I was a first time customer 3 weeks ago. I was greeted by a young gentleman who was patient with me on taking my order. (I give him a 5 star) I had ordered boneless wings but quickly asked if they could be changed to bone in.( My order hadn't been started yet) He said sure and asked the cook young gal, who came up to counter and said she couldn't change my order because no manager was available. I offered to pay the difference which was a dollar. And she couldn't do it. Really?(zero star) I was not happy with her customer service skills at all. I usually eat here about once a month while I'm in the area due to work. This is clearly the best wingstop I visit.

My wings and fries were great, only waited 5 minutes or so. My friend who ordered right after me and about 3 other people had to wait another 15-20 minutes before they got their food. Meanwhile, others who had just ordered were able to get their food within minutes. It made no sense, everyone was ordering almost the same thing... get your sh!t together! My friends garlic parmesan wings turned out pretty bad (see photo). It looks like they just dumped the seasoning on top and called it a day... but after waiting 20 minutes we decided it wasn't worth another long wait. I won't be back, but I'll maybe try another location if I travel out of town. read more

First off the food is good here and the employees are happy and where nice to me when I ordered BUT it took them some time to acknowledge me cause they were messing around with each other. One thing I noticed while I ate here was no one was eating inn everyone was picking up to go and I can see why, the employees are very loud and talking crap to each other, makes it hard to not listen to them and have your own conversation and I am the queen of ignoring people but I couldn't concentrate here. One thing that really bugged me was while we were eating our food they started moping all around our table basically the girl had us lift our feet to mop under us and the place was clean, seems like she was bored and needed something to do, which I'm all for keeping busy while working but it was so weird, after that all I could smell was dirty mop water while I ate so I started to slowly lose my appetite, when I got up to get a refill I had to walk supper slow so I wouldn't slip because not only did she mop all around us she had moped the entire restaurant maybe be courteous to people eating in, mop in sections and not around people while they eat. Upon my arrival with my family I IMMEDIATELY get disrespected by getting yelled at to wait outside and only one person in the family can order. Although that's true, they can at least be a decent human being and be understanding to the fact that we were just discussing what to order... but Nooo they continued to yell and the females in my family told me they felt scared of how they were being treated. This place just opened. We were so excited to have this wing stop open in our neighborhood and it's just down the street from our favorite watering hole, La Quinta Brewing Co. We placed an order to go last night. I asked for extra crispy wings which they were not and the fries were soggy. I've heard from several other people that their food was soggy too. One of my friends said he ate in and after he placed his order he was told he would have to wait 45 minutes for his meal. That's seriously bad customer service. Went in Monday night 11:10 pm. They close at midnight so they say. Upon entering we hear the front desk girl mumble under breathe f'in great. We get to the counter and she says, did you order online or are you getting to go. Super rude through the whole ordering process. Even 3 other couples came in after us and she treated them the same way. The food was good. Cook did his job but the customer service was so bad I will not be coming back ever again. OK so wing stop you try to make an order that has about 15 minutes to get ready so you can pick it up before you go home on your long day after work and they keep you on hold over five minutes so by time you're ready to take your order you're almost there and if you can't pick up your food then you still have to wait and it's 10 o'clock at night! I worked over 13 hours today look forward to having wings and the manager was rude saying they have to take people in line before you call in your to go order well my idea of fixing the issue would be since I own a business is to hire an extra person to take phone calls or phone orders while someone else takes care of people in line specially at this time and night I don't find it very safe to have one person working register or taking orders for a restaurant not happy and not eating tonight! read more

Called in an order to Bermuda Dunes location. My wife went in to pick it up and was ignored for about 5 minutes at the counter. Our order was ready which consisted of a 5 crispy tender combo. The cashier Maria was quite rude and forgot to include the 20oz beverage for the combo. My wife didn't notice since the combo was for me and wasn't aware it came with a drink. On top of that, it is over 100 degrees in Bermuda Dunes, and my wife asked for a cup for water for my son. The cashier said she has to buy a cup for water, and charged her 2.32 for a cup. This is the stingiest policy I have ever heard of. The food was delicious, but the horrible staff, paying for things we didn't get, and having to pay 2.32 for a cup of tap water will keep us away forever. read more

We went for the first time and thought the space was a bit mediocre, but we were determined to try it. The food was pretty good, however the service especially from the manager was in desperate need of a CUSTOMER SERVICE CLASS. She was rude in the tone she took with customers. In fact she yelled at me and my husband across the restaurant to let us know our side order was gonna take too long to make and she didn't want to wait for it. All in all it was bad, I probably won't go again. I think the wings at Islands are by far a lot better.
