This wing stop has the worst customer service! I had lunch here with my co workers and the wings here tasted different from other wing stop locations I've been to. My co worker tells them that he didn't like his wings so he asks for different ones. Around 25 minutes pass and they weren't even though the place wasn't even busy. I've eaten here a few times and usually I stick to the flavors that seem safer to me. The lemon pepper isn't spicy, but has good flavor. The original hot are pretty much the average heat of most hot wings. Cajun is probably my favorite flavor that I've tried. It is quite spicy, but has a really great flavor. This last time I went I tried the Atomic flavor, which is their hottest. It has an excellent flavor, but is not for the faint of heart due to its extreme afterburn. First, I came into this establishment and the atmosphere was not friendly. I walked in they starred at me as if I was lost and walked into the wrong place. Okay I processed and, I ordered my food and 30 minutes go by. The people that were behind me in line were getting there food and a group that had barely ordered as I was waiting I kid you not they get THERE food before ME. I go up to the cashier to see what was going on and the cook a lady with short hair dressed like a guy and big asked me in a really rude way with attitude , " do you need something" as if I did something wrong. I ask why my order was taking so long and I waited over 30 minutes and she said, " I am about to sauce your order." So you're telling me I waited over 30 minutes and you were barely saucing my order??? I did not want to argue, but I felt like they were definitely DISCRIMINATING me. I mean I was literally the only Hispanic in there. The people that got there orders before me after I was there first were all white. Why would they be barely making my order? I walked in and didn't have a mask, which I understand to tell me I can't come in without one if you're WEARING ONE YOURSELF. However none of the employees except 1 or 2 had a mask on, even at that weren't worn correctly. So word of advice, if you enforce the rule, make sure you're following it too. Another thing, teach employees not to yell or scream @ customers and tell the skinny tall girl she would want chi her tone and attitude @ the work place. I give this place three stars only because the two times I ate there I didn't like the way they have their condiments and drinks set up. They have everything scattered around the center and it is very inconvenient to go around all the people to get everything you need. Thye need to either follow their numbering system or the name system and make up their mind. Having one large roll of paper towels is very inconvenient as well. I am not too fond of eating only chicken wings, a boatload of fries and a drink for a meal. The fries tasted as if they had sugar and the wings were decent. Food is decent compared to other Wingstops that I've been. I've tasted spectacular wings at Wingstops elsewhere, but this isn't one of those Wingstops. I definitely am coming back here, but not as often unless the wings begin tasting better. I ordered the Garlic Parmesan wings with fries; they seem to be cooked fine, but I think it is just the quality of the raw chicken that they buy is what sucks. Place is very clean inside and looks modern (extra Stars for that); this Wingstop is the largest I've been to. I always see the popular sports playing on 42-inch TV flatscreens inside. I absolutely love this place. By far, they are so much better than Buffalo Wild Wings. I've ordered from the Bermuda Dunes location several times online and I always have gotten the best customer service and when I go pick up. Their boneless wings are the best especially the mango habenero and spicy Korean. Compared to Buffalo Wild Wings, Wingstop's boneless wings are bigger in size and cost so much less, plus better flavor. The Bleu cheese dressing is insanely yummy and they make bomb ass lemon pepper fries. Their small order of fries is like a large. I luv everything about this place! DON'T order take-out from the website and pick it up from this location. They'll make it as soon as the order is placed, not even thinking about the TIME you've actually requested to pick it up. The staff is rude and very impatient, nor can they seem to ever get an order correct. We love the food there but unfortunately are luck with customer service, attention to detail, and customer satisfaction has only been a bad experience. Just placed an order that cost almost $60 only to find out my order was completely incorrect. We ordered a group pack that comes with 40 wings choice of different sauces, etc.. specially asked if we could do half bones and half bone-in wings and have them decided in only 2 different flavors..once I get home and noticed the discrepancy, I called only to be told that I didn't place the order I wanted correctly and they would have to wait until either Friday or Monday (today is Weds) review the audio and video surveillance footage to determine if i was telling the truth about what I ordered.. and then they will determine how to rectify the problem.. unfortunately this staff is very unprofessional and not competent enough to get the job done...truly amazing how your patronage is appreciated at this establishment..completely UNSATISFACTORY behavior from the employees... read more

