandwich sent a message through the app and heard nothing back. I had enough (Shore) points so I decided to be clever and take care of lunch today and lunch @ work tomorrow. I attempted to order a giant Italian sub, Mike's Way with light juice on one half and the other half dry with the juice on the side. This was obviously easier said than done. I had to repeat my order multiple times. The dry half order had to be remade. I am sorry if I came off as an ass, I might have slightly overreacted, but going for a sub shouldn't be stressful for the customer or the employee. The order was remade and I walked out with my chips. The side of juice was not included but I didn't feel like complaining anymore. It is (not really) ok though, because the half labeled "With Juice" didn't have. So hopefully my lunch tomorrow isn't totally soggy. This has got to be the slowest sandwich shop I've ever been to. You have to wait around for 20/30 mins (this is not even during lunch hour) just to get your order taken. I don't know if all jersey mikes are like this, but this is the slowest place to go for lunch. Tried to order online today to alleviate the wait, but their subs are $16 on yelp FOR PICK UP, while they are $11.50 on site. I wont be going here anymore. read more

Apparently I have been sleeping on jersey mikes. Their subs are real deal. I love the sourness of the peppers and vinegar. It cuts through the fatty meats extremely well. This location has on multiple occasions have lost my order and had to remake it. Wait times are extremely long. However today was the cherry on top I had a special request on a sandwich I was ordering to surprise a friend. They told me they were capable of doing it but that they weren't going to because and I quote "we don't do that here." Now I work in the food service myself and if we are more than capable of a special request we always do the order no matter how odd and usually just let them know we'll have to charge extra. I understand if you don't have a grill or don't have mayo but you have both so I'm not sure why this request was denied beyond the fact they they just didn't want to do it. Got a coupon in the mail when this place opened up and I thought I'd give it a try. I had the hot chicken sandwich for my first experience. While tasty, I think they should have toasted the bread. The marinara sauce really soaked in and it got a bit messy. The chicken was pretty standard frozen chicken tenders that were probably deep fried. There is a standard menu board and you order what you want. They prepare sandwiches to order and slice your meat and cheese and put straight on the sandwich, so it's super fresh. My concern is that they slice the cheese and meats on the same meat slicer. I don't know how often they clean it, but the risk of contamination seems high to me. While I won't have the chicken sandwich again, I'll probably try again with a different sub. read more

I'm part of a community outreach program that does complimentary Lunch & Learns for the Hillsboro area; and have been getting catering from here for almost a year. Not only is the food always fresh and delicious, but they are always on time and precise with our orders. Their catering boxes are also very easy to set up for our events. The boxes each come with about 4 of their largest sandwiches all cut up into 6 mini subs (total of 24 mini subs) that are easy for everyone to pick up and enjoy. The boxes also have numbers on them so that everyone can see what kind of sandwiches they are picking out. There is also the option to add chips and drinks; which is nice to have.
