For that price... the customer service should be better, focusing on serving your customers well, and in a timely fashion. That amount of money equals a sit down dinner... not fast food with attitude. POOR FORM!!! Also, this location may respond to customer complaints... but they promise better service "in the future". It doesn't get better when you do nothing for the people your staff had wronged. What about meal replacements? Gift cards? Actual human interaction?