This is my third visit here. The first time wasn't too great but it was fairly new and figured they needed to workout the kinks. The second time improved but wasn't good. This time around I gave them the benefit of the doubt and was hoping for improvement from the last visit. Unfortunately, that wasn't the case. As I'm waiting for my order I pour myself some fanta and somehow the spout fell into my drink. It was no big deal so I just told the girl at the register. She stared at it and her response was "oh s..t". She grabs me a new cup, which I appreciated, but she then grabbed the spout and popped it back onto the soda machine without washing her hands after handling money. I was put off and went for the coke instead. When I first got there I heard someone complaining that their order was wrong and it was taking a long time for their correct order to come out. I didn't think much of it; working in the restaurant industry I know it happens. But after seeing that the people walking in and ordering after me were receiving their orders first I figured I should double check my order. Sure enough it was wrong. I ordered a side of coleslaw and ended up with a large AND regular side of fries instead. I ordered the hawaiian, teriyaki, and mango habanero wings to go. It took about 20 minutes to receive my order so I expected them to be fresh. I live really close by so it took less than five minutes to get home. The wings were very soggy and half of them were just barely coated with sauce. They were also way too salty for my taste. I don't recommend this wing stop location. I think you're better off ordering wings from the Pizza Hut just a few doors down. read more

Horrible service! The cashier didn't give me my full order and they called me later to tell me I "forgot" the rest of it. Spent 20 minutes calling back and hey NEVER ANSWERED their phone so finally went down there (20 minute drive) only for the "Assistant Manager" and "Manager" to say they didn't want to deal with it. Assistant Manager who has a shaved head and a front tooth missing (missed her name so I'm going with a physical description tried to not give me a refund. Thank you Lauren for not answering the phone between 11 & closing, midnight, I really enjoyed our conversation when you told me that you don't like to answer the phone between 11 & midnight and that we need to order online before 11:30 because you don't like to answer the phone, and when i asked why, your response was "its just easier online" and while my husband called 5 times at 11 pm as the phone just range and rang and rang, as we're both at work with no wyfy, finally you answered at 11:30 just to tell us that you don't take orders after 11:30 even though you close at midnight. Unfortunately this is the second time we've gone through this, apparently only when Lauren works. Lauren was down right rude, when I said that I was sorry to bother her and she replied, "yeah me too", that's my sign to never call again. 5 minutes later, my employer; Dodi owner @ The Nest Restaurant in Indian Wells, ca, called for me, she was presented with the same downward attitude and denied an order of 15 wings at 11:30; a half an hour before closing. I've previously complained to the corporate website on the same issue & received no response. This does not seem like a company I will support in the future & I will not be doing business with such a careless company in the future, nor will i give any future positive recommendations to our restaurant clientel when they ask where to get great wings locally. This is the worst dinner experience I have ever had. The service was less then one star. The manager was less then one star. I walked in and she was kneeling on the floor. After wait 50 min for wings that was a dine in order the food sat on a shelf. We had to go up and ask if are food was done. We were told they called are name which is a lie. I asked to speak to the manger and she called me a lair. So we took the food to go and when we got home it was cold. Spent 65 dollars for cold wings and are time. Then I talked to the area manager and she was no better Offered me to come in for half off my next order. She told me the owners care about there customers but I guess not. The first time I went to this place I was hooked!!! The service is friendly and the food is amazing. The wing are cooked to perfection and come in several different flavors! The fries are very delicious also. A little salty with a hint of sweet! They cook everything as you order so unless you order ahead of time its a little bit of a wait but it is totally worth it. My first time there was two weeks ago and ive been back 5 times already! I just cant stop going. There was one time they made me a different flavor than I had ordered and I let them know and without argument or anything they made me an extra 5 wings in my original order and appologized free of charge!!
